This place is very nice to live, I like a lot the distribution of the apartments and the recreation areas. Is close to all the stores and the neighborhood is very safe also is in very good location area.

We liked the apt. It was very spacious and we liked the view of outside from our apt. On a sunny day you could get a clear view of the Topanga mountains. The community is very clean and well maintained.

        My leasing agent Samantha was courteous, friendly, and thorough. She communicated with me throughout the entire process and I am very happy with the unit I rented. I feel safe and the family-oriented atmosphere is one where I can see myself and my children living for a very long time.

          We moved in first week of April 2019. We got the unit we selected however faced following issues at the time of move in 1... Security deposit amount was quoted $500 at the time of showing which later got changed to $1000 at the time of lease signing with no prior communication. 2... Move in process was not clearly communicated. 3... In this age and world, they do not accept payments through Debit cards/online payment for move in deposit. You are suppose to get cashier's check or money order only. 4... Our unit was not professionally cleaned 5... Roaches!!!! We were Welcomed by roaches on the first day of our move in. Highly frustrating and disheartening. The entire excitement of move evaporated. 6.. Still struggling to get a fix for Roaches. Maintenance staff doesn't respond to request until chased.

Security deposits were increased overall for all Jones & Jones properties between the time of your initial visit and move-in date. We apologize if this created any confusion. Security deposits are clearly noted during the application process and outlined on the lease which is available for viewing prior to signing. We are so sorry that you felt the move-in process was not clearly communicated. If there are specifics you'd like to share, we'd greatly appreciate it as our goal is for the move-in process to be as straight-forward, transparent, and efficient as possible. It is standard practice within the rental industry to require that move-in monies be paid in certified funds. Residents then have the option to pay rent online each month or set up automatically recurring payments. We are happy to assist if any guidance is needed. Each vacant unit is thoroughly inspected and professionally cleaned prior to move-in. A walk-through of the apartment is done with all new residents and a Leasing Agent at the time of move-in. This allows for the chance to raise any concerns within the apartment prior to both parties signing off on and approving the inspection. We are sorry that the condition of your apartment did not meet your standards. We take pest control issues very seriously and have technicians on-site weekly to do preventative maintenance. Any time we receive a notification of pest issues, we arrange a treatment as soon as possible and follow-up the next week. We can continue to work closely with you to ensure the problem does not recur. We thank you again for sharing your views and encourage you to reach out to us at the Leasing Office for any further questions or concerns.             Maintenance requests are met in a very timely manner and conducted by experienced, competent and helpful maintenance members. The property is extremely well kept; both the exterior lawns and gardens, as well as the interior lobbies, etc.

                Samantha the leasing agent is amazing and really is helpful and quick to respond. The one thing I would mention is if you are looking to rent here get an apartment on any floor other than the first one that way you'll have your own parking space and not have to worry about parking tickets or moving your car.

                    Only lived here for one week, however issue with lighting within first couple of days and noticed issues with apartment that I will be reporting shortly. I was not properly shown facilities when initially taking tour. Gates are never locked and parking is extremely difficult to find, with no parking spot for unit even if I was willing to pay.

Security and peace of mind for our residents is very important to us and we are working diligently to restore service to the gated intercom system so that those pedestrian gates are working properly. Additionally, we offer Courtesy Patrol service that is on-site each night. For repair issues within your apartment home, you may call the office directly during business hours or submit your work order requests online through our website. We will take care of them as quickly as possible! Regarding parking, all spaces are pre-assigned to units and unfortunately, we do not have additional parking spaces available for rental. We are so sorry that you feel you did not receive a proper tour of all the facilities prior to your move-in; we want you to be able to fully enjoy them all!                         Neighbors aren't as friendly as I'd hope. Even with the frequent reminders about quiet hours, people still ignore it and are loud when hanging outside of their balcony. Also, pet owners still don't pick up after their dog(s) even when doggy bags are provided

                          Parking of vehicle is not satisfactory. For all the shaded parking if the extra beam is removed it would be great. Due to beam, car got lot of Scratches. Requested for changing the parking spot no response.

                                  All in all it's a very nice place to live. After all I know things can not be perfect with so many apartments. Respectfully, Ms. Becker Please forgive me, I have a very bad migraine today. I have mentioned this many times about the residents picking up after their pets. I find it disrespectful and they just do not care. You have to do something about this, The security door between C and D bldgs. have bee been broke for many months. Why? On Calvert St. there is two old christmas tree just laying rotting away since the first week of Jan. The two washing machines have been out of order in the laundry room forever. Why aren't these these being fixed.

                                    It's good. The apartment complex seems clean and well maintained as far as the grass area for the dogs. I like the amount of closet space given in the apartment and I like that it's hardwood throughout most of the apartment.

                                        Fantastic remodeled apartment and the location is perfect, right next to the village and movie theatre. The mall is also close By, walking distance. Close access to the freeway means easy driving to LA or Ventura.

                                            Great - helpful staff, nice clean apartments. Decent neighborhood. The double plane windows keep the unit quiet inside. While these buildings are older, they have been recently renovated and have a great modern feel. The appliances are also fairly new, which is a huge plus.

                                              I have moved two months before and took the lease for 15 months and considered parking lot should be assigned and inside . Day one onwards I have raised concerns on parking lot (132) for 205 c block resident and got two others slots for time being . Now management asked me to park as per assigned in lease . Really no one is understanding the problem , I can't park my car alone in given slot and get down r get in either way , why should I have to suffer and keep 20k car in risk . If it's small car I would have requested other slot , these people not even considering size and allotted small parking lot , worst experience I have ever seen ,

                                              The building structure is so old and weak (soft story building), therefore is not safe in earthquack event. Laundry room is not clean at all. Security does not exist since homeless peopel are living across street and are able to get in easily.
