Loved this complex til neighbors moved in next door ~ 1 yr ago? Post- concussion, have become far less tolerant of noise-level of kids visiting next-door neighbors who NEVER stay outside with kids in a supervisory or any other context. Encourage the multiple (~ 10 NON- RESIDENT) children to disregard my wishes for quiet and that balls not hit the roof over my head and disturb the peace of me and my dogs, my only children that I pay PET-RENT to have live here.

The Creekside Apartment Staff was very pleasant and helpful! We have found that the apartment we have rented is very attractive and fits our needs! We are looking forward to all the extras that this complex provides! The surrounding community is quite and residential, something we know that we will enjoy!

Community rental rates are over priced for the level of service received and quality of the apartment itself. Maintenance staff really needs an overhall. They do not understand alot of the basic maintenance duties needed, and often break things completely because they do not know how to fix it. The repair work takes way too long to complete if it's anything significant.

Great place to live; great maintenance staff and amenities. Pet-friendly was critical for us. We have been here 5 1/2 years and love it here. Rent is not cheap but you get what you pay for. It is also a great family community, awesome pool and community building; very quiet and peaceful.

Great apartment! My only complaint is the upstairs neighbor bouncing a basketball late at night - it is disturbing and causes pictures on my wall to move and glasses in cabinets to wiggle, etc. Wish someone could talk to them and ask that it stop.

CreeksideHR has many characteristics I'm looking for in a rental community. The management and maintenance associates are wonderful to work with and take personal responsibility with getting to know the residents. Rents can be high depending upon location within the property, i.e. golf course/mountain view. The amenities that I use at CreeksideHR are high quality and maintained very well. These include the pool, business office, exercise facility and common areas in the main building.

I have had a positive experience with the staff and residents at this apartment complex. Very close and convenient for highways, retail, and medical needs. Staff very quick with putting in maintenance requests and reaching out if there are further concerns after completion.

I have only lived here three months and so far I have enjoyed it. The staff has been very professional and attentive. The grounds are clean and well kept. The amount of outside parking spaces is adequate.

I don't want to say like all I love this community because I live my life in this community I have everything here club, pool, golf course and in a walkable distance town center .it is a great place to live not only for humans but also for pets. I feel like I want to buy my apartment even I asked about this facility. I really enjoy living here with kids activities and also a very good learning place.the summer activities are amazing. Senior citizens enjoy loving here they have great place to walk around and Enjoy there day at the community hall.i hope every age group can have fun and live here happily. The amount of time spend here for me is very short I feel but with in the six months after coming here I feel like to own it so you can think how really I like living here. Many people come and go make few attachments with there neighbors and the place where they are living. For me and my wife this place has given us everything what a person what in there daily life. Entertainment, entertainment. Entertainment. I hope this would be enough to understand how happening this place is. Beautiful landscapes, mountain view , golf area, hot tub for recreation and to be healthy gym.

I have lived at Creekside since June 2013. I love it here. I have found everything to be very pleasant and peaceful here. I feel like this is not an apartment complex but a very nice home that I live in. The staff are all wonderful and the whole community is wonderful. I could not ask for a nicer place to live in.

Stay away from this community. Rents are exorbitant and raises have driven out many. Security is lacking, gates don't work half the time and even strangers know the code. Rules aren't enforced, garbage left out, repairs needed to buildings, unwanted solicitations.

I have really enjoyed living at Creekside the last year. I just recently signed a lease for another year. The office staff is very helpful and always pleasant to deal with. The maintenance staff has always responded very quickly to any repair needs that I have. I would highly recommend Creekside.

so far so good, just moved in in August. Have been impressed with the speed and quality of service requests. The office personnel are always friendly and helpful. The location is great and has great scenery around it. Noise is a little disturbing, but I moved from a house and am getting used to having so many people in a close proximity.

Living at Creekside at H.Ranch has been a great experience. They have wonderful amenities with a great Clubhouse, beautiful large pool/hot tub, fitness room, and internet resource room. Our apartment was freshly remodeled and clean and the parking has been easy and accessible. The Management Staff has been friendly and helpful and most important responsive to our requests. The Maintenance Staff has been excellent completing any repair requests quickly and correctly. You can tell that they all take great pride in the community. We have also had some fun complex wide social events including a free summer barbeque. Creekside is also well located adjacent to the H.Ranch Golf Club (Public) and numerous hiking and biking paths and H.R. parks. H.Ranch Town Center is minutes away with many dining, entertainment, shopping, and grocery options. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quality and positive apartment living experience.

I have only lived at Creekside for a few weeks, but I already love it! My apartment is wonderful -- spacious, very clean and super quiet. And the staff is always so helpful and friendly. During my first week, I had problems with my mailbox keys. I called the office, and they had the lock replaced and new keys issued the same day! I truly can't recommend this place highly enough. Living here has made my transition from California to Colorado so much easier.

Neighbor above me has a new puppy and it's pretty loud. Especially late at night. I haven't asked the staff to say anything to him though so they probably are not aware of the puppy nor how loud it is. Overall though I'm happy with my unit & where I live.

I love it here. Beautiful property: pool, setup of driving through complex, making it easy to know your neighbors. Management staff are qualified, very nice, helpful, professional and caring. Landscaping around leasing office-all the colors are exquisite.

The rent jumps are very...
The rent jumps are very steep. If it raises again as much as it did this year next year I won't be renewing. In the winter, the stairs are not always seen to on the day that it snows. I live on the 3rd floor with no access through my garage (it's detached) so that causes a problem. Otherwise, I'm very happy there.
