The apartments are NOT worth the highest prices they charge in the entire area for over 20 year old apartments that half are not updated and you do NOT get a price reduction for non renovated apartments - my apartment was all carpeted but kitchen and bath where is unheard of now in new apartments and old brown cabinets and brown countertops yet 1900 for a one bedroom is outrageous for the area- maintainance is slow and grounds aren't upkeep well, the concrete to apt is in need of repairs and old and molted, they dont let u park your own car in front of your own garage where theres plenty of room - they tell you one price but when you sign up they pull a fast one and try to give you a higher price -Moved out to get anew apartment across the street for $1680 in 2022 and its completely updated with wood vinyl flooring throughout, white cabinets, and white gray granite!!! Creekside managed by Greystar is way overpriced for what you get guess there selling location but there are so many other newer nicer apartments right in same area for so much better pricing and service and maintaince .. dont get ripped off by Creekside Apartment in HR managed by Greystar - corporate greed

After 5 years, I am moving out of the community. For the price the expectation should be better/higher. Second to worst place I've lived in a long while. First 3 years were great.. Last 2 years were a nightmare

Creekside asked tenants to give high ratings, so if there are a lot of 5 stars that’s why. They fixed up the “dog park” as I was moving out with gravel. Prior to that, it was a disgusting large litter box for dogs. Hardly anyone picked up after their dogs. I’ve been asking for the Co state required list of items done to my apt with receipts to explain why I only got back $18.76. I paid $300 to have the apt professionally cleaned. The carpet was full of black cat hair when I moved in and all Apts were getting upgrades once people moved out. Hardwood was going in so I didn’t clean the worn carpet. However, no explanation as to what happened to my deposit. It’s required by the state of Colorado for them to provide. My emails remain unanswered and the corporate office put me on ignore as well. They’re nicer when you move in - not if you have a complaint. The maintenance staff was the main reason I stayed for three years. They’re very responsive and nice. Ask for an updated apt as the outdated ones have as high of a rental rate as the newer ones.

I love living here. Very nice environment. I love that they all have attached garages and are pet friendly. I think the walls could have better insulation because you can hear others often. However, overall its a great place to live.

The apartment homes at Creekside at Highlands Ranch provide a clean, quality living environment with a great, easy-access location (while still feeling like it's off the beaten path!). It is impressive and appreciated that the management is always investing in the upkeep and improvement of the complex. The staff is friendly, responsive and professional, which definitely adds to the "welcome-home" experience here at Creekside.

Fantastic! I love the location and the staff. Updated stove and fridge appliances would be nice but also not a must have for me. The view from my apartment is amazing and a big reason I still live here. New groundskeeping team is good too.

Office makes you feel bad for reporting anything wrong. They say dumb things like no one else has a problem with it and you cant expect your AC to cool more than 20 degrees ... so if it is 100F outside, 80 inside is all you can expect Then I say I have pics that prove it cant even do 15 degrees and ask if they would like to see the pics. The response was I dont care about that ... really?

This place is awesome! I appreciate the Amenities and friendly staff of Creekside apartments. I would highly recommend to anyone who is young and looking for a place that is close to the highway and accessible to lots of good food and shops nearby.

Clean and quiet. It doesn't get much better than that! The pool and fitness area are welcome places as they are not over populated at any given time. Great access to shopping and restaurants as well as parks and walking trails :)

Do not rent here unless you don't mind your concerns being ignored. Management requests they personally witness/hear noise complaints. But when you call them to do so they say they did not receive the request When you send them verification of the contact.....Crickets!!!!

Creekside at Highlands Ranch made it easy for me to move out of state and find my new home. The staff is always nice and willing to help. I am so glad I chose Creekside and I see myself staying here for a while. Its such a beautiful and quiet community. I love the floor plan I chose because it has plenty of space. I also enjoy how close the apartments are to local shops, restaurants, and gas stations! I definitely recommend anyone to start leasing here!

So far the experience has been fine. There is plenty of parking for guests, the amenities are nice, and the complex is quiet. I really haven't spent a whole lot of time at the community yet as I've only been there a couple of weeks.

Manny is the best maintenance person on staff. It has taken many visits to my apt to figure out why my hot water heater leaks to the unit below me. Ive been inconvenienced by this issue fir at least 8 mos.

Easy to view and sign the lease. Great support from the staff. Nice property and with double gate access. Easy to pay rent and submit maintenance requests. Have weekly/monthly activities, like food truck(s). Broad age range of tenants, but quite community.

I love living at Creekside because everyone around is friendly. I love the dog community here as well. Its never very noisy and the amenities are very nice to have. It is also very close to many restaurants and stores. I would highly recommend!

I do like living here, I do wish that the gate security was better, because you can just drive in behind another car, and when it snows the gates are usually left open. I also wish there was more enforcement of residence picking up after their dogs. Other than that its a great place to live, the apartments look well cared for and modern. The amenities it has are great, The pool is wonderful in the summer, and so is the bark park

I've been here at Creekside just over a month now and love it. Move in was easy and I was able to tour the apartment myself and spend as much time as I needed just sitting / envisioning myself in it before deciding to lease. I'm in an Aspen unit and it's the perfect layout and amount of space for me. It's super cozy. And oddly, it always smells really nice. No idea why but I'll take it. Wanted a top floor unit with a carpeted living room and that's exactly what I got! I love the electric fireplace. Having control of my heat and AC year round is also something I will never take for granted since my last place turned one or the other on/off during the year. My garage is detached but I don't mind the stairs/walk to the building (it's literally adjacent). My neighbors are all friendly and it's quiet here. I really wanted to live somewhere quiet and peaceful and Creekside, at least my building (can't speak for other buildings having not been in any of them) fits the bill. Unlike my last apartment location, I feel safe walking the neighborhood. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby too. Close to 470 which is great because I work in Denver. Maintenance has been fantastic. I've had a few things fixed or replaced (had a couple things fixed before I moved in; fridge door and disposal needed adjustment), my washer transmission went out and they recently brought me a brand new washer! They've responded to all my requests on the app within a day, and eveyone I've interacted with has been courteous and helpful. Manny in particular is great. I'm really glad I decided to move here!

Overall, it has been a good experience. However, messages left for the office are not usually returned. Staff is friendly and helpful. Manny does great maintenance work. I had a noise problem recently in the apartment below me that the office did not address.

Creekside at Highlands Ranch offers a very expensive option for an increasingly disappointing experience. A very appealing location. Valet trash removal is a great option. The experience and quality have declined in the last year. The rent increases each year are shocking.

Moving into our first apartment during COVID-19 was very stressful, but the management team at Creekside made it super easy and they were always available when we had questions! They also did a great job of showing us all Creekside has to offer while still maintaining covid guidelines!
