Not being able to get a secured parking spot is an issue. The rats are a problem. The cockroaches in my apartment have been minimal but appear from time to time. It would be nice if there was more frequent extermination practices.

Easy move in. Welcoming community. Quiet neighbors. Great amenities. My apartment overlooks the basketball and tennis courts. Both look pretty new and well kept. Laundry facility offers plenty of washers and dryers for easy use.

Out of all the apartments I looked at, these units were definitely the most spacious (800 sq ft) and felt like home. Feels safe living here. Love the amenities and dog park/dog friendly community! Also love the convenience of the Village mall across the street and restaurants. Thank you to Nina,Eric,&Joseph for helping with the move in process & being so kind and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this apartment complex to check out if you're looking to rent ??

1. I toured after seeing a posting on Trulia for unit D222 which was listed at $1889/month with a move in date of 9/22 and when I got there the next morning it was rented so I was placed on the waitlist with the expectation that the unit would fall through. It did and when I was able to apply for it I was informed that the move in date had been improperly listed and the price increased to $1922/month. This was extremely annoying as I had already filled out the entire application for a unit that had now increased in price and no longer had the move in date I wanted. 2. During the tour I specifically mentioned several times that I liked the model unit because it had a spacious walk in closet and was told that the unit i was looking had the same floor plan, ie walk in closets which clearly is not the case because my unit does not have one. Despite me specifically discussing it and bringing attention to it on the tour. 3. On the move-in date I had to start packing a uhaul early in the morning to get ready to pick up the keys within the 2 hour move in window early in the day. As I'm sure you know with move out there is a lot to do in one day so most other buildings let you get the keys in the morning so you can handle everything. Getting the keys midday meant I had to stop packing. Drive to get the keys in heavy traffic and then return to finish packing before moving to the unit. Which resulted in an arrival of 7:30 pm to unpack. 4. During the move-in we parked the uhaul in the place given to us by the leasing office. In the middle of the move-in process in the dark a man walked up to us after turning off all the lights and started talking to us in an aggressive and volatile manner about the location of the uhaul. Midway through this discussion he identified himself as the property manager after talking to us like this was intentional. We tried to explain that this is where leasing told us to park and he called us liars. I'm not sure if what he was thinking. If he's looking at us as two gay boys that he can bully because he's homophobic or he was having a bad day, but he was extremely aggressive for someone who's supposed to be representing the building, to the point that other tenants who witnessed the exchange apologized on his behalf. 5. I'm not sure if he was so aggressive because we needed to be fully moved in by a certain time, but no one in the leasing office gave us any information. He told we had to have our uhaul off the property within the hour or he would have it towed. For him to treat us this way when the leasing office gave us no direction beyond its acceptable to park in X location. 6. When we moved in there were no shower doors installed. The leasing agent Nina called in advance to let me know and when I asked her what I was expected to do she suggested "laying a towel on the floor" to catch the water that would clearly be pouring out of the shower. Mind you the toilet paper holder for the bathroom is literally inches from the shower door so that's clearly going to be an issue, not to mention that I would be liable for any water damage to the unit I incurred from taking a shower. So this entire exchange was totally unacceptable. 7. Other problems in the unit included the kitchen vent being inoperative and there being no drain stopper for the tub at all so in fact there was NO way to bathe in this unit at all upon move-in. 8. As if the aforementioned issues were not enough as we moved in we encountered roaches in every single room of the house. Two in the bathroom, one in the kitchen, and an additional one in the bedroom. This is not only disgusting but it is also my first impression of the apartment being a roach infested one where clearly it was not handled during the time it was vacant. Perhaps the infestation was in part due to the fact that the garbage chute was backed all the way up to the second floor, but regardless it should have been handled before a new tenant moved into the unit. 9. When I spoke to management about it just now they informed me that they would handle it a week from now when the exterminator was on site and would spray my entire apartment advising that I should only unpack the basic essentials until they got around to spraying my unit and that I would need to leave for at least 4 hours. So essentially I moved into a roach infested unit that maintenance said they would try to handle in a week and when they do they're going to advise that I wait to unpack anything so everything I own doesn't end up coated in poison. They are trying to remedy the issues listed that are possible to remedy, but to say I'm frustrated with the experience would be an oversimplification.

