If you want to be charged extra things equaling at least $100 a month go ahead and rent here.... maintenance is great, my experience has been many requests because the "upgraded" units aren't great. Pretty yes, polishing a turd. Again, maintenance is great... don't count on the admin in the office to be of any help.

The apartment is just fine. It is quiet and on the first floor. I hear very little from the apartment above me. My only complaint is that the heating and air conditioning system must be manually converted by maintenance; seems and is archaic. Our weather is too unpredictable to allow this to work

We were shown the model apt. and told our was exactly like the model, and updated like the model. Well…not exactly, our refrigerator is very old, small, dented and has a space/gap of at least 6 inches. It looks so not updated. It would have been a deal-breaker if I had known. The apartment was not move-in ready cleaned but I dealt with that.

Living here is such a pleasure and it's exactly what I need. Since moving here I've started the new hobby of running! The gym is great and I love that I have a treadmill to run on when the weather isn't the best. The staff has always been pleasant and they keep you up to date on what is going on in the community.

Renting is rough for many reasons, nothing is yours and making decisions that would be best for you is hard to do. The community feels safe and is well kept. I do wish that more could be done with our neighbors and how they make our apartment smell bad.

Quiet, safe community with prompt maintenance staff. Advertised as luxury, but I wouldn't say they are luxury, just nice. There are no luxury apartments anywhere in Colorado, so nice is as good as you can get. Excellent sound proofing between units. Extremely helpful management, which makes all the difference. Garages have outlets, which is good for the many Tesla owners who live here.

I love Creekside! The leasing office work as a team. When my agent wasn’t available there other agents helped me. The apartment is super spacious and I absolutely love the fact that my garage is attached to my apartment and it’s include with the rent! That’s awesome! First floor was also a perfect match to all my needs!

Unit needs constant maintenance. Was left in very poor repair and dirty when I moved in. Unable to complete maintenance requests. Maintenance request process is very difficult and does not support video upload to explain problems.

Gated community is just an adjective. Had my car broken into, leasing office doesn’t care. Keep in mind, I parked closest to my apartment building, next to the front gates and still don’t feel like my stuff is safe. They don’t monitor the amenities and who uses them. Getting upgrades to your current unit is like pulling teeth. Old apartment building means a lot of things need upgrades. Maintenance is great. They come out and fix it within the next day. Very respectful and kind. Wave whenever I see them.

We moved here a few years ago after downsizing, and expected to move on quickly. Instead, Creekside became our new home, with a private porch overlooking a golf course, foothills and mountain peaks. We are grateful to its excellent maintenance staff, who pay attention to details and respond to any requests right away, keep the entire property looking great, safe, and friendly. We are a quick five minutes from C470, and just as close to restaurants, shopping ( including a Super Target ), and groceries. Its respectful and quiet community atmosphere seems very different than that of the new units being built nearby. The pool /spa area is beautiful and kept very clean as is the fitness center and community center. Living in a gated community is a real plus. We’re still here and still grateful for it.

We have been thoroughly impressed by the attention to detail and rapid response with any sort of maintenance issue that has come up during our stay here. Management really puts a lot of resources back into the community. The recent resurfacing / re-striping of the whole parking lot looks fantastic. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a great place to live.

Just moved in, and I have been very happy so far. The leasing experience was good and the office staff were very responsive. I also had a maintenance request after hours, and someone came to fix it within a half hour. Outdoor spaces such as porches and parking lots could use some repairs, but other than that I am very satisfied.

Love my views. Love my apartment. Security is great. Parking can be an issue for guests. Some renters use spaces because their garage is full. Wish shrubs were more abundant and grass didn’t have so many places where it is dirt. Also remove dead trees and shrubs all thru park not just apts close to office.

Convenient to schools, police, hospitals , grocery, fitness and open space. Neighborhood is friendly, professional, clean and safe. Average living conditions, dated appliances, carpentry and cabinetry. 50-80% rental increases for sub par "luxury amenities" Residents being pushed out bc of increases No rental caps or control so they have the ability to increase rent as much as they want. Do your research.

Overall, the community at Creeskside is satisfactory. It isn't the best apartment I've ever lived in and things seem to need fixing often, but maintenence is effective. I wish so many things didn't break ( when we moved in we needed a new disposal, a new air conditioner unit, a washer and a hot water tank) but I guess that happens.

This we have had the hot water go out twice and the heater go out now as well which then soaked the laundry room with water and then the repair job was not completed in an accommodating way. I will not be recommending this community in the future and an advocate for people to explore other options.

Do not believe all the website photos of Creekside a Highlands Ranch or the description of their properties which clearly states all apartments have plank flooring and updated new white countertops as they certainly DO NOT!! Our apartment had brownish light dirty carpet and gets dirtier because it’s old and so light color and no replacement in a year to her apartment no renovation no update like they advertise their apartments have. Plus we had old brownish countertops in the kitchen and bathroom with a very old double aluminum sink in the kitchen. However our price was exactly the same as other apartments in which our neighbors had updated apartments some of them with all plank flooring and white countertops in the six. We were NOT able to view this apartment till we moved in and what we found was a very old apartment with an amenities not up for this area standards especially for the extremely high price Creekside Grace store at Highlands Ranch charges. There was also a lack of maintenance of the buildings the amenities and the apartments and the staff could care less. They don’t seem to want to be bothered once you move in. When we vacated apartment after year I found out it’s being rented again with the SAME old dirty carpets and countertops and for now more money. Honestly go next-door to Shea apartments or chroma which are brand new and much less expensive with top line service in an accommodating manager, Maintenance team and stuff that you will NOT find that a Creekside Grace store at Highlands Ranch. Sad because the location is great but obviously Graystar and Creekside does not care about it’s resident homes!! Basically bait and deceit - So Many of their apartments are outdated and not updated all the photos they show you an apartment ratings or other sites or their own website are not for all apartments be aware you’ll be paying top dollar for an old subpar dirty apartment here.

We have lived here for the few months and love it ~ would highly recommend these apartments to a friend in a heartbeat! I love love love the location!!! The front office staff has always been so nice and the maintenance guys have always been very helpful and quick to get anything fixed. We have lived in multiple complexes across the US, and it is always the staff at the community really makes all the difference. Super happy with our decision!
