First impression will be the best impression. As leasing staff lied about rental offers and made me to sign 12 days early stating the offer will not be available after 20th December for any of the units, and later I came to know offers will be available later as well and also at the time of move in on Jan 1st 2019 I found that my apartment is not clean and complained on first day which was a bad experience.

The Reserve apartment complex is great because it is walking distance to the mall and also to the Metro stations for the bus. The community area of the complex has greatly improved since 2010 when I moved in the F101. They are doing a great job!

Poor management and worst maintenance. Be ready to lose your 500$ deposit. Old AC equipment and stairs and hallway is so narrow that it took us 3 hours to get a couch out of the apartment.. Homeless people get in to the community as well

The staff is extremely helpful and responds to all inquiries left on their online forum portal. The maintenance crew are always hard at work but will always find time to say hello and wish you a good day. The community is clean, and the neighbors are extremely respectful. The Pool and jacuzzi area is tropical and always maintained, and the surrounding areas (like the Mall) are key reasons that make this community so sought after.

comminty is a safe neighborhood and I believe Woodland Hills is one of the best communities is Los Angeles. All major restaurants, shops Gyms and much more are with easy reach. But rent keeps going up every year.

I love my apartment and I find that when there is a problem, it gets resolved quickly. Maintenance is great and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and always clean. The most upsetting to me is the lack of some tenants in keeping the place clean. Whether they clean up after their dogs, cleaning up the laundry room after use or making sure that their trash bag is not leaking all along the carpeted hallway to the chute. I find the weekends to be the worst because there is no cleanup staff. I love living here and will do so as long as I'm renting.

Everyone is friendly and the on site staff is very helpful. The staff knows everyone by name and makes everyone feel at home. The only complaint that I have is that I wish there was better security around the complex.

Don't move here overpriced for the lack of quality in apt area is nice apt is not cheap appliances thin walls can hear neighbors clearly slow maintenance / order completion notices sent out when work is not done not worth it don't do it !

Good staff, quit and clean community. Feels very pleasant and comfortable. The apartments layout is better than most other communities. Amenities are good and comfortable. Owner pays for gas and for chillers of the AC

Nice and safe environment. Pool and amenities are clean. Staff are very helpful but I wish that the building can provide guests parking area. I also like that there are security guard onsite. Since I have kid it makes me feel safe and comfortable.

I like my apartment but there are a certain things that I feel the management has to pay more attention to e.g. there were two persistent issues for which no/minimal resolution was provided. I feel that under such circumstances, more cooperation needs to be provided by the management.

I love living in this area. It is close to everything. Besides the apartment not having central A/C and the roach issue...the building is very nice and the amenities are great! I would recommend to others.

The service is horrible and there is a pandemic infestation of bugs they should pay everybody moving expenses and debug this building inside the walls I can slide coins under the wall between the floorboard how many bed bugs weigh as much as a nickel?

Community is very close to many shops and shopping malls, but all the units has this roaches problem , heard some of the units are effected by bed bugs , also heard some person try to open others door during night, don't feel safe after hearing these kind of news.

Parking situation is terrible. The leasing staff is very friendly and attentive, however, service requests are not handled well. Leasing staff and maintenance staff have different ideas of what they are allowed to do and issues are not handled in timely manner. The complex as a whole feels very poorly maintained. The turf has piles of leaves all the time and a huge insect problem. I walk my dogs 4-5 times a day and have yet to travel from one end to the other without seeing at least 10 cockroaches. I've had a pool of standing water on my patio for 3 weeks and still no one has bothered to fix it even after weekly reminders and service requests. Overall 2/5 stars

It's a nice community having all the amenities, located in the prime location. The level of cleanliness is good but could be improve by cooperation from all the residents. The gym is very good. The swimming pool is good but should be kept clean all times.

Nice community and neighbors - staff is very helpful as are maintenance people. Would like parking though to be included in rental unit - hopeful that will happen some day. Parking is a bit difficult around the building area with towing signs and Monday, Tuesday cleaning - parking tickets. Place has recently been painted and new windows have been put in which is very nice. Love the pool and Jacuzzi areas - very popular with the neighbors. Very close to the mall and park areas and movie theaters. Enjoy that thoroughly. Sometimes there is a pest or roach problem which I use roach motels for which it has reduced the problem significantly. I would recommend renting at this apartment complex.

Terrible experience. The security gates were broken for over a year. Homeless people sleeping in stairwells. Laundry machines don't work. Dog poop and trash everywhere. Rude and unhelpful staff. Elevators break frequently. Cockroaches, even if you have a super clean apartment.

Good experience . Big apartments. Nice location. I think the company need to send more information about the responsibility and rules for the people decide to rent in community building. The idea is to avoid trash in the halls and to leave out the building the shoppping cars.

I fell in love with the community when I can to check it out. April was the leasing personnel that helped me out during my visit. She was great, she made me feel at home. I even filled out the application before seeing the unit. But after the application process with April, my experience afterwards was not positive when I followed up with the leasing office before my move-in date. By the time I moved in, I also found out April has been transferred to another complex.

Overall pretty decent. Have had different ownership a few times. BIG roach problem off and on. Maintenance staff has always been courteous and great. Office staff for the most part has been ok. Not the fastest on returning calls or alerting maintenance

The people are fine. But this gate problem is one of the reasons I am leaving and Paul has not been helpful in this regard. I have complained numerous times and it still clangs away. I called Janine at Jones and Jones and she says someone will contact me.

It is near everything I need, so I am satisfied. It is expensive considering that no improvements of any kind have been made to my unit..Again, I am planning to renew my lease and hope that one day some improvements will be made.
