I'm so greatful to have found LIV Ahwatukee. I have lived in an apartment once before truly hated it. After speaking with 10 other tenants before making my decision, I could see their happy faces as they spoke about the community and life here. The staff was fantastic in accommodating my needs as I did not make my decision lightly. The property manager was very helpful and understanding of my hesitation. Like everyone will tell you, the amenities are amazing but I'm more excited about all of the community events. I hope I continue enjoy this community in the months that follow.

This place has great, luxurious resort-like amenities. The staff is friendly and responsive. Exercise classes are included and the instructors are great. Neighbors are awesome. And I love the community garden beds!

Great community with so many amenities to take part in you'll enjoy living here. Two awesome pools, splash pad, gas grills and much more all available 24 hours a day. The property is kept clean and is 100% smoke free. This has to be a must see when apartment hunting.

I just moved in, so I haven't had the opportunity to experience a great deal, I do like the events a the hub, it gives me the opportunity to meet my neighbors. The Staff has been really friendly and accommodating.

Liv is a great place to live! The grounds are beautiful. The office staff is always professional and very friendly. The pools are amazing. Love having a gym and 24 hour access to everything. The maintenance staff is very professional and fast!

Very nice community in a very convenient location (i10), nearby Chandler, with a couple of store waking distance. The facilities are amazing and clean. I especially like the pool and the beach around.

My experience has been really good. Everyone has been very helpful whenever needed. The community is very nice and welcoming. The apartments are pretty new and they are very comfortable. The social activities are a great way to meet your neighbors.

It's been a very good experience staying in LIV Ahwatukee. The staff and the maintenance crew have been very friendly, helpful and always courteous. The community has been well kept and well maintained. We have great events to attend and the gym is well equipped .

Love it here. The pools are kept clean, grills are cleaned daily. Staff is dedicated to keeping the property top notch. This is a 5 star property thanks to the staff. Property is convenient to highway and shopping.

Liv is an easy place to live. The apartments are well maintained. The grounds are exceptional. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The location is wonderful. Right next to the 10 and close to everything you might need. Coffee, restaurants, yoga, gyms, dry cleaners, banks ect.

Liv has been a wonderful community to reside. Management is excellent, and the office staff has been consistent and attentive. Maintenance takes great care of the property and resident requests. I would definitely recommend this community to friends and family.

Liv Ahwatukee is, by far, the best apartment living experience I have had. Everyone at Liv is kind, welcoming, and accommodating. The grounds, pool, and other common areas are immaculate. The maintenance staff is responsive and thorough. It is a beautiful place! I can't imagine living in any other complex!

Liv is a very modern community with amenities not found in many other communities. The office staff is very accommodating and the grounds are beautiful and maintained well. It feels like a resort rather than an apartment home community.

On the plus side, complex has very good amenities. On the down side, hardwood floors and minimal insulation between floors means you hear a lot of walking around (and dropping stuff) from upper unit. Plumbing fixtures and appliances are lower end. But all in all it's not at all a bad place to live.

Everyone here is super nice and the staff is amazing. They always have fun events to go to. They also have classes that you can do for working out. The pools are amazing and the dog park as well. I love this place.

Great complex, amenities and services. I love this place and recommend to everyone looking for a place to enjoy not only home, but socialize and relax using the common areas. The monthly pancake/breakfast day is another awesome plus. Not to mention the food truck experiences often offered using partners (Mexican food, pizza, sea food, etc).

I currently rent a one bedroom apartment. I love all the amenities 24/7 access to everything-that means everything-clubhouse, heated pools, business center, dog park, gym, outdoor fire pits and more. With friendly community neighbors, wonderful attentive, helpful and friendly office staff: Dina, Gabby, Jessica & Karissa makes living here, refreshing. I am very pleased with my choice to move here. I look forward to the bi weekly/monthly clubhouse happy hour, social community events and summertime fun activities.

Pricey but quality of life is amazing. The amenities and the events are awesome. You feel like you're on vacation everyday. You save money simply by enjoying the company of the great people you meet at the free events. Pool parties, game nights, pancake breakfast, the list goes on.

Amenities are wonderful at LIV...beautiful pools, great gym, and fun monthly community activities. I have a 2 bed/2 bath. It is very spacious with lots of closet space, 2 sliding glass doors onto our large patio and a large kitchen. The staff, especially the maintenance staff are fantastic. Could not be happier.

Beautiful and friendly community! Helpful staff that's always open for feedback and suggestions. So many amenities across the grounds. I love the events they host monthly for the residents; from group fitness to pancake breakfast.

Great experience. Good community and location. Safe, clean, quiet, amazing amenities - 24 hour pool, game room, gym, basketball court, sand volleyball, --------, ping pong, outdoor chess set, foosball. Looked through a lot of apartments, and feel pretty confident we found the best one.
