There is a lot of improvements in this community with infrastructure, maintenance and property managers . We feel there are areas of improvements from sanity and cleanliness perspective but we are also seeing effort being made to address them .

I just moved in, looks nice and have great amenities. The swimming pool is beautiful and I'm glad that they have a bbq area. Neighbors already told me that we need to be aware that the building C have AC problems but o hope they are wrong and the management are already on top of this and won't let us down.

This is the wonderful community where everyone gets served with respect. It is clean, secured and value for money apartment complex where there are all amenities for dog lovers, parents with kids, singles and young couples still w/o children.

Love the set up of the space between living room and Kitchen and the room space between rooms brand new appliances laundry set love the closet next to the washer and dryer. People were extremely nice when I got here in the first day

Just moved in so not sure yet. Everything looks decent so far. But I don't have much to say yet. It's my 3rd day. But the laundry does smell horrible and the dryer does not dry clothes. And the paint job isn't great

There are no hidden fees during the application process, the staff is really helpful, and the complex is beautiful. It's also located in a family friendly community within walking distance of a large outdoor mall.

We are coming from Hollywood which has rapidly deteriorated over the past few years. Additionally, despite some shady positive reviews online, we had a non stop awful experience at our former building Savoy West. It got to the point where it was messing with our mental health and our daughters physical health. We produced multiple doctors notes but they still would not accommodate us. So when we came to see the Reserve, we were astounded at the difference, especially for a very similar rent. It was night and day, and a huge sigh of relief for our whole family. It is not even comparable, and for the life of me I do not understand why anyone who can afford this rent would ever live in our old building, or Hollywood, when they can live here. Excellent landlords/leasing office, great location in which we feel 10x as safe, beautiful spacious apartments that have been recently renovated, easy access to everything, phenomenal amenities (seriously, they even have a playground for our little one). I would strongly recommend this place to literally anyone. Thanks for reading.

It has been improving. Also maintenace requests get done quicker now a days then when I first moved in. I wish some neighbors would be quiter. Old apartments need an update. The property is nice and has good amenities.

I love that it's so dog friendly. Upon entering it looks like you're walking into a Palm Springs resort. The staff was helpful and always got back to me with any questions or concerns I had. They accommodated us well.

BEFORE THIS NEW MANAGMENT TOOK OVER IT WAS AWESOME. BUT WHEN JONES & JONES TOOK OVER ITS BEEN A FIGHT TO JUST GET THINGS DONE. SOME MANAGERS ARE SO RUDE,UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. HOWEVER THE MAINTENANCE CREW IS ALRIGHT WITH WHAT THEY ARE GIVEN TO WORK WITH.

Good location, nice neighborhood, quiet place at night. Fair prices. I would recommend this. Pool is fine, as well is the gym. You are close to the Westfield Village and mall, close to Amazon fresh, restaurants, cinemas, etc. Was a good choice.

Don't do it, unless you like cockroaches and getting sick once a month this is not the place for you. Getting out was a dream. Save yourselves save your money! I'm sure there is a better place to go. RUN!

Overall it's fine living here but there are also a lot of problems that need to be addressed. The AC goes out in our building as well as others every single year. This has been an issue for 4 years in a row. In addition to that, there should be security on site 24 hours per day. Parents and children constantly disregard the posted rules for tennis court use by allowing their children to ride scooters in the tennis courts and scream and yell for no reason. Children ride scooters all over the property daily while signs are posted everywhere that no scooters, skateboards, etc are allowed anywhere in the property.

The apartment here is pretty nice. All of the neighbors we have talked to have all been friendly and respectful. It seems like a great place to live. We love all the amenities and the Luxer One boxes. We enjoy and frequently use the pool, fitness center, and paddleball court. Besides the construction not being completed when we moved in, we have enjoyed living here.

Love the location! Conveniently near a grocery store, pet store, restaurants, mall, theaters etc. The area is very pet friendly and has a dog park as well. Units are very spacious and have a good amount of storage and closet space. This one was the winner out of all of the apartments we toured.

The location is great and very walkable. However parking is a nightmare. The spots are small, cramped, and dings will happen to the sides of your car. Grounds are pretty clean. Apartment size is decent. Overall a Good budget choice. Staff ok, but if you have a request that they don't want to help you with, they will have an attitude. Laundry rooms are not very clean.

Save you sanity and money

If I could give this place a big fat zero I would gladly do so. The day we left this place was the happiest day of my life!!! About the apartments them selves,,, Stuffy, no air flow at all, our AC was working non stop all year long on the lowest setting and it barley touched 75 degrees! And the cockroaches problem is INSANE!!!! When I asked our neighbors if they have the same problem they all said yes and recommended not to call the office to spray the apartment as it only going to get worse! They are EVERYWHERE! Dishwasher, microwave, they are coming out of electrical outlets! And since I have 2 little babies I was sensitizing the place every night and made sure there was no food left outside. Laundry - 6 machines for the entire building and most of the time 3 not working and the once that do work smell really bad, dog hair and other trash is found in every and each one of them, people leave their laundry for days there. Noise - if you are sensitive to noise don't even think about moving to this place, the insulation is non existent, you can hear EVERYTHING from flushing water, ninja juicer, cabinet doors closing, your neighbors tv and even 3lb dog running around. And the "best part" is the management Eric, Eric, Eric. When I was looking into moving in there was "special Deal" advertised - 1 month free And the leasing rep assured me that I qualify Sent me several emails with confirming the deal and asked me to wait until she is in the office to sign the contract, to make the story short the manager Eric called me a liar and that it was never offered to me and when I sent him the emails he said: well it's your problem that you signed the contract. The day I came to pick up the key to the apartment one of the employees that discovered that I will be moving to the apartment above them started harassing me, telling me that I shouldn't move there as that place is hell, later that week I discovered that my neighbors downstairs are the security comp for the Reserve and it became a nightmare as they were harassing me ( while I was pregnant) and my family including my then one year old child for a year! And the management did NOTHING to help with the situation only the opposite, we had to instal 24/7 surveillance cameras to provide proof, only after I contacted the corporate office ( took them 2 months to get back to me as no one gives you a direct phone number or contact) The security company was replaced but the harassments didn't stop. I developed anxiety and depression while I was pregnant. And one last thing, if you think you are getting your security deposit back you are wrong, they will charge you $250 for cleaning, $150 for carpet shampoo and hundreds of dollars for things that don't exist. We left the apartment clean and no damage at all, our carpet was 100% clean. I lived in several places and have NEVER EVER had any problems with the management and I always got my deposit back.

Overall I had a good experience moving into Reserve. Nice friendly community with supportive staff who supported me in every step. The Property manager was helpful in finalizing the lease. The place is right next to village which has plenty of restaurant, bars.
