LivAhwatukee is a beautiful apartment complex with extremely helpful staff and maintenance. Great location, close to dining and entertainment. Plenty of amenities on the grounds- Hub, pool, dog park etc.

The complex is awesome. It's definitely resort living. Grounds are beautiful. Lots of activities to keep the younger ones busy. They have HaPpY hour for the adults once a month, great way to interact with your neighbors. Swimming pool party's too.

The staff is amazing and really connects with the reidents. The grounds are always clean and maintained. The residents are so happy and friendly because they live in the best complex in Phoenix. I love being a Liv Ahwatukee resident.

Since moving in last June everything has been good. Community is well maintained and enjoy the gym and pool. Have also used other areas like hub and games. The community activities are also fun. Would recommend this community as a good place to live.

It's a bit on the pricy side but the amenities and the community events make it one of the best places to live in the ahawatukee area. It's got an amazing gym with fitness personnel and it comes with cable and Internet.

The apartments still have the new feeling to them. They are in a great location for shopping, food, gas, grocery stores, and bars. Friendly staff, everyone always greets you with a smile. Great community area for friends and family to hang around.

Great place live. Conveniently located, well maintained, great value. I have enjoyed living at LIV Avendia and LIV Auwatukee and would recommend this kind of living to anyone who wants the easy life. I decided on LIV based on first impression and going on 3 years those intial impression were far exceeded. If like what you see when you visit wait till you live here. From the staff to the well maintain grounds, to the location, to the well packaged leasing options im glad I found this Oasis in the desert...

Environmentally-friendly apartment in a safe area of Phoenix and easy access to stores, doctor's office, theatre and the Pecos Community Center. Quiet neighborhood and only 1 minute to freeway, yet you never hear noise from traffic.

I am a single mother but married, (my husband works abroad). I have 4 children, 3 much older then the new comer. When my older children started graduating I found myself questioning my lifestyle. BIG house that I was basically a slave to. Plus I had my own work schedules I was maintaining. TOO MUCH, but funny enough, I didn't know there was a much easier way to live, it was my norm! Never really having a lot of years lived in smaller spaces I never considered it, until it started becoming so sensationalized through media and such. I admit to being a little bit closed minded until I started actually researching condo and apartment style living. Trust me, I was NOT going to give up the fancy house on the hill without a good reason, the good reason turned out to be, quality of life. I traded quantity (square footage) for quality of life style. Now instead of cleaning/maintaining time, I actually have play time, more fitness time, and overall enjoyment time for my children and myself. We can, and do recreate right on the grounds. I LOVE IT. Don't have to clean the pool before we use the pool, it's always beautiful for us 24/7! So on and so on. This is how I describe it; I live as I live when on vacation, the grounds are beautifully manicured and amenities top notch. We have the best service that happens to be friendly as well! Downsizing has been, really, really good. I FEEL LIKE a kid again! One more thing, I rent a garage here, super good move, they don't put ridiculous rules on it, I can actually store whatever I need, (not like other apartments I had considered, I put my extra furniture and other household belongings). This Place is Awesome and Aesthetically refreshing. I heart LIV - ALL & FAM!

A quick walk through the community shows the care and attention to detail taken by management. Although the community is a couple of years old, all of the common areas are well maintained and look as fresh and clean as new construction. The apartment itself is the same with fixtures, flooring, appliances, etc all looking and functioning just like new.

I absolutely love Liv! I have never experience anything adverse in the the community, and everyone (staff) is awesome! Every time I've asked for or needed something, I have it in minimal turn-around time. It's just a great community to live in....

It is very nice APT complex, for amenity, service, good looks, equipment, enough parking lots, a variety of activities, and quick response requests. Also it's good for access to freeways, shopping center, and malls. I strongly want to recommend someone for looking for a good apt complex.

I love how the atmosphere feels more like a community than an apartment complex. Sometimes there are problems around the grounds but they are usually taken care of. The problems I've had were with staff not following through but things got cleared up in the end.

Staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. This apartment feels very much like home. Maintenance happens immediately, I've always had repairs the same day as my work order has been submitted. Great space with two pools - one is usually busier than the other so you can choose which atmosphere you would like most. Overall great place to stay - I feel very safe living here :) Only complaint is very heavy-footed upstairs neighbors - who are up in the middle of the night?if I lived on the 3rd floor I would be very likely to give this place 10/10.

Overall clean in appearance, the staff are super hard working and accommodating, and the amenities are really nice. But, the fact that very little is done to keep people who don't live here out is somewhat aggravating due to the amenities often being overcrowded, noisy, and full of kids that nobody has ever seen before. Lack of security directly lead to at least one resident being assaulted.

Nice, quiet, clean, convenient location. Close to school, shopping and freeway. Safe area and nice staff. I like it a lot. Why do I have a minimum character count forcing me to add words. Its a nice place OK.

The cleanliness of this complex has gone down hill since two cleaning people left. They did an excellent job but the new employees are not keeping it as clean. Also the security gates have not worked properly since I moved to this complex. Instead of fixing the gates so they work properly, they put chains on them so you cannot go in or out of the gates. This is unacceptable. The chains need to be removed and the gates fixed properly.

After living in the Liv Apartment community I don't know how I will ever live anyplace else. The amenities, apartments, and the staff are all amazing! For the price you will not find a better community. There are always planned activities and things to do! We look forward to coming home every day!

So far we have been living in this community for 1 year. We like it and we may extend our lease for another year or so. From the time we moved in, we did not have any issues with the staff nor the residents. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The amenities are beautiful, always clean. Our apparent is nice and comfortable. I enjoy living here, it's the best way to live healthy and stresssfree just like a home should feel like.

Love the community and amenities. The pools are beautiful, the staff is friendly. They take care of the community. The dog park is awesome! Including the Internet and cable is the best decision ever! I recommend this community to all my friends.

I've had low or no air conditioning in my bedroom for almost two years and the staff keeps telling me it's going to be fixed and they keep giving me the runaround if I would have known that the problem wouldn't have been fixed by now I would have never renewed my lease at this complex I didn't have neighbors above me for the first year that I lived here now I have someone above me and I hear everything that they do it sounds like they're moving every day the recycling bins are always full so everybody's garbage and Zapp on the ground this place is horrible

I have had a great time living in the community and by far the best experience to date. The amenities are immaculate and the community is kept extremely clean. It is very peaceful and noise levels are very low inside the apartment. I Will definitely recommend this place!

This is a nice place, not perfect, but nice. don't get me wrong every place has its problems, But the staff is very rude I've never understood the meaning mean mugging someone till now i mean really... I swear you would think these people have personal problems with you, there's nothing worse then feeling uncomfortable where you live... you speak and smile to the staff and they look at you like your the worse person ever especially that Monica lady I'm not a racist but she plays into the whole black woman have attitude which is very sad. It would be a better place if they changed the staff

Perfect place for a family. I have everything i need, quiet inside apartment, lot of activities in the clubhouse, nice neighbors, very good staff and quick on maintenance. close by to all the places i visit shopping, restaurants, movies etc.,
