Wonderful place to live. Beautiful apartment feels like an actual home. The amenities are top notch and feels more like a resort than a typical apartment complex. Great staff and the maintenance team is fantastic

Great community- just a few minor things- I think at least one pool should be heated year round/ the bbq lights are broken and the treadmill TV's don't work. Everything feels so high end, I'm surprised these small items aren't addressed.

Staff has been very friendly and extremely accommodating for me. I was having some health issues and was out of work for some time. Management was very understanding to my situation and did everything possible to assist me. Other apartments would have taken the opportunity to take advantage of my situation financially but LIV did not. Thank you!

Clean, friendly updated community with gorgoues staff in the valley, community is newly built couple years ago, they keep everything sharp, pools always clean, gym always clean and well stocked , great property

Overall a good community with many amenities and services. We have enjoyed our stay here and really enjoy the 2 pool areas in the hot months. The community is worth the cost of rent. The apartments are well planned out and spacious.

Liv is a fine community to live in. Wonderful drive in with beautiful landscaping. They have many amenities, choice in size of apartments and a great staff. The staff is always there and responds immediately. Live great at Liv!

LIV is conveniently located, easy access to freeway, shopping very close, dining within walking distance and parks nearby. The staff is helpful. Maintenance are prompt and professional. The grounds are immaculate.

Liv communities is a nice place to live because of all the luxury amenities. The front office staff is very friendly and inviting when you stop by to check out the community.The only issue is if you have an issue. There response time is not in a timely manner and sometimes not the ideal response. This is not just my opinion but my neighbors as well that they are very quick to point there fingers at you. They seem a lil uptight and quick to blame. It makes you not want to go to them for help if you have an issue. They can be very defensive towards you if you have an issue. They are supposed to swab every pet that is in the community so that if they poop in the dog park and don't pick it up they are supposed to get charged for it. There are many pets that have never been swabbed and there is always poop in the dog park. So it seems to me that no one is being charged for not picking up after there pets. I even see pet droppings all around the community everyday and never get picked up. Parking can be an issue sometimes but for the most part good. The pools can be closed quite frequently and the hot tub is always broken. Rent goes up every year at least 50 dollars a month. We do experience a lot of car break ins and stolen packages. It's not exactly a gated community when the gate stays open for a long period of time so anyone can get in. I'm not saying that this is a terrible place to live and every place has it quirks but these are just some of the issues we have ran into living here.

Office staff could be better but we all love the amenities and atmosphere here. Our apartment is nice size with nice finishes. We have the thrrr bedroom size unit and it works perfect for our family of four

Living here is like living at a resort! Amenities are beautiful and plentiful. Hub (where you can socialize, meet for seminars, play all sorts of games, etc.), many pools of your choice, full access 24/7 to exercise room and much more! The staff is super nice and very attentive to your needs. The apartments are spacious and comfortable with modern amenities. Thank you to Liv for a wonderful way to live.

I have lived at Liv for almost a year and it truly has been amazing. The entire community Is resort like. For me, the gym is outstanding. I would also like to add that the monthly community events held are a bonus as well.

My experience at Liv has been amazing! The amenities are amazing. It's quiet, yet a fun community. Neighbors are great. Plenty of social events if you want to get social, and also quiet if you want to relax and be peaceful. The management is exceptionally great and will always make sure you're taken care of. No complaints.

We have been living here for almost 2 years and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. Staff are super friendly and helpful and amenities can't be beat. We recommend our complex to all of our friends looking for apartments in the area!

We love it here! They have everything we need! Service and maintenance are awesome people and very professional! I do wish the walls were thicker because we can hear our neighbors TV. Overall, we are very satisfied here!

Great location and community. I would recommend this community to anyone moving to the area. Close to restaurants and local shops and necessary services. Common areas are clean and unique. Pet friendly.

We love the apartments amenities! The pool and fitness center are awesome. We have been to few of the get togethers and they have been fun as well. One of the better apartment complexes I have lived in.

My husband and I relocated from Indiana. There are certain things that are important to us in a community, coming from a single family home. Great living space, great amenities, washer and dryer in units, clean complex to name a few. Liv Ahwatukee had all of these!!! So far so good!!!!

The apartment is so beautiful and the community has so much to enjoy! We can't wait to try the playground. Office Staff is so nice and helpful and there is lots of extra parking at my building. My only dislike is that I wish we would've rented a larger floor plan but we are very happy with this gorgeous apartment and it's community.

We were referred to the Liv by another property that wouldn't rent to us because of our 3 pets (2 cats, 1 small dog). The pet friendly environment (reasonable deposits and pet rent) sold us. We were blown away by the amenities: gym, pools, clubhouse that are available 24/7. Any issues we had were minor things that happen at any complex. We renewed our lease this year because there are not a lot of apartments out there that give you these things. I don't know if I would be willing to live somewhere that limits when I can access amenities. For those reasons, the Liv is great place to live.

Liv is a great place to live! With it's great location near shops, restaurants, entertainment, and the highway, it's the nicest community in the area. The few times I've had to call for service the staff was very quick to respond. I've lived in a lot of apartments, this one is by far my favorite!

I love the atmosphere here and the amenities. The only issue I have had is a noise issues with upstairs neighbors I put in a complaint but I haven't heard from anyone about and it's still going on every night.

Liv offers a great community atmosphere that feels safe and at home. The amenities are amazing and there are frequent social events you can choose to participate in. I've had no concerns with noise or other residents. The complex is generally quiet despite being in a busy area of Ahwatukee. Other residents and staff are always friendly and any maintenance requests are handled promptly. No issues with bugs, scorpions, etc. Everything is clean and well kept. Best quality for the price in the area by far!
