Before signing your lease please make sure there is parking for the unit you are leasing. Everything else seems to be ok so far withe the unit. I've just moved here and I hope there are no more surprises

Polite staff, streamlined process, quick turn around of my application. The unit condition upon move in was acceptable. Although the floors were dirty, and I needed to clean them several times to remove dirt. Also the cabinet fixtures were not all intact. On the whole, the move in process was fine.

On a whole, Just Fair. The Staff is lacking Customer Service Training. Several times I have asked for assistance and told "Its not our Job" This includes Direct T.V. which turned out to be AS I PREDICTED, a problem with Direct T.V. roof equipment, and, next issues with my Invoice delivery, Management said "Not our problem the company that issues Statements isn't part of our Corporation. Outside perimiter looks like a ------. I walk the perimiter 3 to 5 days a week, Furniture discarded weekly, alon with other HH goods left on the curb side, Dog Droppings not taken care of by residents is disgusting. It happens early am when other persons are not around to complain.

Other than being harassed about temp parking from time to time everything's pretty good. The pool area should opened earlier in the year but overall the complex is well maintained and management is responsive to issues.

Been here 13 yrs. Overall quite satisfactory. There are some negatives, but overall it is acceptable < Maintenance very good . office personnel polite and attentive. Noise created by barking dogs, autos reving, grounds crews disruptive. Gates broken, doors not locking not very conducive for safety. The car gate crushed my car when in swung back, but nothing was done by management. That gate is a menace.

Nothing but problems with the unit since I moved in. Hot water heater never worked, had to be replaced. Stove and refrigerator installed improperly. Shelf in fridge broken. Garbage disposal didn't work. Pipes in bathroom leaking through ceiling. No AC all summer. No heat all winter.

Good over all, the parking doesn't have cover to protect car but thats fine. My kids love the court where they can play safe and secured. Amenities are also great!!! The place is quite and pleasnt to live.

So far I haven't come across any unpleasant experiences. I love how pet friendly it is and if there is an issue with any community areas, we are notified promptly by email. The only drawback would be the parking situation. For units that are on the outside of the building, parking is not included, but it's not that big of a hassle. Overall, very comfortable.

I have lived here for 1 night and it feels safe and welcoming so far. Seems like a very nice neighborhood with nearby, grocery store and mall. I would suggest for a better off loading space to make it easier to move in and out.

I had problem with my fridge not working probably and it took me months of communications until it was replaced. This community keeps their right reserved to change the designated parking or the storage space on the lease signed at anytime and that happened to me after six months, simply apologizing for causing me so much inconvenience saying it had been preoccupied and they had made an error!!!!

It has only been a few weeks since I have moved into this complex but so far I am loving it. The community members and staff are all very friendly. The interior and exterior grounds of the community are also left very clean and kept up. Moving in was quite easy with the help of the staff, including Bernard who was the kind gentleman to help me throughout this process. I don't foresee any issues!

The amenities are great if you can get an apartment for a good price. The pricing system is a little whack but sometimes there are good deals. The overall location of the complex is good for shopping/grocery/restaurants. The staff is very helpful.
