I love the place! Everyday here feels like a resort and a vacation, plus I work from home so I get to enjoy every part of it. The pools are amazing and refreshing after a long day. The apartments are very clean and amazing. I feel like i'm living like a millionaire here.

LIV is a great community with both caring residents and staff. I love it because it is kept clean; has a strict non-smoking and dog-poop pick-up, policy. Good diverse mix of people - all, I find, are respectful to one another. Promotes healthy, clean, and green living too - I love that!

So far for the few days we've been here it has been an awesome experience. Staff is always so friendly. Pool party was off the chain. The grounds are kept clean, and if there are any issues, they are quick and willing to fix. Love the amenities provided to the renters here.

I have lived in several apartment communities and LIV Ahwatukee has been wonderful. The office stuff is not only very friendly but very prompt to help, the community is clean, and well maintained. There is free excellent coffee, teas and they even provide all the condiments (creamer, sugar, stir sticks) you need to make your coffee or tea even better. They even provide actually coffee mugs if they run out of cups, you just have to return it when you're done. The gym has great amenities, free workout classes and even an on-site personal trainer. I signed with her a few times and it was great! LIV has trash valet, which I had never had before. It seemed a little much and is a monthly service built into your rent. At first, I didn't want it but honestly it is very helpful!! The commmunity is very quiet and peaceful. I feel at home here and look forward to coming home each day.

We were the 4th residents to move in when the apartment complex opened, and have since moved into a larger unit. The staff and management are very helpful, and the amenities are top notch. Any issues are addressed timely and professionally.

Perfect place to live while waiting for a house. Questions are quickly answered, service is A1. Would definitely recommend here for quality service and treatment. All issues will be resolved in a timely quick fashion.

Modern apartment complex with tons of great amenities. Great location, not too far from the freeway. Lots of activities to get connected with others living in the community. Amenities like pool, workout center and game room are open 24/7 and are state of the art. If you don't take advantage of those amenities though, you are still going to be paying more in rent so take advantage of those perks.

Liv is an amazing community.... from the beautiful grounds to the wonderful staff, you feel like your on vacation... this is resort living at its finest. The pools, gym, and activities are truly what living in a community is all about... MY only issue is I am more of a introvert, I need to come out of my shell to fully appreciate what is at my community. Everyone so far has been so nice here...

Everything is amazing and everyone is so friendly. The walls are a little thin so you do hear people walking but other then that everything is great. The front office staff is friendly and maintainces worker as well

So far so great. Everything seems well maintained. Maintenance is quick to fix things. Management is nice. There are some annoying kids in the neighborhood, but their disruption is not the managements fault. Overall the first 4 months have been great

It has been great! Very clean and we'll maintained property! The parking is very adequate and the facilities are beautiful. We have never seen any pests in or around our unit. The staff is always willing to help. The property is very quiet.

These apartments are absolutely amazing and both the front office staff and maintenance have been nothing but helpful. Everyone is friendly and they all have made sure I am comfortable and happy. I definitely plan to stay here for awhile!

My husband and I have always wanted to live in a luxurious apartment one day. When it was time looking for one, we found LIV. When we pulled up into the front area, we completely fell in love already. It was so clean and modern looking, as we were walking to the office, in front of us was a beautiful pool area. It had spacious cabanas, grills, hot tub and a huge lap pool! And don't even get me started about the club house.. with TV's, pool tables, arcade games, and a huge kitchen! Perfect for entertainment. You can also rent out the clubhouse as well for special occasions like a baby shower, which is where I held mine. Living at LIV the past year was been such an amazing experience. Friendly neighbors, lots of restaurants and shopping stores, and it's such a great location!!

I chose Liv Ahwatukee for the following: Appearance, amenities, and location. The appearance is your "luxury" apartment type. It's not Beverly Hills or anything but has the newer modern look and appliances (stainless steel, gas stoves, marble countertops, garages, etc). The amenities are great (4 pools, gas bbq grills, fitness center, coffee/espresso machine, quality drinking H2O dispensers, PS4/XBox/Billiards/mini arcade room, dog park) and open 24/7 which is one of the few apartment communities that offers them. Other luxury apartments may have newer pools, indoor basketball courts, and upscale community hubs/game rooms but they close daily and at early evening hours. Plus, cable and internet is included in the rent package. The location is great! Access to I-10 and the 202 loop is less than a football field away. Too bad this is not a condominium community otherwise I would definitely invest!

Great community, attentive and caring office staff. Very quiet community and no rift raft walking around. A newer complex that is very clean. Good location right off the thruway which makes in convenient for traveling.

We are very happy that we chose to move to LIV Ahwatukee. The office staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The maintenance staff is also top notch. We have been here for 3 months and very happy here.

The apartment is recently built and many of ours services and offerings are good. I chose this apartment because of the close proximity to work, ease to highway, and businesses around the area. The staff and the community have all been nice and we'll manner. The apartment does offer CenturyLink as it's internet and TV service but you do have the option of upgrading to higher their for a fee. Its been great living here.

Liv is a beautiful complex and the people are so nice. When visiting, my friends and family all enjoy the pools and BBQs. We have had many occasions sitting by the pool and grilling. It is really like living at a resort.

Everything is amazing! The staff are great. Putting a work order in was easy and quick, I was able to do so through the resident portal. The maintenance was quick and did an excellent job. Once they were finished they left a note stating that they were there and the problem was fixed. Everything about this community has been great since the very beginning, I love living here!

It's been amazing I don't want to leave I have renewed my lease already for another year. The staff is friendly and the amenities are so clean and fun. My neighbors are nice and I am looking forward to keeping Liv as my home

Nothing short of wonderful...The staff, management, and residents have all been great to be a part of. The activite's, and social functions that are provided are a nice perk for the adults and kids who live here.

I love this place! It's beautiful, it feels like a resort and the staff are friendly. I love the amenities and the calendar events. My kids love the pools, splash pad and playground. My dog loves the Bark Park. Wonderful community!

The Liv Ahwatukee community has been a wonderful experience from the beginning. The amenities are unparalleled, apartments are beautiful and spacious, and staff members are always pleasant and extremely helpful. There are great organized opportunities to socialize with neighbors while also remaining quiet and private. I would highly recommend the community to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing community that truly values its residents.

Liv is the only apartment community that actually strives to make you feel as though it is your home. You have 24 hour access to everything and a lot of wonderful amenities that are far nicer than nearby Apts. at the same price.
