On move in day we had an issue with the key fobs not working. Also, there was limited space to park the U-Haul which became challenging at times. Another issue we faced was with the showers not draining properly upon arrival, though that was fixed rather quickly. Other than that, the rest of the process was quite smooth.

Very clean and friendly community. Staff is top notch and the grounds are kept cleaner than the neighborhoods surrounding. The only nuisance is parking, you have little to no parking availability and the street is dog eat dog.

This apartment is honestly pretty nice! Comparing to other buildings around here for the price, this beats it. I love how the kitchen upgraded to modern look. Our surrounding is great as well, we have the village and the mall near by. Overall great so far

The Reserve Warner Center is a very nice place to live. I like that it's in a great location for eateries, mall, and transportation. The staff here are great and made me feel very welcome. I'm happy I chose to live here.

I don't like the fact that the reserve doesn't let the patron candidate to see the apartment before sign the leasing contract. We didn't liked the walls painting color. And when we saw the apartment everything (apartment initial settings and contract signing) was already done and no color can be changed. Everything else was O.K.. We don't like the electric stove at The Reserve. We like better the gas stove and the gas heater and water heater, but this site has no gas appliances and no gas installation at all.

I have lived here for about a year now, and I have really enjoyed it. The complex is well kept up and very clean. The mail boxes are secure and the package lockers are also quite helpful. I would highly recommend living here to anyone

Definitely look at other places. This one is very out dated. You hear everything your neighbors do. The building is so outdated it sounds like your upstairs neighbors are about to break through the ceiling .

They are Very helpful and have a quick response to make things right. The property is extremely clean and well maintained. Everything is very green and lush. However parking is the only major problem if you don't have a designated spot.

It's a lovely community. It's clean and feels safe, and it's in a great location. There's plenty of room for kids and pets within the compound which is very helpful! The parking spaces are a bit spread out, but overall great.

Great price for the size an amenities. Staff are super helpful and answer the phone for questions. Our apartment was painted, cleaned and sparkling when we moved in. Though it's an older establishment, they have a great internet provider, Starry. Overall very happy here and we regularly use the pool and tennis courts. We see many people doing the same and seems that people enjoy living here as well. No major issues that we have noticed.

This is a small community with bare minimum facilities. Management stuff should be more helpful and courteous. Rooms are carpeted and living room is wooden floor. More cabinets will be good for small apartments like this.

People are a bit loud, there is noise outside, snoring below me, loud tvs next door. Those are my biggest disturbances. Also, it would be nice to have dollys on side or shopping carts people can use since the elevators are so far from certain apartments. Other than that, I love how clean the community is, open, the amenities.

The staff are extremely ignorant all the time. If you move here I strongly suggest you never need to ask the staff for anything. They will sarcastically tell you too bad or that they wont help. They hang up on you too if you ask for anything. The pool and hot tubs are not upkeptwhatsoever. Dont let the front page pic fool you. Pool heater is kept off at all times so it's around 50 degrees. Hot tubs are hit or miss if they will be heated or not. NEVER cleaned.. ever. Front office doesnt care and wont help. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

These apartments allow smoking and they will not bring this up until you sign the lease. Neighbors smoking in thier bathroom will circulate to your bathroom and place. If you don't want second hand smoke stay away from this place, the management did not mentioned a word about smoking being allowed in the apartments until long after I signed the lease and moved in. Read the fine prints in your lease, now I am stuck with a second hand smoke coming through the bothersome ventilator from Neighbors who smokes constantly. The leasing manager said there is nothing he can do even if you have asthma and health issues, they will not even tell the Neighbor there issue....can't wait to get out here

A Good community with spacious apartments. Apartments are located in prime area. Amaenties are well maintained and clean. Shopping mall and restaurents are within walkable distance. Some of the one bedroom apartments does not comes with parking.

The community is very family friendly and walkable. The staff are helpful. There is plenty of street parking. Amazon Fresh, Topanga Village Mall, Office Depot are all walking distance. There's a basketball and tennis court as well as a fitness center and pool. It's nice!

The community has been very nice overall. The apartment is clean, surprisingly quite the such a large complex and well maintained. I love the location. The only upsetting thing is that I have seen a number of people smoking on their balconies and I have smelled it outside.
