It is a very quiet and safe community. Tons of amenities for people of all ages to enjoy. From the college students, to the early adults, people starting their families and people who are older. Its a community of a lot of different types of people and I enjoy living here.

i love living in this community! the amenities are beautiful and well taken care of. i love the different events and classes that are available. food trucks, yoga, water exercise classes, kids club. i also love the trash pick up service and how on top of maintenance requests the staff is. office staff is also always very helpful and polite. i love living here!

Beautiful condominium complex with lots of amenities. If we decide to get a rental in the Ahwatukee area this look like it would be great choice. Apartments and facilities look well taken cared of and clean.

I like we are gated and have access to invite visitors remotely. Complex is tidy and clean and never have to wait long periods for maintenance. The staff is friendly and makes themselves available as necessary. Parking is never a hassle and overall noise is minimal. Great apartments to live at.

it a great community and the price for what you get in the complex is a very fair price. but it could be more machines in the gym to help with the building of muscle. But overall this apt are good and very safe place to live

This is an amazing community and has amazing staff in the office and in the maintenance side of things, I've started my family in these grounds and it was super close to everything I needed! However the cost is just too great and it's sad to know they use AI systems to regulate valley wide pricing.

Our experience living here has been awesome. We love the pool and exercise room. Love what they do with the trash The events they provide from the office are great. Pet friendly apartments!!!! We will hear about the hiking events but we never can make it. We love the happy hour and the pancake days.

I love these apartments, they are clean and amenities are great. Lots of people walk their dogs and clean after them. People are constantly using many of the amenities which makes this place feel lively. Our unit is also very neat and comfortable. Also the people who work here are all great and very friendly!
