Do not sign a lease at Liv Ahwatukee. They are overpriced and poorly constructed. In 6 months I've had 3 HVAC issues (AC broke twice) and because of poor design, the rooms have never cooled evenly. I've had water damage twice in the same location because repairs weren't completed correctly. There is no on-call maintenance, you would be lucky to get a reply within 24 hours. This is not what you should expect from a luxury apartment.

Liv is a great community. it's has very beautiful scenery. people are friendly, lots of activities for my young boys and for myself to do. our gym it's amazing! Our hub has an amazing coffee bar;so delicious. I would absolutely recommend this property.

I only moved in last week, but so far my experience has been very positive. The weightroom is excellent, the property is beautiful, and the staff is helpful and courteous. I had one minor maintenance request and it was handled promptly and professionally.

My experience has been okay. I have had a lot of little issues. My apartment was not thoroughly completed. I still had holes in the wall, missing trinkets, and the AC doesn't reach the master bedroom. It made for a VERY hot summer. Lots of spiders and scorpions. The floors are constantly dirty and the laminate is coming up.... the fixtures and toilets are cheap.... at a glance very thing looks great but its just a matter of time that everything starts breaking, or turning ugly. On the property we went a good portion of the summer without misters at one of the pools, limited music. I think it only worked when employees that lived there accessed them.... Things I like are .... the staff is friendly (most of them). I love the maintenance crew they are prompt, friendly and very busy.

Liv Ahwatukee is by far the nicest community I have ever lived. The amenities are beyond amazing. The pools, gym, community center, and other activity areas are huge benefits to living here. The units are set up nicely with wood laminate floors, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Would recommend Liv Ahwatukee to anyone.

I moved in July 21. It is July 27 and I still have no cold water in my apartment. I noticed this problem on the 2nd day I was here. I informed the office staff the next day and the maintenance guy came by on three days later. He tested the water temperature and the cold water registered at 89-90 degrees in the kitchen and 88-89 in the bathroom. I asked what could be done and he said there was nothing he could do to fix the problem and to talk to the front office.

I looked everywhere when I first moved from California to Phoenix. I had narrowed it down to three places then I came across Liv. Once I walked through the door I was floored. The staff was amazing and the amenities were beyond my wildest dreams. Then I saw the model and that was it, I was home, and I have never regretted my decision.

The helpful staff made my move in very quick and stress free. My apartment was freshened up and cleaned right before my move in, which made the overall move that much more convenient for me. I love how well kept the grounds and amentities are at this property. I eagerly await enjoying them now that I'm a bit settled in!

I love the community and the staff. A lot of great amenities! And happy hour a nice treat! The fitness area is top notch and availability is good, the few times I've used it! The expresso machine is wonderful and saves on my Starbucks bill. The cabanas are lovely and limiting the use is great to keep it fair to everyone trying to grab shade in the pool areas! Offering bonus points and gift card options is unbelievable since this helps my annual Starbucks contributions too!! I think it's a great place to live.

This community is beautiful and has all the amenities you could possibly want...whatever isn't in the complex is just a few blocks away or less. Great staff and friendly residents. I have only been here a while, but it feels great to be a part of.

Brand new apartment and lot of problems, the problems that will become yours when u move in, check the ac, make sure it's no TOO loud, check the flooring hopefully it's not going to come of when u move in, But to begin with make sure that your apartment was cleaned!! Nobody cleaned ours!! Make sure that ac thermostat is located in the right spot, or you will have a big problem, check the all the cabinets, most of them have problems. Check the fridge dishwasher and sink for scratches, dents! So, for the money you will be paying better take your time and walk thru slow !! And don't bother to complain to the manager, seems like she is always on lunch! The complex has only one juccuzi, good luck in the winter time. It's a smoke free apt, and I see the building across mine upstairs two people smoking on the balcony!! Oh yeh the noise level is a problem, I have no neighbors above or on the side yet but from all the people I've been talking to it seems a huge problem!!! For the money you pay here it should be heaven but so far it's it's far away from that!!!!!! Good luck to you all!!

Extremely nice apartment and great community to live in. I feel safe living alone as a woman. Only things I'm disappointed are the appliances and soundproofing. The dishwasher is not efficient and the laundry doesn't seem to be effective as well. I've been woken up to my downstairs neighbors arguing- I shouldn't be able to hear that! Staff is friendly and helpful and I would renew my lease and recommend to a friend !

Great apartment community! Resort style pool, plenty of outdoor lounge areas, and the "Resident Hub" is the perfect place for relaxing or entertaining guests. Not to mention, the fitness center is PHENOMENAL. Management and staff are also very friendly and accommodating. Maintenance consistently responds in a timely manner. The apartment homes are spacious with modern appliances and features. Liv offers a very comfortable living environment!

Unbeatable amenities. Great location. New. Attached garage in one bedroom apartments is good size for car and storage. Staff was helpful at move in. Modern appliances, cabinets, granite counter tops, and vaulted ceilings are a bonus. Most residents I've seen are in 20s and 30s.

Overall really well! Everyone we worked with and toured with was full of information and patient as we tried to narrow our decision. All of the amenities are just incredible, I look forward to using them! Liv has been one of the best apartment living experiences I've had. I really enjoyed talking with the staff and they were very informative. the community is awesome one of the best apartment complexes I've ever lived in the amenities are outstanding and including what really sold me on the property was a gas stove because I like to cook. I am very satisfied with this community! The staff is excellent and the apartments are beautiful!! The amenities are really nice, love the pool area, the gym has really nice equipment , and virtual trainer is awesome! My only recommendation is more grills around the community, other than that I'm very satisfied!!
