So far I have loved the area, and besides the work maintenance issue I enjoy living here. There area is very nice and quiet. I love the fact that we have several stores around the area so we don't have to travel too far.

We love living at Liv Ahwatukee! The amenities are amazing and the office staff is very friendly and helpful. We love the floor plan and interior of our apartment and couldn't be happier. This is by far the best apartment complex we have ever lived in.

The grounds and pool could be kept better. Something needs to be done about patios. Many look horrible! There needs to be some rules set about what is and is not acceptable. Over all, I'm mostly satisfied.

After owning my own home for 26 years, I moved to LivAhwatukee. It was a pleasant surprise to have such a quick response to a issue in my apartment. From the office staff response to the maintenance staff to respond to resolve the problem was all taken care of within 45 minutes! Thank you.

Everyone is very friendly. Its part of what I love. I haven't tried happy hour stuff because I feel a little odd showing up alone. I love the outdoor movie nights, pancake breakfasts, etc. Overall a great place.

Love my apartment and my neighbors. The staff is fantastic and always willing to help along with the maintenance staff who is topin my book. The amenities are fantastic it is like living in a resort, everything is here

Love it would recommend this community to anyone looking for a warm, well kept, well designed, welcoming place to live that's quiet yet close to many commercial businesses, restaurants and services, schools and recreational areas.

Very clean modern apartments with good upkeep. Lots of community activities to participate with the other residents. Rental office has experienced turnover as expected in that line of work. There has been a change in the level of service in the rental office. I don't attribute that to lack of skills but lack of proper training and support of leaders. However, with limited knowledge the support staff goes above and beyond to be very polite and kind. Overall great property to live.

I really like living at Liv but do have to say the upkeep is poorly managed and it could be so much better. I had emailed the office twice and only heard from them after the request was done. It is very frustrating because it really could be a great place to Liv.

Apartment complex is clean and orderly. This complex has a ton of ammenities that I had not seen elsewhere until I moved in. Office staff is friendly and efficient with any issues that could arise and the maintenance staff is very swift to efficiently respond to any unit-issues. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay at this apartmwnt and would only move out in search of homeownership.

I've been here for about 6 months now and everyone - the management and maintenance folks have been super friendly and accommodating. All of my lease work was completed online and without any time delays. The move-in was seamless and the maintenance crew has been super awesome helping me put my TV up on the wall or any other requests. The trainers at the Liv gym are super friendly and nice. Overall this is a great community, just had some minor glitches at the dog park with some rude owners and untrained and very reactive dogs, other than that it's been awesome living here.

Maintenance staff is courteous and prompt in responding and resolving. The cleanliness around the community is maintained periodically. The pools are maintained clean and hygenic as well. Having a peace of mind in staying.

I love living in the Liv!! Awesome amenities for a reasonable rate. Luxury living at it's best. Great community events, awesome staff and a great place for families. What other place offers a game room with thousands of arcade games, Wii, Xbox and PlayStation!!!

We simply love living at Liv! It is Resort Style Living every day. Beautiful pools, updated gym, terrific trainer - Alex! The office and maintenance staff are wonderful - Shout out to Monica, Gabby, and Victoria! Gabby assisted with our relocation to Liv site unseen. The community is near loads of amenities, including shopping, restaurants, doctors, and other services.

I have had a wonderful experience living at Liv Ahwatukee! My apartment is modern and has a great floor plan. I love all of the amenities - the fitness center is awesome, the hub has pool tables, ping pong, free coffee, etc., and I love the salt water pools! I have had very few issues but any time I have put in a maintenance request, they have responded in 24 hours or less. If you live by the pool, it can occasionally be a bit noisy - but overall it isn't bad. I would highly recommend living here!

My family and I love living here. The amenities are amazing, the maintenance team does a great job, management is very kind and professional. Overall, our time here has been great! I would definitely recommend this community to others, especially to someone moving from out of state. It's a great place to land and with all of the community events, it's a great place to make friends and get connected.

I have only been with the liv community for a few weeks and honestly not long enough to have much feed back about the community. I know a few people that have lived in the community for awhile and have nothing but good things to say about liv. I look forward to experiencing all of what has been praised about the community.

Safety, luxury, clean, I am satisfied with this apartment at this moment. But sometimes, my upper resident listen to music with loud volume and it is a little disappointing. The gym is also clean and easy to use.

I love the amenities and contemporary design of the apartments! The dog park, splash pad and pools are popular among the residents! There is a pool up front that is heated and another pool that is ice cold in the summer!

So far our experience has been very positive. The staff is efficient and stayed in contact during the process of moving in. We relocated from California and were very tired when we arrived, the staff made the process very easy so we could just come in get our keys and move in.

Staff is very professional and friendly even after the lease agreement was signed off. The area and the landscape is very nice and clean. The apartment was also very clean at move-in with no issues with appliances. I had a issue with the internet and cable but the maintenance responded quickly. There are many amenities to include a dog park. And last but not least, very friendly neighbors.

LIV is great communication very quiet,clean and with amazing monthly events. Maintenance staff is great everytime i have put in a request they are there to fix within hrs. Office staff and always on point and answer request super fast.