Pierre Aragones, unit A108: Area is both convenient and has a sense of security. Viewed demo room as a model but was concerned if actual unit size was truly similar. It was very scary not knowing but we were pleasantly surprised upon finally seeing the unit. Definitely recommend if you're able to snipe a unit here.

The community is very safe and friendly. They keep things very clean and are easily accessible to contact when needed. The apartment units are spacious with thick walls that allow privacy. The amenities offered are regularly cleaned and can be used year round.

Great place but there are some very disrespectful neighbours here. The management tries to reinforce the rules, but lots of people won't pick their dogs waste and other people play VERY VERY live music at home.

I lived here previously in a different unit and loved the building I was located in. However after some life changes I moved away briefly and have returned because I enjoyed how conveniently located it is to all the stores and places I frequently go to.

I take all the reviews with a grain of salt. It's just to get a general gauge of what people are saying about a certain property. But, I do think it's important that most properties have a presence on those websites for legitimacy and general feedback.

The community is really nice with large swimmable pool, basketball court; however, they got rid of the tennis court which was one of my favorite amenities they offered. The price is considered reasonable with the facilities it provides.

The leasing team has generally been responsive through the process, which I can appreciate, but I did not feel like there was much transparency in regards to what I was actually getting with a sight unseen lease. Information provided to me during the application and move in process has been noticeably inconsistent in multiple areas with what I actually ended up with. On paper, the complex and management company appear great, but issues really started after my lease was signed and the payment processed. It seems that the Company spends a lot of time trying to weed out any negative reviews, as only positive reviews show up on this site. In turn, the majority of my maintenance requests have not been resolved yet over a very reasonable period of time. In order to be a more customer focused business and have consistently happy tenants, I recommend the management team spend more time being honest and truthful about various leaks, fixes and pest concerns throughout the complex rather than trying to hide information, as they do with the negative reviews. This would a longer-term solution but it seems like the focus of this company (from my experience) is only centered around getting the tenant's payment using whatever methods they can, even if they could be considered unethical when compared to normal standards that I have experienced in various other rental properties. Here are some specific examples of issues I have dealt with during the move in process for reference: (1) The apartment not ready over an hour after my agreed upon move in date (the cleaning crew was still in and it wasn't cleaned to normal standards) (2) A screw was found in the garbage disposal and I was directly told the obnoxious sound was "normal" before maintenance found it (3) leasing did not mention my lease would be sight unseen until I was well into the application process (4) I had to call various times for updates on my move in time and date (5) I was told the construction on the tennis court would be done within 3-4 days and it has been 2 weeks (6) I was told plumbing was checked and I've had various issues from the beginning of my lease (it also looks like the apartment has a history of leak repairs) (7) There's an outstanding ceiling chip on popcorn ceiling (8) air filters upon move in were gross and had to be further cleaned (9) closet bar not properly secured (10) I was told I'd have a storage space above my parking spot where I could put my own lock but the hinge on the lock was already ripped off the wall before arrived (11) the elevator has taken a few minutes to go down 2 stories various times to the point that I felt like it was stuck

We found this apartment complex online and contacted the leasing office with no problem. Paris and his team made the wait list and application process go swiftly and smoothly and we were moved in within about 2 weeks of putting our application in. The management here is very respectful and responsible.

Apartment is nice, but staff is not very friendly and always seem annoyed whenever they are contacted. Community is nice and all the neighbors are super friendly. When we first moved in the apartment looked very clean, but after a week we discovered a roach problem and needed to get the apartment sprayed.
