Apartment was not move-in ready. No hot water, broken faucet in the tub, broken refrigerator and a few other minor problems you wouldn't notice until you actually move in. The staff seemed to be helpful but there was some confusion when it came to our parking spaces. Two different staff members gave us two different responses when it came to our parking spaces.

We just moved in but so far so good. Nice quiet area that's located right near hotspots in the valley. The rent is fair based on area. The many amenities are great, ie gym, dog park, washer/dryer in unit.

Overall a nice and modern apartment complex in generally upscale Woodland Hills neighborhood. The main draw is it's close proximity to some of the biggest corporations in the neighborhood like Farmers, AIG, Anthem, Kaiser, West Hills Mall, Costco etc. That makes it pricey too, since most people working in these companies flock here and in this general area.

So far I've enjoyed living in this community. There have been a few issues that needed to be fixed/addressed and they have been dealt with promptly and satisfactory. I would recommend this community to friends and family in the future. Only drawback....I wish it were a smoke free community.

Very nice community, very clean and quiet. Apartments are spacious and good. Very near to my office. It has a gym, pool, basketball and tennis courts as well. It is very secured. We cannot get inside the community without a key.

I like the apartment, very spacious with wooden floor and good amount of storage space. The community is gated and has basketball and tennis courts. The people are friendly and you can find ample parking spots around the streets

I have only been here several weeks. The building is nice and well maintained and the people are nice as well. The parking is poor due to narrow spaces and obstacles such as planters. This is my only complaint. The pool, fitness room and laundry are fantastic. The company has a contract with a media provider running through 2020, I would have preferred to shop around myself. I believe I will be happy here.

It's hard to know where to begin with this place. It's clearly been a nightmare of incompetency for the past few years and I wouldn't be surprised to learn that the recent overhaul and effort being put forth by the property management company was due to litigation or the threat thereof. Things seem to be getting better and concerns taken seriously. I am cautiously optimistic.

We just moved into this community... Loving the pool the tennis courts the BBQ area and also how friendly this community is .. just that I heard about the pest so little worries about that hopefully I m not disturbed too much by the roaches
