Just moved in so I can't review it fully but I like the community and the location. Our problems that we found upon move-in were taken care of quickly. The dog park and other amenities put this apartment above others in the price range.

My upstairs neighbor is always making noise and the leasing office hasn't really been much help in resolving that. Also, parking spots are tiny! People don't clean up after their dogs and leave trash everywhere in the hallways, stairways

I have had a great experience living at The Reserve so far. The location is prime! There are so many local convenient stores. You can literally walk to them. It is a safe community within the complex and the washers are great. You must reserve the amenities but that's good so there are no conflicts between residents.

In the process of moving in. It is a beautiful apartment. It seems very friendly and open. Seems like a place you can be comfortable at and be yourself. Does not seem like you need to worry about neighbors or anything. And I love that it's super pet friendly.

The landscape is very attractive. The grounds are kept clean. There are beautiful fountains. A great size pool, basketball court, tennis courts. A dog area- although I don't have a dog. It's a great area to live.

The community it great. They allow large dogs which is awesome and staff is very helpful and friendly. The application process quick and simple. The grounds are well kept. They have great amenities. Would like to see a bigger doggie park but they have a fun environment for dogs of all sizes.

The complex is beautiful however there has been a constant struggle with management since day 1. Things were not made clear to my roommate and I, policies were thrown at us that were years out of date, my roommate and I were not included in the move-in process (we understand social distancing is still in practice however we were sent blurry pictures of rooms and were told everything was in good condition) and we found SEVERAL nails and screws in the carpet which we stepped on. Things were stained, floors had deep scratches in them...and yet everything was in "good" condition, according to management. This seems rather fishy to us.

With the whole Covid-19 pandemic occurring and my previous lease ending, life seemed like it would be treacherous. I searched around on various apartment sites and came across a listing for The Reserve. It was one of the best things that could've happened to me. The location is prime: close to the freeway, mall, grocery stores, and tons of great food. The price for the location alone was unbeatable. The apartment in and of itself is great! This has been a great place to call home!

I moved into Reserve during the covid time and the staff at Reserve did a virtual tour and contactless keys handover. The apartment was v.clean and the movein was a great experience. This is one of the best apartments in Woodland hills and i definitely recommend this as your new home
