The staff at this apartment are extremely professional and will be happy to assist you in case of any problems and provide immediate maintenance. I like this clean and well-maintained property. The only difficulty is that the car gate switch is in the wrong position. Even if I press the remote control just before the gate, it cannot be opened or closed. The remote control can only be used in front of an intercom that is a short distance away. In front of the intercom, it is difficult to visually check whether the gate has opened with the remote control, and once in 10 times, you will go to the front of the gate even though the gate is not open. When that happens, you have to wait for someone else to open the gate.

I feel very safe and comfortable here. It is near a highway, so it is noisy sometimes but otherwise it is a beautiful place, with mountain views and safe walking areas. The staff is very friendly and knows my name

I love living at liv - they are professional and they had amenities up and running during the pandemic when others were shut down. They did the best they could with the information they had. The staff is courteous and friendly as well - they are prompt to fix issues.

Great staff, clean property with many amenities, responsive maintenance team. Apartments are modern and comfortable. There are two outdoor pools, one with heated water, and a hot tub. All of the amenities are clean and inviting.

I have been living in the community for over a year and I am very satisfied with my experience here at Liv. The staff is courteous and very helpful. The facilities in the community such as the gym and swimming pools are great and well maintained. I am very impressed with the measures especially this year (2020) that Liv took to keep the community safe from the pandemic. They followed all the directions from the state and federal government and kept the community clean to prevent spread. During the lockdown, they even requested people who needed help with their daily errands. I would highly recommend Liv to anyone who is looking for a good, clean, and safe community to live in the Phoenix area.

This is a great property. Nice apartment layouts, great amenities and friendly, helpful staff. The location is great. Less than 5 minutes to the highway yet it feels secluded once you enter the property. Very pretty friendly too!

My experience has been great so far! The apartments are nicely appointed, the amenities are the best, the staff is friendly and so are the other community members. My only complaint is the sound that can be heard from outside, but I guess that's just apartment living.

For the most part it's been amazing! Again there was an incident with a vendor in August and the management apologized and resolved the issue. While all my neighbors have moved I've had great neighbors. Two neighbors moved to bigger apartment I believe. I think that says a lot about how the staff and the complex.

This is a really nice community. The value you get for the money paid is definitely worth it. The office staff is very nice and helpful, as well as the maintenance staff. There are a lot of perks to living here that make it worth the price.

The community is gorgeous and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Used the pool almost daily during the summer, and they hold social events multiple times per month. Grounds are kept very neat and clean.

unit is clean and apartment community is clean and beautiful. Liv staffs are friendly. This is one of the best apartment communities in this area. Rent is not cheap but the value is great! We love the events, fitness facility, pool, trash pick up services, everything is great.

Amazing community! The staff and residents are nice and kind, the amenities are amazing, they have 4 pools, a splash pad for the littles ones with grills at each amenities! They also have food trucks come every week , it's really awesome living here

Well run, no problems a happy community. The pools are clean everyday and the walkways also.. Since the pandemic I've been staying to myself and wearing a mask when I go out for essentials...also I sit on the deck a lot in the mornings and watching people walking their dogs and some just going out for a stroll.. I do a little stretching on the deck too..
