It is a quiet community in a great location. The pool is fantastic, and the management and maintenance staff are excellent. Noise is becoming a problem with much more traffic going up and down Plaza, as well as the constant construction nearby the last 2 years.

Overall I am very satisfied and enjoy living at Creekside. The office and maintenance staff are great. Security has been an issue since the entry gate has been broken several times. Also, dog poop is an issue especially by the greenbelt which backs to the golf course. If people cannot be responsible and pick up after their dog(s), Creekside should reconsider their policy regarding the # of dogs allowed and size of dog. Lastly, Creekside needs to install a night drop box for rent like we had before the renovations.

Creekside at highlands ranch is a quiet community in a very convenient location. Love having an attached garage and parking has never been an issue. Lots of green space and backs up to a golf course in a quiet residential area. Maintenance has always taken care of problems promptly. We love living here.

Over the last six months, we have had a massive dog poop problem that has only just recently been addressed by management after numerous complaints by residents. Management can be slow to respond to reasonable complaints.

The management here is horrendous. If you like being blamed for their mess ups or having catty responses to things you say, this is the place for you. I have never been treated so poorly by management at any place we have rented.

Since living here, maintenance refused to call before entering and tripped my alarm. After that the crew changed, the man who tripped the alarm was promoted to another site! Further I was placed in a garage and later told I had to move to a garage further away because office staff didn’t know how to change it in the computer- my garage door consistently went up on its own every time another resident opened his door. Neighbors informed me of this... as I was in my apartment and cannot see my garage from here. Black dirt was coming out of the hot water pipes and it had to be bled twice over several months. My toilet was old and corroded and took 4 or 5 months to replace even though the new toilet was onsite and it was a 20min job. The garage has no insulation on one side and due to the defective door I could never store anything of value in it. The old hot water heater and black and brown water made showering and laundry inadequate. Clothes never clean. Dirt from water stained fiberglass tub - I took pics and sent to HR but was told they never received them. I’ve had to clean the tub several times and it is a hard job. Nails and screws were left all over the carpet when maintenance came to put the vertical blinds up properly as they were falling down.

I love it...People are very kind...good atmosphere...the only thing I can say, me being in the construction business,the way these apartments were built, no soundproofing in between floors, sometimes it drives me nuts...but we can manage it...Thanks

Staff is friendly and quick to resolve problems. Would love for the front gate to be fixed so my husbands key works but in all we still love living here. The community is laid back but still keeps a clean and friendly appearance.

In serious need of continued education for proper care and management throughout the community. They are not attentive to the required needs of keeping the community looking nice, they dismiss resident's concerns, and maintenance does not clean up after themselves when handling issues within a resident's unit.

Leno was very professional when he entered my unit. They came in and fixed my issue within 30min. Flushed out my water tank and now my heat blows nice warm/hot air!! Thanks again Leno for fixing this issue

Creekside is an absolute amazing community. Choosing to live here was by far the easiest decision I have ever made. The staff is beyond extraordinaire, they are polite and professional. The manager, Kerry is very accepting of everyone who comes into the office. We felt at home the moment we stepped into the door. Matt and Nick are there to get things done and make sure what ever you need is taken care of. Haley, met our needs and found us the perfect apartment. She was consistent with looking out for prices and availability, and did phenomenal. The maintenance team is quick and very responsive. The maintenance team is like going through a fast food drive thru. Fast, efficient, and done right. For real though, the manager is so awesome.

So far so good. Have only been in my apartment since the 19th of January 2018. The office staff has been great, they are very nice, professional and easy to talk to. They have so far been very willing to get right on whatever concern I have had so far, from the very first time I looked at a place here in August of last year. I really do like it here.

Nice apartment. Can hear upstairs neighbors walking and stomping all day (only complaint) Overall one of the best apartments my wife and I have lived in. Would recommend to anyone. Might also recommend rod iron railing around bottom floors although astetically might not be the look u want.

The community has great amenities, a friendly office staff, and feels like living in a town home rather than an apartment. Great location with easy access to the highway and a lot of new restaurants nearby in Town Center. I feel very safe in this gated community. There are also nice walking and biking trails nearby.

My move in was a nightmare,. The apartment looked cleaned on the surface but carpet was filthy with pet hair. When I informed one of the leasing agent, he said what do you want me to do. My response was to replace the filthy carpet and I'm not exaggerating. A Just not happy and might pay the fee to void the unhappy.

I am very content living here. It is well maintained, especially since it is over 15 years old. I love the mature landscaping. The community is updated and a much nice environment than the sterile new places popping up around.

Honestly not enough characters on how to describe creekside. Quick to sign a lease but unable to follow through on if the apartments ready. 3 weeks moved in and still not done with leaks, poor renovation, and people out of what is supposed to my home. Don't plan on moving in the day you sign your lease. Maintenance will be trying to get last minute items done like Plumbing fixtures, painting, range in the middle of the living room, garage used as maintenance storage with no garage code set. If somehow they say a week before that the unit is supposed to be renovated find another place. Ive had to leave my apartment because of poor planning on what is being done and also track management on when this is taking place. Unless you enjoy having counter tops ripped off your kitchen with no running sink when you get home have at it. Honestly this is just the scratch of the surface just steer clear.
