A very nice and welcoming community, staff is always very quick to accommodate any problems or requests. The residents are pretty quiet and if a little loud, quiet down when asked the first time. Overall I'm very much enjoying my stay.

Everything is good here except 1. Parking lot issues 2. Unfriendly office staff I live in one building and parks in the parking lot of another building. Parking lots are small and under the tree. As these are not covered, the tree sap, leaves, bird poops are normal on your car. And 99.99% of the time the staff members in the leasing office are either can not help or don't want to help.

The reserve apartments were nicely layout and the amenities are nice and well kept. Had some issue at the beginning regarding move in specials but the leasing management made things right and we are happy we chose the reserve. Had only lived here a few months but so far so good.

Welp I moved in jun had a sink leak that maintenance didn't think it needed to be attended to. Ac had a leak wasn't due cause of me it was above the ceiling n the master bathroom was leaking November and was just now getting worked on and still not done. Always was told that the business center was for use not know u had to bring your own paper that wasn't disclosed at all etc

Lovely place, a little pricey but it's justified by the amenities the campus offers and if you get an updated unit. Neighbors are quiet. It's a community of dog owners mostly, so you'll hear barking often, but not to an offensive extent.

This is a good community based on its location accessibility to restaurants, malls, schools, freeway etc. The community is clean and staff is friendly. The apartments are old and appliances and gadgets are old. While the community living experience is good, several repairs are often required in the apartment. Also the entire units AC was shut for over 2 months on summer in 2022 and the repairs were slow and very inconvenient. Recently, the turn around time on house repairs are also very slow and some complains with the office aren't getting us satisfactory and good responses. The answers from the maintenance staff on certain issues are vague and foolish and mostly come down to 'Live with the issue' For the amount of repairs needed, the rent of the apartments is too high and is increasing.

So far, I love it, very dog, friendly and love the pool. The gardens are beautiful, my apartment is nice and big. My dogs seem to love it here. It is quiet, it is close to lots of amenities. The gym is close too.

For 10 year, we have been enjoying a nice, quiet and comfortable place to live. I haven't seen many places with huge recreational areas like the pool, basketball and tennis courts, barbecue area and gym like this place. In addition, you can find everything you need around, Topanga Mall, Village at Warner center and many stores, you can walk to them. I'm so grateful to live in the Reserve at Warner Center
