I love the dog park, the pools, and the amenities. The gym is the best that I have ever seen in an apartment community. The free coffee and tea is also nice, as are the many seeting areas throughout the community. There is no reason to stay inside since they made the outside so nice.

had problems with receiving mail when we first moved in. Staff didn't really care, and was not in a hurry to fix. I received "I get my mail" by 2 of the office staff members. Also, the people above us are extremely loud, and I can hear ever step they take.

It's like moving into a perfect resort where everything is lovely and brand new. The bathrooms are huge, the in apartment laundry room a real luxury. These apartments really feel like homes. One really feels that one's life got an upgrade. I'm glad I found this place.

Everything has been great so far while living here. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The amenities that Liv offers are so nice. It's a relief when you mr steps away from the fitness center or if you just want to relax at the pool and enjoy the day.

I definitely LOVE living at Liv. I moved into a one bedroom here in February 2015 and when I needed a bigger place I just upgraded into one of their two bedrooms. The amenities are beautiful ( 4 pools, spa, splash pad, multiple bbqs--both gas and charcoal, giant chess, ping pong, table soccer, misters and wifi throughout common areas, video games, corn hole, fire pits, outdoor tvs and sitting areas, sand volleyball, exercise mile, gym, pool tables, poker table, community garden, dog park, dog wash area, basketball court, movie style sitting with big screen, cabanas, shuffleboard, car wash area, and a playground) and open24 hours. I thought that there would be a problem with noise because of this but it is the quietest complex I have ever lived in. The grounds are kept immaculate and the office is incredibly helpful and friendly. Whenever I put in a service request they show up that same day or the next to complete it. I am trying to rack my brain on constructure criticism to give but can't think of a single thing. IPA management has done an AMAZING job at making it feel like a resort and not just your typical complex. They even have trash butlers 5 nights a week come and collect your trash. If you want your life to feel like one big vacation, (who doesn't?!?) this is the place for you!!

Liv Ahwatukee is more than an apartment - it is a home. The service offered is like having a private staff just for me. I love it here. I came to AZ alone but I don't feel alone with the great staff and service. I feel safe and secure and can count on the staff for help. They have already been here for me for two furniture deliveries.

I am very happy and content at LIV. The staff are all super nice, helpful and friendly. The grounds are immaculate and well paid out. My unit is quiet and private. I really don't feel like I am in an apartment at all. I recommend LIV to anyone looking for more than just another apartment. I plan to stay for a long time

I'm very happy I chose this place to call home! The pool, gym, rec room are awesome!! Defiantly do not have to go anywhere else when you have it in your community. Easy access to the I-10 and 202. The apartments have beautiful appliances and layouts.

I love everything about the apartment and the amenities. Unfortunately I have neighbors above me that make loud sounds on a consistent basis. I think what can they possibly be doing up there. If the property wasn't built with sound barrier materials then I understand why I hear them so well. When they walk they really do stomp. They stomp to the point that the light fixtures rattle. I am not exaggerating. Sometimes I wonder if there is a fight upstairs and chasing each other around and throwing each other across the room. It's like a constant running back and forth while moving furniture or something.

liv Ahwatukee is a top notch apartment community. The staff is courteous and professional. The buildings are well built. My only negative comment is that there is more foot stepping noise above me than I like. It seems that this could have been taken care of in the design process. Still, I am happy with the complete package.

LOVE LOVE LOOOOOOVE THIS PLACE!! Liv Ahwatukee is awesome. Aminities are great. Definately a resort like home. The staff is super friendly and quick to resolve any issues that may come up. I can't wait until all aminities are open (sports court, dog park....)

So far i love it the area is nice and quite. Apt look better then the pictures and all the amenities are great. The hub is great area to go have some fun with friends. Gym is available 24/7 which is great and most of all the pool is spectacular and available 24/7 as well.

We have truly loved participating in some of the events. There are things we'd like to change and maybe help keep the community a smoke-free community. Considering so many people will knowingly move in to the smoke-free community and will sit on the sidewalk in front of the community smoking. Just looks bad. Or bring over too many of their friends that don't live on the premises almost every night to use The Hub....so as a tenant, I'm not keen in going in there to use the facility after working all day because kids and friends of tenants have taken over. Not cool. You can hear EVERYTHING your upstairs neighbor does. Sounds like they're constantly doing construction, or they're walking seems like stomping. Ridiculous!

I have lived at this property for about two weeks now and I am very happy! The amenities are great and the front-office staff is the best i have ever experienced when living in an apartment community. The fact that the property is non-smoking is wonderful! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for an upscale community in Ahwatukee.

Because the staff cares and the visuals and apartments are so wonderful it is a pleasure to live here. It is rare to find an apartment complex with so much better o offer. I love the layout of my apartment....so easy to live in, and the closet space and outlets are more than ample.

As this is a brand new community it is very nice. I was looking for a community of this caliber for sometime. I love the fact that it's a smoke free community and they are technologically savvy with providing ethernet and high speed cable/TV as part of the amenities for a discounted rate. The two salt-water pools are a plus. I love animals (dogs & cats) but I dislike when people think they can own a dog and not have to pick up after their dog. Well to take care of that the community uses paw prints DNA. This is what I was told upon touring the apartment. I hope they have followed through with that and are using the service. With Paw Prints if a tenant lets their dog poop on the grounds the management office will be able to figure out who the dog belongs to and hand out the appropriate fine. In my previous apartment the air conditioning unit would come on and it was so loud that I had to turn up the television. This doesn't happen here at Liv Ahwatukee. The sounds from appliances and HVAC do not drown out the sounds of the television. I've toured other IPA Management properties and whatever property I visited I found all staff members to be nice and professional. The community has fitness classes and a well equipped gym and they also offer other fitness programs at a very reasonable price. I can't wait until the entire community is built. I think it is now and will be a very nice place to call home when it's fully built.

Liv Ahwatukee is a nice new community with "Great" staff and they are easy to work with. I moved in and they made any changes needed. Staff is very approachable. Nice area for very nice community neighbors. Area is clean and even maintenance is friendly and even too the time to say hello and asked about move in. The valet trash is a plus!

LIV truly embraces "community" like no other! I love living here! I just moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom apartment and renewed for another year. I do no plan on leaving anytime soon. I love my neighbors and have made many friends that helped me move all my things into my two bedroom. What a blessing! There is always an event at the Hub and you can always find someone to talk with or walk with and stay connected. The amenities are top notch and well maintained by a wonderful staff.
