Nice neighborhood/safety gate and great maintenance team the only good things . Old Complex so no/little noise mitigation between units. Units are dark, "updates" cheaply done except for appliances, which are nice. And you will need a side hustle to pay for utilities. Management Team are terrible; do not take your concerns seriously, are condescending and biased and they ignore complaints of disruptive resident. There are many other complexes in this area. Try not to live in a complex managed by Greystar, who are not known for excellent property management.

So far my wife and I have had a great experience living here and no issues whags so ever. The complex and surrounding area are great. Lot better then where we came from. No complaints at all and definitely recommend to others that are in search of a great community.

Well kept buildings and yard. Staff respond quickly to needs and concerns. Safe and friendly community. Pet friendly! Love having my garage under my apartment!! My bedroom is nice size with a huge walk in closet. My balcony is nice size and fairly private. Kitchen is very efficient and dining room is large enough fir a family size table. I have a lot of windows in my apartment and live that.

You don't want my feedback to be published. This is by far the worst community in which I've ever lived. The office staff is poor at communicating, maintenance is beyond a joke, grounds are disgusting.

In general ok. Maintenance is very good. However the looks of the grounds is not good (e.g. dead tree limbs, large dead grass areas, etc.) Most all of the management team are very professional, however, there are so many changes in the team in the 2 years of our residency.

Wonderful place to live. Management staff is very professional. Maintenance staff is quick to reply. Apartment is spacious and modern. I love granite in kitchen and hard floor in common areas. Easy to keep clean.

I have been a Creekside resident for a couple of years. Best place to live in the Denver metro area! Safe, quiet, well-groomed grounds, friendly staff. Manny with the maintenance team is very knowledgeable and always on time!

For us, the best part of the past few years at Creekside has been the maintenance team and their quick response in providing solutions for the reactive and proactive maintenance requests. Manny, one of the maintenance team, seems to be everywhere on the grounds; once I accidentally locked my keys in my running car and it was early morning and he quickly helped me (before normal hours) to get access back to my apartment to get the spare car key! (Clearly, more coffee was needed and I never did that again) The management office is quick with responses as well; the new package center has made it simple to get the many packages from Amazon that get delivered, too

I have lived at Creekside for 11 years now. They staff is always very helpful. I would especially like to give credit to Manual. He has always been very responsible to fixing things and has always been very help with whatever I need. Manual is always very friendly and knowledgeable. He cares about the residents. He is one of the reasons I have stayed here. Jim Gleason

Don't believe all the good reviews. This place is utter chaos. Management efforts to delete all bad reviews, like this one will be! No rules are abided by. My husband has counted up to 11 cars that haven't moved in 6 months, some with flat tires and no plates the whole time. Handicapped spots are all taken by people without handicapped signs on their car. There's dog poop, trash and weeds everywhere. The place needs a groundskeeper to replace one of the unmotivated management staffers. If they don't actively maintain the grass then all the dog poop and pee ruins it. If management cared, they would do something about it. There's been an interim manager I've never met, seen or heard of.

My life at Creekside over the past three years has been positive. The management team is friendly and helpful whenever I have had a question. The maintenance team is professional and answers requests quickly. I highly recommend this Complex to anyone.

Move in was rough. Was told certain things gs would take place before we moved in. And they did t happen and then they were changed to less "luxurious" items. Such as shag carpet was replaced by flat regular carpet. But since we have moved in getting used to this new apt.

Creekside at Highlands Ranch is an amazing place to live. Not to mention the gym, pool, golf course and more. There is shopping and resturants within walking distance. The staff is amazing and I'd highly recommend this place to anyone!

Pros: Best location in Highlands Ranch, quiet, safe, decent apartments (most or all of them recently remodeled), maintenance staff is great, amazing pool, and more grassy areas than the two newer complexes nearby Cons: Appearance of grounds, mediocre management, the classic thin apartment walls, and a handful of disrespectful residents. The cons would all be solved if the overall management company (Greystar) viewed Creekside as a 20-year old property worth putting some money into and making it the best complex in HR; and the local property management had any desire to take the opportunity to improve the property instead of just sitting around the office fielding complaints. I've lived here 4 years and won't be renewing my lease. Anyone looking to live here, I encourage you to drive around the complex, and then drive through the two newer ones down the street. Take a look at the townhomes across the street, and the million dollar homes surrounding the golf course a stone's throw a way. In 4 of those 5 options, you'll see properties carefully maintained by residents and management that cares. At Creekside you'll see a place that could be phenomenal but they are content with it being above-average and overpriced. It must have to do with squeezing out the biggest profit margin they can. Some day a company will buy out Greystar and put a million dollars into the place, hire local management that is proactive and aims to please, and jack up the rates. That's what a smart management company would do, instead of doing the bare minimum. Cool that doesn't know how to display paragraph breaks, great job everybody!

Very quiet. Management is super friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that apartment has some issues (leaking dishwasher, laundry machine only runs on delicate) and that our neighbors are smoking waayyyy to much weed and it somehow gets into our closed apartment and smells terrible. My wife is pregnant, and I dont know if they would even be and issue, but it would be much more enjoyable to not have to deal with it.

Creekside at Highlands Ranch is the BEST. The people are great to work, the apartments have great layouts and they take good care of the grounds. The gym is good, the trash pickup is nice and I had one question for Maintenance, and they came right away and helped me. Pam M.

I've enjoyed living here for the past 3 years but they need to take care of the pavement before it starts going south and not wait until it's unsightly. Potholes, speed bumps disintegrating, and the paint looks terrible. Just schedule an update for it every spring. But my guess is that it's the overall management company keeping a tight budget. On-site management and the maintenance crew are awesome, really great people, but unfortunately they do have a real blind spot when it comes to appearance - dog poop, loose trash on the grounds, people using the area beneath community stairwells & the area outside their door for storage. Nice decorations or chairs, some plants, that's different than items that couldn't fit in your apartment or garage. They are so responsive to everything else. Creekside would be almost perfect if they cared more about making the appearance immaculate, it wouldn't take much time or effort at all. Why not make it the most beautiful complex in town? Perfect location, right next to a nice golf course, awesome pool...just step up the appearance a little!

No to little side walks in complex. Owners are not held to their agreements; back patios are used for storage or over run hoarders solution. Pet owners do not keep up with their dogs feces; its disgusting. Ironically usually by a dog clean up area. People smoke pot in their apartments, smell through the walls

Great Staff, I feel very safe, wonderful location, and a great community to live in. Close to a lot of places (ie; restaurants, stores, library, etc.). A very active community. Im on my second month living here, everyone is friendly, especially all the Staff - from the Leasing office to Maintenance.

It has been good, a few maintenance issues as well as cleanses when I moved in. I am glad they had the list where we could put what was wrong with the apartment prior to move in. The employees have been helpful every time I ask a question.

Very comfortable so far. However my request to change the apartment carpet was not fulfilled before move in. The carpet was worn and gives an unkempt appearance to the unit. Office staff is generally very helpful and professional.
