Moving into The Reserve has been a great experience. The leasing office is very helpful, the people are friendly here, the immunities are great and the Maintenance people are very quick to respond to any kind of requests for assistance or repair. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Great so far. We got stuck in the elevator on move-in day. Staff were very helpful and prompt in getting it opened. Claudia Martinez was very friendly and knowledgeable. She did a great job giving me a tour of the entire property.

Staff was helpful during the tour and move in process. Only con to this place is the parking if you have more than one car. Street parking can be difficult to find especially on street sweeping days. Other than that the apartments and community are great

There were newer and better apartments in the area but I still chose Reserve due to the friendly , responsible and attentive staff (Dan, Catalina, Eric, Claudia) available onsite on most days showing the exact unit and clarifying all queries. They were very helpful. I canceled plans to see other apartments, as others offered only self guided tours / no people in leasing office or they just show model units.

Great apartment with lot of space compared to the apartments nearby, it offers mostly all the facilities, and amenities. Better security than other communities. Amazing and helpful staff. Some apartments have really nice views.

It is a good community to live with family. Costco, Amazon fresh, and other grocery stores are near by and at walking distance. It is safe for kids, has play area, pool, Pickleball court, Basket ball court.

The parking arrangements could be improved. There are several parking spots within the complex that are never taken. There should be a general parking area available on a first come, first serve basis as this would alleviate the congested street parking

Unit is out dated and previous res has left some smell in that they. Can't get out! Kids LOUD DAILY outside ! The exterior inside the gate is taky residents have tones of stuff pilled on there balcony. The pool is always over crowded and the kids take over this area . The bugs in units are ing coming from holes in the seal of the walls and baseboards they invade my clothes . The kitchen sink has no water pressure and the appliances are hanging on by a tread . The manager keeps buying parts instead of just replacing the entire stove smh . The kitchen drawers or off track . This apartment is not up to stander I can't wait to move!!!

Apartment is spacious and looks is definitely a secure community. Landry facilities are available with in the building. However little bit of noise we hear while air conditioner is minor misalignment in cabinet/cupboard.

I had no idea when I moved in that my neighbors were squatting the apartment directly across from me facing my apartment. It became a literal 9 month nightmare before sheriff's finally got them out!!!

I like this community because of taking care of me for applications and I like the security. Inside the apartment is beautiful and closets are enough.appliances are new and nice. I have lived at Reserve for a few years. I'm always astonished at the size of this complex and yet how clean and well manicured it's always looking. Nejla and Eric are very attentive Managers and Catalina, Mikey, Gloria and Dan are always friendly and ready to help. I feel super lucky to have found this gem. I've always thought of this place as my home and super comfortable living here!! Thank you to everyone for making the experience of living here so special and feeling welcome.
