Best community ever. Service and maintenance are great. Community pools and kids play area are so beautiful. In this Community we do have pet park also and community is smoke free . It's been almost 4 years we were moved in here it's an pleasure stay for us. I strongly recommends liv ahwatuke community to who wants to move.

I love this community. It's clean for the most part, quiet and people keep to themselves which is how I like it. If I could recommend one thing it would be that the pillows on the patio furniture and beach chairs be laundered/steam cleaned. Some of the headrest pillows are dirty and I wouldn't put my head there. I am actually thinking of offering to wash them myself but for the larger cushions, I am not able to.

The staff is professional, always courteous and willing to help with any situation. I never have any issues. The property is clean and well-kept. Maintenance request are handled swiftly. It's a great place to live.

It's a beautiful place with lovely people and plenty of amenities. They are very accommodating and provide quick help with maintenance and repairs. The front office is helpful and they are quick to answer questions you might have.

Apartment was freshly painted and very clean at move in. The grounds and common areas are beautifully maintained! Staff is friendly and responds to requests quickly. My husband says he feels like we are living at a resort.

The move in process was easy and smooth. We encountered a few minor issues around the garage space we rented and some services that were available actually not being available. Other than those two items overall it went well. Our experience so far has been positive (2 weeks in).

I have really enjoyed my time here so far. Been here just over a year. The apartments are spacious, clean, and really modern. Rent price is still relatively cheap. Great on site amenities and the staff here is awesome. I would recommend this place to friends.

Awesome community! Great location with everything you could possibly need is just a short drive away. Never had too many maintenance problems, but when we did they were taken care of same day within hours. All the amenities are top of the line. Couldn't have asked for a better place to land when moving to Phoenix a couple years ago.

I've loved everything about it! It's quiet and the staff is awesome! The neighbors I've met so far are really friendly. The gym and the pools are very well kept and I use them on a daily basis. Literally love this community!

This is first apartment in US life for me. It has nice appearance, pool, gym, small park for kids and friendly staff, I and my family have been spending very comfortable time even though stay home order caused by coronavirus.

This apartment complex could be a 5 Star community with the proper care and management. As it is, I give it a 3. It is very average, with many of the public areas badly in need of maintenance and updating. The apartment itself is very nice. The workout room is awesome. The pools and other outside areas need some work. At least 30% of the outdoor light posts are falling down or in disrepair. We live in the Phase 3 area which is not maintained well at all. The splash pad never works properly. The lights in this area always need repaired. We signed a renewal for another year and hope that the property is managed properly and brought up to the standards that the residents expect for the amount of rent we pay.

Liv Ahwatukee has been an amazing experience. The staff is friendly and efficient and always happy to help. The community is exceptionally clean, quiet (mostly), very safe, and beautiful. If I could take this copy this complex and paste it downtown Phoenix I would not move. It has been fantastic!

I have lived at Liv Apartments for 14 months now. In the beginning, things were nice but the noise from the neighbors was immediate. The insulation between the floors and walls is minimal at best. My first issue was a loud music/ pot smoking neighbor. I would call in complaints that he was playing music so loud that I couldn't hear the tv in my own apt. They would call him and he would stop for a time. I called in several times. I soon learned that you have to write emails or letters to make it real. My next issue with him was a patio full of plants (He said the plants camouflaged the pot smell if the cops showed up). Management finally made him get rid of the plants after my apt became infested with gnats and mosquitos from the standing water of his plants. I then got upstairs neighbors that walked so loudly I thought they were wearing clogs. We now have a guy that is running a motorcycle repair shop out of his garage. All day long he revs the motorcycles and 4 wheelers. He rides them through the parking lots at high rates of speed. Again, the complex does nothing. They are not concerned with others safety. Do your self a favor and keep looking because while the place might look nice there are lots of hidden issues that the management doesn't seem to care about. They will most likely follow up this review by saying thank you for bringing this to our attention. We do everthing possible to make everyone happy. They don't! I have 30 days left and can not wait to move into my house!

I have had a great experience at Liv. There is no lack of amenities and they are kept clean and open 24/7! I have also had great turnaround with maintenance. They respond to issues in a very timely manner and are extremely helpful and polite.

It's nice, quiet, the pools are amazing with salt water instead of chlorine, the gym is above part, and is really good for parties and get together. Office staff is helpful and polite and treat you somewhat like family. Maintenance is has been always quick and efficient.

The layout is something wrong. the master bedroom is so hot in summer ( air conditioner is not working properly) and so cold in winter. Technician said that the layout is what it is so they can not do anything.

Liv Ahwatukee Apartments offers renters with luxury experiences similar to staying at a time share resort. The property is well kept, maintaince is quick to respond to any issues. Staff in the office aim to remember each renter making it always a comfortable experience. Office seems well run. Overall great experience renting at this apartment complex, high prices are to be considered though.

We love it at Liv Ahwatukee! The apartments are all updated and beautiful. Amazing wood flooring and granite countertops. The complex is always so clean as well, and the amenities they offer here compare to no other apartments! 10/10 definitely recommend

This apartment company is a lot like a luxury hotel. They have everything you need. From a fitness instructor to holiday events. The gym is fantastic and the outside activities are perfect for any age. Love this place.
