Love it! The staff is very friendly. The grounds are well kept. The pool is great! It is a very quiet community. Any time we need maintenance they are very prompt, efficient, friendly and professional. The activities are designed for all that live here.

Overall I enjoy living at this complex. It's well taken care of and location to work is prime reason we live hear. Don't care for the amenity fee or services that are provided. Other issue is the units are noisy .

I just moved in to LivAhwatukee one week ago, but have visited another resident previously on multiple occasions. The grounds are always neat and clean - the residents and staff are friendly. There is a community activity calendar that makes it easy to meet your neighbors and make friends.

The apartment is neat and clean and a wonderful place to live. We searched many apartments near by but none of them came even close to what Liv Ahwatukee is offering in terms of better living. I will surely recommend this community to my friends.

There are pros and cons. A big con is the ceiling/floor is paper thin. I can hear everything the people above me are doing. I also don't like people are lazy and inconsiderate and don't know how to put recycling in the correct dumpster. And, I've requested three times to have two outside walkway light bulbs fixed. It's been almost three months and they're still out.

STAY AWAY!!! I signed a one year lease because I was in awe of the brand new apartments and amenities, that quickly left! They also had a bunch of fake 5 star reviews on Yelp that influenced that decision. I later found out they were written by employees. In 10 years of living in different apartment communities across the country I have never had the issues that I had living in this hell! I received 10+ lawyer letters for various things and accusing me of anything you can imagine! When I talked to other resident they had the same issues. I spent a lot of time and money just responding to false accusations. In the first month of moving in my new apartment I had to have my dryer replaced, my sink support fixed, and hot water heater replaced. The first month my ceiling leaked the first time it rained damaging the ceiling (more on that later). The management here is horrendous! The leasing employees are completely clueless! They have cameras throughout the property, not for safety like they claim, but to spy on residents. One of my many letters accused me of having someone else living in my apartment that was not on the lease because they had her on camera taking my dogs out due to me working a double shift. When I received the letter and went to the office to dispute the claim I told them that she didn't live with me and was just there to walk my dogs. Their response was "we have her on camera at 6pm and you got home at 10pm" scary!! Terrifying to know that I'm being watched the entire time I'm there. Back to the water damage.. Instead of trying to work out a time wit me to repair it, I received a lawyer letter and note from the office saying that they are entering in 48 hours and will be there from 8am to 8pm for 7 days to repair it and at that time I would have limited access and regress from my residence! So no taking the dogs out or walking in or out of my front door since it would be blocked. I contacted the Fire Marshall that day and made him aware. I was told it is illegal to block the only exit. I wrote another response letter informing them of this issue and the day the repairs were supposed to start I had the Fire Marshall show up to enforce the law. This just shows the people you are dealing with here... Once I escaped (moved out) I received a bill for almost $600 for carpet where they did the ceiling repair. That's right, they wanted me to pay for the damaged carpet from the construction of replacing a ceiling! I asked for pictures and they conveniently "forgot" to take them and said the debt was still owed. Prior to that I was present of the final move-out inspection and was given documentation showing that I had a zero balance and there was no damage. When I brought that in I was told that their inspector was not authorized to do move-out inspections so it's not valid! Now I am in collections and fighting a debt collector. I hope that you take this warning very seriously!

Do not be fooled by how nice this place looks. In the 3 months we have been here we have dealt with a major earwig infestation and found scorpions in the apartment. I talked to many neighbors and many have confirmed they have scorpions as well. All we can do is count the days until the lease is over and hope to get out without getting stung.

I really enjoy living here, the staff are friendly, and they try to stay on top of things as much as possible. I've always been a homeowner so this is my first apartment experience and I must say it has been a pleasant experience, I can't complain about anything.

I have lived here for 8 months and am very pleased with my experience so far. The staff is great and community offers many amenities. I do not use all of them due to my hectic schedule, however it is nice to have them available. I am in close proximity to my office, airport and freeway access. Ahwatukee and Chandler has a lot to offer! From hiking, running and cycling trails to decent dining and entertainment. I plan on staying in Ahwatukee for a few years.

Just moved in on Friday June 3. Have not had time to even unpack yet. Please give me so more time to evaluate this community. So far I really like everything. Cannot wait to start using the things that are offered here at my new home. Parking spaces are a little small for larger cars and trucks. I would like a disability space .

My experience with this community has been great. Everyone has been extremely professional and courteous. I enjoy the fact that this is a non-smoking and pet friendly home. The office staff is always welcoming and willing to help with anything required. I think that the gates are to loud and should be closer maintained not to slam closed when used.

Love it!The amenities are great, the staff is professional and the complex is beautiful. My unit was leased to me in great condition and I must say that the ethernet in each room is a great touch. Very good feature. Also the appliances and granite in the kitchen is a nice touch.

They are fast, clean and professional. The grounds are always kept clean. The pool area is always inviting. This is a great place for dog lovers, with the dog park and the paths to walk on. There is also a large public dog park less than a mile away.

I moved in two weeks ago and I love it. I've spent time at the pool, the gym is amazing, and I get free coffee every morning before work. I've spent time walking around the property, and it's beautiful. The only thing I wish we had that we don't, is a grassy area to play soccer, and a lap pool for swimming laps.

I had a leaking toilet. You guys came in and fixed it. It was prompt and done correctly the first time. I don't know what more he could have done. It is a great place to live. Thank you for the work. This is the second time I had to put in a work order. Both times were great.

We have loved living at Liv. The staff is friendly and the amenities are phenomenal. 24/7 access to the gym is a huge plus. Maintenance has always been so fast and helpful when I have ever needed anything. It's a great community to be a part of! No other apartment community can compare!

My association with both staff and maintenance is the most ideal and awesome that I have ever experienced in the extensive time I have been renting apartments. I intend to live here for a long time. I have never experienced an apartment complex such as LIV AHWATUKEE. I am looking forward to the completion of AHWATUKEE GENERATIONS since I am a senior of 67 years.
