This place has a bedbug infestation and roach infestation. They will try to keep all of your security deposit money, even if your dog is a working animal, they will keep it to apparently "paint the walls" I am currently fighting for that. They do not answer phone calls when you have a concern, I had to get a google phone number in order for them to pick up, they answer immediately. The head os security sends uniformed men to you place and they will try to pass as "security" we never knew if he was security or not, but this is what they will do to their tenants. This place is not recommended at all.

I've only been here about a week and a half, but I enjoy it. Upon move in Kunle and the staff were helpful and made the moving process as seamless as possible. The apartment was mostly clean and all appliances worked.

As a resident who pays $2000 for a one bedroom apartment living , I at least expect a washing machines to be fixed in the laundry room if it's broken. In my building, we have over 400+ residents and 6 washing machines in the laundry room , 2 out of wich are not working and have Not been working for almost 6 months. This is just one of the wonderful hard work examples our management And staff does. Don't get me started on the pest problems and security in this building. My car got broken into, we have cameras in the parking , I still have yet to hear back from the office who broke into my car or at least have them follow up! They told me to get a police report, I did just that... still no response. If I have a complaint of any kind it goes streight to the management office and nothing gets done. I'd like to contact a corporate office and do a formal complaint but they won't give me any information to do so. Anyway, staff and management is horrible here. Look else where for a living.

PHENOMENAL. Kuml? was my leasing agent, and I have to say that he makes the property even more inviting with such a welcoming demeanor. Overall, this is definitely one of my top considerations for relocating to Woodland Hills. Love it!!

parking Space is congested,laundry machines are stink and not clean,No Blind Spot mirror in the Exit Gate, Sometimes neighbors smokes in the patio area,Power bill is too much when compared to other communities near by.

Pretty much content living here for about four months now. I should have taken a longer lease on my current apartment. This place has a youthful vibe. This place is bery much dog friendly which was a big factor when we decided to move her a few months ago.

Easy move in experience, welcoming staff. Property is well maintained and knowledgeable of foreseeable problems. Apartment is in great conditions, tons of closet space, great kitchen upgrades, minus the electric stove, Overall satisfied.

We didn't use apartment ratings but it was nice that it was there. I've interacted with a bunch of residents and they seemed to really like The Reserve. That meant a lot when we were choosing where we would live.

I live at this community about 1,5 year. The apartment is very big and comfortable besides the complex is safe and nice. I like that there is a play yard for kids, barbecue area, gym, basketball and tennis courts so you can always find something interesting to do near your home.

Ashley helped me with all the required steps and kept me informed during the whole process. The apartment units are big in size(square foot) compared to all the nearby apartments. Each blocks are not squeezed next to each other which makes ventilation very good

Great location, everything is conveniently walking distance, the apartments are spacious, the staff is helpful and available. It's quiet during the day and night. No issues with parking and it next to a busy boulevard but tucked away where you do not hear that traffic.

Constant roach issues. We are now in our second unit and it's a different building than we first lived in but the roaches still find their way into everyone's place. New tenants constantly complain and move out. The other main issues they don't tell you about when you are looking at the property is that they are going to charge you for trash. Not that charging for trash is a big deal but all of a sudden our bill increased last year 200% per month. We used to pay roughly $10/month for trash and now it $30/month. They said LA raised the cost on everyone but they won't provide proof that their actual property bill went up for waste management so everyone has to just take their word for it. The internet service is garbage and you can only get service through 1 company here. It goes down almost weekly so if you want to work from home good luck. Now today I find out that they're adding charges for renters insurance and renters insurance admin fees to everyone's bill. We all have renters insurance as it was required for our lease in the first place. The management company gave us the ok for the policy that we have, which we have had for 10 years now. All of a sudden since their are more and more units becoming vacant the random charges are being added to everyone's bill. When I see them in the office and discuss it with them they tell me that they are working on it and that "MAYBE" they will be able to take those charges off our bill. Are you kidding me? I am currently gathering names and addresses and signatures to start a class action lawsuit against these clowns. I got 31 people to sign my petition in 1 day. Can't wait to get more. Also going to reach out to the local news channels and let them know what is happening at this property. These people suck.

I have only been in this apartment for a few days so far and already love how comfortable and safe it feels. The neighbors are quiet, and kind, and I love how efficient maintenance seems to be when an issue arises. I also love the ability to have a pet, and seeing all the different dogs walk around with the neighbors! Street parking for friends and family is also very accessible which is great!

Good place to live. The largest 1bhk that you can find in woodland hills area at an affordable price. The leasing team and very friendly and efficient and make the entire process effortless. friendly neighbourhood.

Nice and clean apartments with compared to other apartments in the area. The rent is somewhat in the higher side but having onsite parking is a plus. The area seems safe as well. My agent Ashley did a good job.

I moved into the apartment less than a week ago. So far, I haven't encountered any problems. Apartment staff was ok. The biggest advantage is that it is close to where you need it, Costco, shopping centers, restaurants. The disadvantages are the insufficient supply of parking spaces, the old kitchen facilities, the noise problem, and the sound of vehicles driving on the street. Maybe some disadvantages or advantages take time to discover.

The community is very close to where I work and at a decent rental price for my budget. I like the layout of the apartment and all the stainless steel appliances it comes with. The cupboards and the flooring is also nice.

The building is well maintained, and I have no complaints about the appearance oath ecommunity. However, there are a few imporeovemys that could be made. Not all residents receive parking spots. There is limited parking on the outside of the building, and as a resident I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars on parking tickets accorded from street cleaning. The pool is not heated, so it is really only usable for two months out of the year. The laundry rooms are overall decent, but there is often a machine or two that is broken. Also, there is not a reload machine in every building, so often you have to walk to another building just to refill the washing card. Staff is always kind, plate, and helpful! I have never had an issue with the office or maintenance staff. Maintenance is done timely when requested. There is a roach problem, but it seems to be worse at some times than others.

While searching for an apartment specifically around this location I did not find a community more complete than The Reserve. The space of the apartments, the location and the amenities together with the move in special, it was a winner.

This is a really good community to live in with family, apartment units are spacious compared to other ones available nearby. Only glitch is the rent had gone way to high around the area for all apartments which is unreasonable.

Good experience . Overall it was good . There were some roaches when we moved in but the treatment was provided immediately. Other then that staff was excellent in handling any queries, apartments are spacious and clean.

I absoultely love this apartment complex and the people. Everyone including staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. My roommates and I came from a not so ideal living situation so when we toured this apartment we fell in love with it. Kunl? was amazing as well helping us get this apartment as fast as we possibly could. Even working with all the annoying phone calls and emails I'd give him. I'd highly reccommend this apartment complex if it is in your budget and you like quietness.
