Excellent complex that is very well maintained and safe. Sense of belonging and community and excellent and friendly staff! Close to town center and very convenient location. Beautiful golf course behind the community gives a nice place to walk my dog who also loves it here!

Great gated community with professional staff, amenities and location. Matt and nick in the office are always helpful and accommodating. Grounds are well maintained and is very quiet. When service is required, it's always prompt and efficient.

My family and I moved into Creekside about a month ago and we really like it. My kids love the pool. The schools in the area are excellent. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. It's convienently located to shopping. The office staff is super friendly and helpful. It really is a nice complex to live in and I'm glad to live here.

A gorgeous, classy, and updated apartment community in a quiet but convenient area of Highlands Ranch. With the gated community, good area, and professional adults, it feels very clean, safe, and modern.

Reading these reviews sounds like they were paid to write this bs. Or they don't live at Creekside. We are leaving: there is a criminal element and the vandelism is increasing. Summers are bad; we see more people who don't live here using pool than there are residents who do use it. Many teens as well who invite 20, 30 others at a time to use spa and pool late nights. Families invite families with kids (over the 2guest max). This place is a mess!!!!!

I love the place! Friendly staff and maintenance group is super helpful! Grounds are very clean and I love the sense of community! The apartment itself was very clean when I first moved in and everything looks updated and fresh!

Good, safe, quiet community. Friendly staff that are generally responsive to needs or requests. Beautiful apartment with great views of the front range, gorgeous every sunrise and sunset. Every morning and evening I am reminded of what a great decision it was to move here.

I have been renting for the past 5 years and have lived in several different communities. I am really impressed by my unit (which looked exactly how the model showed). The flooring is top notch, newer appliances, high ceilings, fantastic layout, large, attached garage with a storage closet and really attentive management. I love how easy it is to access c-470. Shopping and restaurants are only a few blocks away. Although this is a temporary place for me (while I wait on construction on a home). I find that my only regret is that I did not find this place sooner.

I love the community, The place is very well-kept and the maintenance staff is excellent. I would highly recommend this place. When we first came here to apply, the staff was very professional and the whole move in prosess was very easy and smooth.

The grounds and location are fantastic. The people we've met in the community are pretty good. Assuming everything works, the apartments are nice, but that's a big assumption considering the terrible quality of maintenance.

We enjoy living in this quiet community. The staff is overall helpful. The pool is nice; although, I wish it were monitored more by front office due to outsiders helping themselves to a luxury we pay for. The apartments are nice and updated.

This a great place to live. The staff is great and on top of things. The residents are friendly. It is pet friendly but strict policy of cleanliness. The trash pick up is one of my favorite features. I highly recommend it.

Whilst I do like this apartment community, I feel they are poorly constructed....if noise bothers you. Id also say its the luck of the draw, where you may or may not experience an issue. There is almost zero noise insulation between adjacent apartments. I hear my neighbors noises of simple living, from talking to his creaking floors (under carpet) when he walks. The creaking floors are as if he is in the same room as me. Unfortunately this is right nxt to my bedroom and wakes me every night. My apartment does not have creaking floors so thats why its a hit or miss thing. But....Ive stayed in many, many hotels and apartments and never had this level of noise (which isnt loud music etc) reverberate from an adjacent room/apartment into mine. Its crazy. This just shows the poor/cheap level of construction.

Creekside at Highlands Ranch is the best apartment complex in Highlands Ranch, CO! Not only is the staff, particularly Yasmin, extremely nice and helpful but the facilities are always clean, the pool is open nearly year round and the fitness area has state of the art equipment for all of your workout needs. The newly remodeled units are extremely nice with all stainless appliances, beautiful cabinets and counter tops. I highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment in the Highlands Ranch area to make Creekside at Highlands Ranch their first stop, you won't need to look anywhere else!

I lived hear in 2006 and 2007, when we needed an apartment again we came back.So far we have been here for about a month and the experience is fine. Requiring a tenant to use 200 characters in a satisfaction survey could be a great way to get a bad rating.

The staff has such integrity you can feel it. It makes me never even think about leaving. If something needs done they address it and as the team they are you can really see it work. Maintenance is phenomenal and it goes without saying after 3 years this is indeed the best office and maintenance staff you could ask for. Each and everyone of them go at their jobs 100%+ I hope that I can continue to make this my home. Thank you

it's ok. This is just like every other complex except their appears to be a lot of seniors here. There also seems to be an awful lot of kids in the pool area that do not lve here. The maintenance staff is probablt the best I have seen at any of the complexes I have lived at.

Everyone I have been in contact with, office and maintenance staff, have been personable, courteous, effecient and friendly. I am sure I will be very happy here. Minor problems were taken care of promptly and staff went above expectations.

Not moved in yet ... but the internet appearance and the staff supporting my rent contract were very friendly and the contract could have been signed without further problem - very uncomplicated if the company is involved. over all very satisfied

Easy online access to floor plans and availability, and an online rental application. Close to the freeway and shopping. Quiet community and extremely friendly staff. Stainless steel appliances and dark cabinets and flooring for an updated look.
