A community of all ages makes for a friendly environment. As a dog owner, I love that they welcome dogs with activities for them too. The salt water pools have been a treasure to cool in this heat and throughout the year.

My friend suggest that we look at these apartments while we where home searching. We had no idea this community was sooo clean and offered so many great amenities. The front desk lady Ashley was so knowledgeable and professional in telling us about each and every detail...we was SOLD!! We are in love with Liv ??

To many broken and unkept areas on the grounds. The one pool is falling apart the tiles are missing it's always dirty not heated like they said. The cushions on every seat are filthy. If you have a dog the bark park is awful it's been over 100 degrees and there is no water it's been broke for weeks.Securty is not present cars being broke into every weekend.

It has been great. The staff and all others have been wonderful To me. I would recommend it to anyone. People are very friendly. Staff has been very helpful to me. When I have needed help they are right there to help.

Blown away by my first apartment experience. Professionalism of staff and management, beauty, safety, 24-hour amenities, superb landscaping and cleanliness encompass this community. If you're looking for a place to call home mixed with a resort-style atmosphere, you won't be disappointed in choosing Liv Ahwatukee. The management and staff are here FOR YOU and it shows. The maintenance of the grounds, amenities and homes is well above par and always a pleasant, non-complicated experience. I love coming home. Thank you, Liv.

Excellent place to live. Staff is very nice and they are easy to get a hold of. They have always responded very promptly to my questions or any concerns. The common areas and pools are well maintained. Any maintenance requests usually get done within 24 hours.

Staff is always polite and friendly. Plenty of events and amenities to fill your time if that's something you're interested in. Residents have always been polite as well or just mind their own business which is great. Downsides are most likely at every apartment community which are mostly noise related because the walls don't seem to have much soundproofing. From neighbors slamming doors, kids screaming their lungs out at the pool, large parties going past 12 pm, and the very rare verbal altercations at 2 am - these occurrences are common to apartment living. Most noises quiet down after 8 pm however. The one thing that could be more enforced if possible are vehicle speeds through the complex. Even with frequent speed bumps there are constantly residents (hopefully they are) driving at unsafe speeds. Despite these minor issues I would still recommend Liv to anyone looking for a quality place to live.

Convenient location, easy access to highways, shopping, schools and medical attention. Clean and well maintained facility, takes care of maintenance issue immediately. Good amenities, prices are a little higher than other places.

Very pleasant to live. Has good residents. Dog friendly. Good maintenance and responsive. Helpful staff in the office. Good salt water swimming pools. There are a lot of social activities and fitness classes offered in the apartment. A fun place to live at.

Love everything here so far. During the move in there was a lot of support from the staff, the apartment was spotless and I was referred by my best friend. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a family or is single

Great complex, great amenities, and great people living here. The office staff is also amazing. Monica and Gabby are also there to help! Bring both black and gay, my wife and I feel comfortable living here and are expecting boy and girl twins any day now. We still plan to stay here with our kids.

Excellent community. It is a great location, right next to the I-10 AND 202 loop and not far from father 101 and US60. The amenities are amazing, club house, gym and pools. This place definitely represents the "resort" living lifestyle.

I absolutely love living at liv. From the great amenities offered to the cleanliness of the site, everything has been great! When I first toured the community the customer service I received was amazing. The staff here are super helpful and friendly and they respond in a timely manner to all questions and requests. I am so happy to call Liv my home.

If you are looking for a community that is friendly, beautiful, safe, and in a convenient location, look no further. Staff and neighbors are friendly. The amenities are worth it and you can easily be to any of your favorite stores within 5-10 minutes.

I had a very positive experience with Liv Ahwatukee during my search for an apartment. The office hours were very convenient for me to come in and tour and have any questions answered. This was the first place I toured, and it was an instant favorite from my first impression with the staff, cleanliness of the facilities, and recreational activities available. I think I am going to like it here!

Liv Ahwatukee is a beautiful community. The amenities are awesome, the staff is first class, and customer service is always top of mind. We love it here, our dog loves it here since many members of the community have dogs, and the pools are one of our favorites. We intend to stay here as long as we can. Special thanks to Liv Ahwatukee staff they make it an enjoyable place to live in.

Amazing!! Helpful every step of the way!! Liv has everything I could possibly want and more. It truly feels like a community of people who are here because this is where they want to be. Truth be told, Liv makes me never want to buy again!

Newer complex with tons of amenities such as pools, fitness center and game room. Complex offers special events each month and they are a fun way to meet other residents. Friendly helpful staff. A big plus is the availability of a garage.

The grounds are kept pretty clean. Dog park is constantly dirty as are the stairwells and hallways from tenants putting out their garbage with it in a pail. Some office staff are incredibly helpful with questions. Amazon lockers are very convenient

The community is quiet and nice. Maintenance staff is great and helpful. All of the staff is extremely nice. There are fun activities, the pools are nice and the people that live here are friendly too. I feel happy and safe here.

Not ready to do that yet. Once we have been here for a more extensive time period, we'll be able to better share our experiences. So far the community meets our needs. We appreciate the accommodation and support we've received since engaging with the staff.

Great experience so far, been here a week, move in was smooth and staff was very responsive and helpful. Had an issue with internet connectivity but it was resolved in the first 24 hours and is working fine now. Really enjoying the amenities.

Very clean,safe community and friendly staff, the apartments are so spacious and modern, The community has the Amazon Hub to secure your packages,Trash is vallet pickup which makes it soo convenient for me,my apartment has vivint so I can control my thermostat, doors and lights even when am far away from home.

We absolutely love Liv. We could not imagine being anywhere else, we are pretty much set on living here until we decide to purchase. The complex is beautiful, so much to do, many ways to entertain guest. The 24/7 amenities are HUGE for us & we absolutely love and adore the staff!
