Moved in the past week and it has been absolutely wonderful! Michael has been very helpful when it comes to answering any questions we had prior moving in/ after. He provided us a smooth move in and went out of his way to make it all happen. A true professional. The community is great, safe, and convenient. Grocery shopping, car wash, the beach is only a few minutes away. We can't wait to create memories at The Reserve.

Very safe and well kept community. No disturbances or complaints. Friendly neighbors. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. No need to drive but parking for the apartment is terrible. Studio apartments not given parking spots so must rely on limited street parking daily.

The community has been great, I love my next door neighbor, she's such a sweetheart! I love this area because it's quiet and local to many restaurants. It's definitely a city vibes area, be careful with parking street, hard to get sometimes but overall a wonderful experience.

Most disappointing living experience

Since day 1 of moving here we have had nothing but problems. The unit we moved into was not the one we viewed virtually and it is horribly outdated for a "luxury" apartment. There are popcorn ceilings, walls thin enough to hear conversations from next door, and little to no cabinet space. The cabinets in the bathroom can't even close properly because they've been painted over so many times. Parking is a nightmare due to the small spaces and we ended up damaging both of our vehicles. The building is infested with cockroaches which will make an appearance no matter how clean you are. The elevator frequently stops working and it isn't uncommon to find vomit or urine inside. People wash their dog beds in the community washers and leave them filthy (which is probably why they're out of order so often). My phone doesn't even get service in the laundry room anymore, so I am unable to use the bluetooth app that is required to use the machines. The trash chute is often backed up or people just leave their trash piled in the room with no regard. Constant noise issues, packages being stolen from the shared lockers, dog excrement surrounding the neighboring sidewalks... save yourself from the stress and rent somewhere else. The exterior of the property looks nice but that's really the only positive about this place.

Apartment is good size but not washer and dryer and no parking. The new management is horrible. Glade street it has become to busy and drivers think is a freeway. A lot of dog waste everywhere. Not happy at all

So far so good. There are a few issues that need to be addressed. When they painted the unit during remodel there is over spray in the carpet around the entire base of the master bedroom. In the master bathroom the shower door is not level and needs to be adjusted. The 2nd bedroom has sliding closet doors. One of the doors is not level and needs to be adjusted. Other than that move in was a breeze with the elevators.

We like living in this community. Staff is friendly. Neighbors r quiet & keep to themselves. Worst thing is the barking dogs & trash left around. U6 can hear everything if there's an apt. above yours.

The Reserve at Warner center is a decent place to leave. The community is very friendly and safe. The amenities provided are amazing and they have everything even a dog park. We are happy to call this olace our home.

It's been a great time here. It's like living in a resort. I love it. The neighbors are friendly and I never have any issues with anyone. I really like using the gym and it's never overcrowded, which is awesome. Parking's easy. I feel like I'm on vacation.

The property management is very rude, argumentative, defensive and generally bad atitude towards tenants. They are selective in enforcement of rules. Management does not give courtesy for simple request. Unprofessional and disrespectful to the tenants.

Overall is good experience. Except pet friendly did bring concerns on cleanliness of laundry machines and public areas. Some residents don't clean up after walking their dogs in community or you can always smell animal urine. Or pets owners use laundry machines to wash their pets pad or supplies. Some parking space is small while some others care super spacious. For small space residents, we scratched each other's car and wondering why some residents get super big parking space. The pavement besides basketball court till the gate to Nevada is never in good shape. It has been broken all the places since we moved in in 2018. We don't feel safe using laundry machines. Little girls clothes have been stolen which made us afraid if there is pervert in community. Laundry is costly. Doing laundry one time, wash + dryer, I can buy a new top instead of washing them.

Too soon to judge all. BUT, how can an apartment complex with 400 units have NO ELECTRONIC SYSTEM TO ADMIT GUESTS. It is bad enough there are NO guest parking areas.Why isn't there a small meeting room with a TV and coffee machine, comfortable chairs that all of us could use at times. How about meet and great neighbors from Buildings far apart.

Great apartment, good people for the most part. But, I've had items stolen from my vehicle three times - despite video surveillance and walk- around security. The locker system for securing packages also appears to be compromised. But, all I get is beaurocratic red tape. Management wants to help, but they can't/ won't do anything.

Staff has been very helpful with move in. The apartment I moved into is newly remodeled with brand new appliances. The apartment itself is extremely spacious. All of this at a very affordable rate. Also can't beat how close it is to the mall and other restaurants.

Nice and quiet, could use some cleaning and renovations. Also, switching the laundry machine to the app system might have been the absolute worst idea in the history of the world. It is very difficult to get service on your phone in the room, and something as simple as paying for the washer/dryer could take up to 10-20 minutes just because you are trying to get service!! If I didn't have a lease I would've moved out. The change was made our second week living here.

The management at this community has been excellent. Whenever I had a service request, they responded immediately, and it was usually completed within 24 hours. The complex is kept very nicely and there is always some minor renovation going on, to ensure things are kept top-notch. The complex is 50+ years old. But, you can't tell that by walking around. I would say the only room for improvement is to perform some cosmetic touch-ups in the common area/hallways, specifically cleaning/upgrading lighting.

My moving exp was so so to be very honest. I had really high hope for this community as I was intended to make this move since last 3 years. And due to unavailability, I couldn't. I was super excited when I got this time. But, unfortunately the exp wasn't that great, but its not bad too. I had requested for a Carpet replacement as my current carpet is pretty old and had marks from previous owner. But I was told , it was washes and the price I am getting this would be it. I have not asked for the price, it was on your site. I have no idea what a carpet has to do with the rent where I have signed 15 m lease. So, another point was regd my Move in special. I had a little agitated conversation as I was not able to understand the calculation. Anyway, also I had requested a bigger refrigerator and I have seen with my other friends. But that was not provided as well. I felt , it was not a seller and customer relationship in this business. Since the markets are in high demand, customers were not dealt respectfully. It is like, take if you like to take or leave. End of the day its my HOME and I need to feel that. Probably this feedback will not make any difference, but I had to say this. The communication and dealing needs to be changed little bit in terms of respect and politeness. Last year when business were down, this apt were lot more respectful. End of the day , I am happy as I have to be for living in my HOME. Thank you
