Really nice amenities, the inside of the apartment looks new and modern, the only negative aspects I see, are that the noise for neighbor apartments gets through easy, yo can hear the conversation you neighbor is having and lastly that the hallways and stairs are often dirty the community cleans them around once a month.,

The staff in the office are very friendly and knowledgeable, the community is extremely clean and quiet, the apartment itself is very spacious with lots of upgrades and services unique to Liv communities. There were no issues moving in and office staff was happy to answer any questions I had.

Liv Ahwatukee has great amenities for its residents. It's close to major highways and places to eat and shop. The gym is good for an apartment, but it's on the second floor above the main office (and it's chandelier), so deadlifting is out of the question.

With the administration, great, with some neighbors, not so far. We had encounter some neighbors that does not know what's live on apartments, or others that "park" in the middle of the street, blocking your car from being able to leave.

We have not lived in an apartment for many years. Liv exceeded our expectations in many ways. The grounds are well kept, staff is responsive and very friendly, and there are plenty of areas to walk our dogs and for our son to play.

Good apartment complex. Close to freeways and shopping areas. The pools and outside areas are wonderful and well maintained. Fire pits are enjoyable as well as bbq areas. The fitness center is top notch.

Very genuine approach from leasing office to tenant. Every interaction I have had with the front office has left me feeling valued, and heard. They take the time to hear your concerns, and if they don't have an immediate answer they are great about researching to the best of their ability and getting back to you in a timely manner.

I wasn't sure if I'd live in an apartment again until I found LIV Ahwatukee. From the upscale entrance of the inviting leasing office and the "HUB" to the extravagant amenities, LIV has everything I need to feel right at home! ????

This is an excellent place to live. Staff is prompt and professional. The units are modern and clean. The complex is conveniently located near shopping, schools, library, community center, restaurants, gyms, etc.

I am very happy and content here. I have lived in almost all the apartment communities in the area. This is by far the best. Clean, quiet, helpful and friendly. Truly a gem in Ahwatukee. My only complaint is my mailbox is too high, I can't reach the mail in the back of the box :) Other than that, its great! You won't regret moving here.

Community has tremendous amenities for the price. Wi-Fi, cable, heated pools, well-equipped clubhouse, car-care area, dog park, activities (happy hours and other gatherings), etc etc. Staff and residents are friendly.

I like living here, very quiet place. Very beautiful community. I would stay another year. My family like coming over to visit us, they like it. Very beautiful place to live, I like my floor plan, swimming pool and gym room too. Love it!

Just moved in, it is a very well kept and clean community. My apartment layout is very nice and I love the location of the complex. It's close to food and shopping and has easy access to the freeway. I'm so excited to live here!

I recently moved into Liv Ahwatukee with my wife. We love it! The employees are very helpful and friendly. The Apartment itself is very clean and we've had no issues so far! Love the pool and workout facilities! Also looking forward to the many community events coming up.

Overall gorgeous and well-managed. I noticed small things here and there when I moved in. The bathroom was not scrubbed fully. The shower heads were clogging. But they were taken care of as soon as I placed the work orders.

I have not had any real issues. When I needed maintenance they responded right a way. Office staff are awesome, always there when I have popped in. Had an issue having to go to the hospital and found the help from staff made me feel comfortable.

It's been great, I love it. Everyone that I have meet at the apartment have been so kind and helpful to both my children and myself. I was concerned with living in an apartment after my divorce but Liv has eased all of my concerns.

Neighbors are great. I have made a lot of friends. Condition of existing apartment is declining, needs to be painted and drywall repaired. The air conditioning for the master bedroom is not very good, the rest of the apartment gets cooler.

We moved into this apartment from Japan. The staffs are really kind and professional. A transition like this is often tough but, by choosing Liv, we experienced less difficulty in our transition. We all like this apartment.

Great place for kids and families. Lots of great space for kids. The community is also great for a healthy living lifestyle. The gym and classes are amazing and nicer than any other apartment I've seen.

when I first came to tour the complex I was greeted by Monica and Lexi when I say they showed so much interest in providing Excellent Customer service. I was beyond pleased with the way they treated me, they answered every question with much knowledge. they took their time in making sure I had the best experience while on the tour. I'm so happy to be a Liv Resident.

I've only been a resident for a few days, but I'm already so in love with LIV. My move in experience has been more than pleasant, and kudos to Lexi for making our transition to a new home easy. Can't wait to take full advantage of all the amenities.
