The Liv Ahwatukee Apartment staff has been great since day one even with its maintenance team that has been really reliable. What ever you need from a emergency maintenance fix, to even getting a replacement key made because one of your kids lost them. Liv Ahwatukee staff was always on point with there customers service & quality of work on getting the job done. Thanks Liv Ahwatukee Team.

These apartments are bright and sunny. People are friendly with a mix of 20 something and 60 somethings. Many of the people have pets and it is fun to watch them walk their dogs. Office and maintenance personnel are quick to answer and solve all problems - which are few.

I think the sense of community is pretty cool. My first time there, we walked around the property and the ladies giving the tour were greeting everyone by name. I'm sure not everyone there wants to be friends with their neighbor, but so far it seems like there are a lot of pretty friendly people there.

The grounds are well kept, highway noise is a bit much if you are in a building facing the highway. workers are friendly, the buildings and furnishings themselves are high quality. The pools and amenities are some of the best.

Knowledgeable staff, always ready to help out if needed. Clean, quiet and safe environment. Staff will treat you as family. Move in was fast and easy. Residents are nice and friendly. I came for a tour and was asked if wanted to stay for activities that are held weekly that day.

Office staff is helpful, and the maintenance staff are always happy and helpful. The community is kept up well and the amenities are open 24/7, which is very nice!! The gym is much nicer than most apartment gyms, and being open 24 hours is a huge plus!!

I felt so happy to have found LIV in my 4 month long apartment search.. I've never felt so nervous for getting an acceptance email from an apartment complex, we just wanted to live here that badly. Our unit is great, the front office and maintenance staff is amazing. All of my maintenance requests get completed quickly and correctly, all staff are so kind and pay attention to you and listen to what is wrong and are quick to help.

Great staff and maintenance crews. Always willing to assist with any concerns. The grounds are always clean and the teams are mostly professional. Office team could more friendly. They're not always approaching. One even avoided one day.

It is good, but I have kids and if they run in the apartment my neighbors under us complaint several times, we asked to be moved to another apartment on the 1st floor and there is one available, and if we moved the rent will increase in 300 USD, and that is not possible for me. So I live stressed due to the noise that my kids do when they run.

There is also a large pool and other community spaces are large and I think they are very well managed. Also, the surrounding living environment has a lot of shopping, so I don't think there will be any problems. I would be grateful if you could consider Liv in order to live a fulfilling life.

This community has wonderful amenities and beautiful apartments. The staff and residents are abundantly friendly. The community I located near I-10 making access to greater phoenix very easy. They are also very pet friendly.

Great homes and great staff. They encourage neighbors to get to know one another by creating a real community atmosphere. I have had great maintenance services. They are very dog friendly too. Would highly recommend.

We love living here at LIV. All the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The 24/7 access to the incredible amenities is awesome. Just wish things were fixed in a more timely matter but I know some things are out of their control. I feel like we live at a 5 star resort!

I love living at Liv. Please stop raising rent so high, I have no place to go the higher it gets. My experience has been excellent, we love it here and love the staff, love the hub, love the pool, love everything but the price LOL

It's really nice on the outside but dealing with the front office staff is a pain in the rear and the maintenance crew is no better. If you put in a work order expected to have it done in three months or more if they can get to you. They say their busy but I always see them driving around the complex with the office people. Been having issues with vandalism on my personal property (car) they say they have security but I never see them and the trash service that they claim to have, always picks and chooses to take the trash whenever they want. For the amount of money I'm paying for rent I expected more but in reality gotten way less. I'm sorry but I wouldn't want to renew with them again. Ps. We always seem to be having mechanical problems with the gates and call box but they chose to spend money on crappy restriping, and pool/ grill renovations instead of fixing what matters like appliances that are failing but don't want to replace.

We moved from Ontario Canada, which was a 31 hour drive to our new home in Phoenix. The staff at Liv went the extra mile to ensure everything about the move was stress free and flawless. It is a beautiful place to Liv and I will be happy here for years to come.

My stay with LIV has been absolutely outstanding and the staff is professional, helpful whenever their requested. The maintenance staff is proactive and reliable. All of my requested work orders have been completed.

It has a good location and good facilities. The staff are also very friendly and promptly deal with any problems. There is also a park where you can take a walk with your dog. I highly recommend this place. come here anytime.

When I first moved in the place was great. Now, maintenance has deteriorated and management doesn't respond to requests to meet with them to discuss issues of concern. Costs have increased significantly (over 200/month this renewal) and amenities previously included are now up to each individual tenant.

This community started off amazing and staff is a very good staff. The maintenance team is on point and does their best being friendly and helpful. The problem is when you have rules you should enforce them. Aka trash being left out smelling up our front door area all day, dogs barking on balcony on our weekends non stop. Great front office, gym is awesome, pools have potential, great dog park, great playground, amazing walkways for walking the area and boy this location is indeed awesome.

I love living at Liv Ahwatukee. The apartment is beautiful. It's quiet yet at the same time everyone is friendly and I feel a sense of community. They have lots of fun activities for us like happy hours and pancake breakfast and you can't beat the location.

I enjoy living in the community. Beautiful apartments, beautiful grounds, great amenities. We've lived here for a year a d a half and are happy. I will say that it is a tad bit expensive but the convenience of resigning our lease as we wait for our home to be built made it worth it
