Liv is a great place to start your life in Phoenix, AZ. The community is safe and the amenities are events around the complex are great and maintained well. The location is also convenient with access to I-10 within a few minutes and all stores (super markets, Pharmacies, Urgent Care, Vet, Restaurants) within a few minutes drive down Chandler or up to Ray Rd. Maintenance is quick and responsive and the office is helpful with any questions or concerns you may have.

I've been extremely happy at LIV Ahwatukee! My neighbors are kind, they officer great fitness classes so you don't even need a gym membership, their valet trash service is stellar, and all of my maintenance submissions have been handled in an extremely timely manner.

Love the ammenities, nice environment and great service by office members and technicians. The inside apartments are nice, currently in a 2 bedroom apartment and feels like 2 master rooms, nice kitchen, excellent gym and pool area. I dont want to leave this place

Everyone at this property deserve pay raises. Thanks for all you do for the residents. Living here is been a wonderful experience. Everyone from leasing, management, maintence and even contractors have been very helpful and the customer service is hands down the best I've experienced in apartment living.

I have expereienced that Liv awhatukhee is a very big,wide and spacious living space. I enjoyed taking a massage in the Jacuzzi.Whenever I feel stressed go tot he amazing clubhouse. Overall i feel that i have made a right choice of living in liv awathukee.

Staff is always kind and by far of any apartment staff, the most willing to help you and make sure that you leave the office happy and enjoy staying here. The units are modern and large enough to leave a feeling that is more homely than a rental. Facilities are nice and kept well. Would be difficult to say that the price is not worth it.

This community has been very accomodating and it is a pleasant place to live. It is just as in envisioned for a community as a home. The staff is always very eager to help and professional. The grounds, pool and common areas are kept up and maintained.

Thus far the experience has been pretty good. Staff are fairly friendly and the property is well maintained. A huge complaint I have is that you cannot opt out of the Internet/Valet Trash service. The internet speed is embarrassingly slow. 14-24mbs?? I believe that the advertised speed was 40mbs so it would be great to get at least 35mbs. I know this might be a concern for only some of the members of the community, but if you are going to force me to pay for something (which was advertised by you staff as included...ie free) then it should at least operate as expected.

Love living here! Community is clean, safe and gorgeous! Staff is amazing and helpful! Service requests are met in a timely fashion. Apartments are new and top notch, compete with High end amenities and plenty of room and storage. Have not a single regret in my choice to move here.

Liv is a great community to live in. The amenities are great. They always clean, usable and never dirty. It is very well kept and feels safe to love there. They really do care about the tenets, which is something you don't see often. Great place

Fantastic community, staff and amenities. Visitors are always amazed when they visit. Regular events are fun and add to the already existing feel of community here. Everyone is pet friendly, especially the staff, and the on-site dog park is an added plus. The location is great and it has good highway access as well. I'm very happy here.

It is an incredibly welcoming community and the staff is detailed, courteous, proficient and extremely friendly! The amenities are accessible and enhance the experience of living here at for the last 2+ years and I look forward to living here even longer!

I just moved into LIV and I must say its one of the best places I've ever moved. The apartment itself if beautiful with all up to date appliances and decor. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Monica is awesome! The amenities are amazing and the property is always kept clean and neighbors are quiet and respectful. I love how close it is to the freeway and other stores also. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone!

It has been fantastic! Such a laid back and chill community! Great location with ease of access to the highways! The staff is super friendly and fun! The amenities are great on site and almost make it so you don't want to leave! I am very happy with my choice of moving in!

This is a fabulous complex, I am new to Arizona and I already feel at home. The staff is great and the people are awesome! The maintenance crew is the best ever! Most of the staff live on the property that speaks volumes to me! So happy I chose LIV Ahwatukee!!!

Liv has great amenities that make the rent completely worthwhile. The fitness related amenities as well as the two pools and grilling areas are great here in Arizona where it's nice being outside most of the year.

Great Community. Staff is very friendly, kind and helpful, it was an easy application process online, beautiful apartments with fantastic amenities, Safe and Great if you have children. I knew I wanted to live here from the first day I visited. I definitely would recommend Liv Ahwatukee to a friend.

I knew I wanted to live here from the first day I visited. The office staff were kind and helpful, the amenities are absolutely amazing and the grounds and apartments are well kept and high end! The application process was easy and everything, even my lease signing, was online. There were gifts in my apartment when I arrived, like a Liv cup and fanny pack, and a sign on the fridge that said "Welcome home Amber!". It was a very positive experience. I can tell I am going to thoroughly enjoy living here.

I relocated to the Phoenix area from out of state, only having a short time to move. I have been so happy with this location thus far. The office staff has been very helpful with any questions and the apartment is very clean and efficient. I toured a few other complex's before deciding on this one. But this complex blew the others out of the water. I definitely would recommend Liv Ahwatukee to a friend.

Staff is very friendly, it was an easy application process, the amenities at the complex are awesome. My unit was clean at move in the appliances in my unit were new and good quality. The gas stove is really nice. Parking is easy. I would recommend it.

Very lively atmosphere with ethnic diversity. I enjoy living with people from different cultures and also enjoy living at Liv because there's always something to entertain me. Also, the staff is always on top of any concerns that I bring to them.

This is a great place to live! Always clean, great service from office staff. You really feel like you are at a resort. The pools are huge and usually only used by a handful of tenants. The office staff is always making sure that you are happy and taken care of. Lots of weekly activities to meet new people.

Liv Ahwatukee is a wonderful community. Great scenery and office management. Since I have children, living by the splash pad area helps. It seems like alot of families live in that area. I love how all the kids meet in the center and play. Great place for kids. Concerns - we had a few break-ins a month or two ago, which was alarming but I believe they fixed the problem with adding security. Sometimes I can hear adults down at the splash pad late at night but

Excellent Staff, well cared for grounds and buildings. Always someone working on grounds to maintain appearances. Safe, quiet and very close to all major expressways, shopping and conveniences. This is a very nice place to call home! Glad we chose this community!
