We love living in the Creekside at Highlands Ranch. It is quiet, clean, maintenance is excellent and responsive and the apartments are very spacious and well designed. The pool looks very promising, but we are yet to find out when it gets warmer. Our only wish would have been to have more places for kids within the walking distance, such as a playground or anywhere then can round around and meet other kids.

maintenance is great! However, maintenance can use help! Looks like there is a shortage. Office staff is completely changed since been here for four years. Poor communication and not interested in helping those that have been living here and more wanting to help new residents. The grounds are ok. Lots of stuff and equipment left out.

Staff girls and manager are the best! Maintenance has been awesome as well! Everyone is very friendly and attentive to any needs you might have! They put on great community events. Always willing to go the extra mile even when theyre about to close!

Location+Leasing office members are nice and great environment to live, BLDGs quality are good and good neighborhood quite nice views around like mountains view not very far from stores and gas stations.

Everything went smooth during the move in process. I wish management and maintenance had more communication. The apartment was a bit dirty upon move in and I had scheduled an appointment for it to be cleaned. It's been almost a month and nothing has happened. But that is my only complaint.

Creekside at Highlands Ranch has the best staff! They will make sure you have what you need and answer all of your questions. We had a question about the heat and the Maintenance person came within the hour to help answer our question. He was great! The apartments are clean.

Creekside at Highlands Ranch would be our first time moving into our own area together. We've been living here for almost a year, and it goes to say that Creekside has been everything we've anticipated and more. We got a unit on the top floor that gives us an excellent view over the area, and from the balcony we are able to watch prairie dogs ramble about in a field throughout the day. This place offers an incredible amount of amenities for its price, such as a garage, a pool, a gym and the like. The location itself is excellent as well, with several restaurants and grocery stores appearing in less than a mile away. Also the lobby itself is pretty cozy too. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment because its easily one of the best places I've ever lived in.Creekside at Highlands Ranch would be our first time moving into our own area together. Moved here recently and we now know that we made the right decision . Absolutely love it here . The location is wonderful for access to Littleton and beyond. The facilities and staff are second to none . Creekside makes apartment living feel like home !

Creekside has given us everything we were looking for in an apartment community, and a little more. The maintenance staff is excellent, and replies very quickly. The additional available parking for guests is plentiful. The grounds are well maintained, and there is very little dog poop anywhere. Overall, despite a slight headache we had with moving in, our experience has been exemplary.

This place is a really beautiful and amazing place to live. My girlfriend and I love living here. The residents are nice. Theres never any loud noise also the work out area and pool/hot tub is amazing. Could be kept a little cleaner though

Couple months of living here and its still perfect. Management even kept us in the loop with trash pick up during the blizzard! Taco night was fun and delicious! Lots of open communication about anything you could think of.

Apartment and amenities are good and maintenance/management are very responsive all the times. This community is near by multiple parks and shopping complex such as target/home depot and other food restaurants, stores. Behind the community there is big golf course .

It has been great! I cant wait to live here! Its very convient and Im excited about the amenities. Its nice and I love my apartment already! Its wonderful my husband can walk to work and we can walk to restaurants!

Like living in a convenient location with Good size units and Newer appliances in unit is awesome. Love having entry/exit gates as well asPool and hot tub upkeep always great. Seems the new management and staff are more engaged than the previous.

Overall very good. Neighbors above me are very loud at times. I understand normal living noise but they should probably live in a ground floor unit. Dog waste in common areas is becoming an issue. Not everyone cleans up after their pets.

I feel as I leased a lemon apartment. So my issues with my apartment; squeaky floors, squeaky master tub, heat that does reach 2 bedroom. Mortar falling from the ceiling as you walk up the stairs to you apartment. Exterior paint poorly done as is clearly noticeable. Luxury was thrown out the window decades ago.

Great apartment complex! Everything from the apartment to the ammenties to the leasing staff is outstanding. Explored several complexes in Highlands Ranch and Creekside is by far the best value. Im very happy with my decision to move here!

We just moved in about a month ago and so far the neighbors are very nice, the maintance people are quick to fix things, the management is supportive and very helpful and the move went very smoothly. I would recommend this property to anyone!

"After a long flight we came here directly from the airport expecting at least an half hour process to get our keys and move in but we were surprised to see that the welcome kit was ready with all the necessary informations, our move in was easy peasy. Apartment plan is really good, we move a lot and we have seen many apartments - this is the best so far. Package locker hub concept is new and awesome."

This is a SMOKING COMMUNITY- and believe me it appears everyone smokes, something! The apartments smell like an old bar room - even with their version of repainting and carpet shampooing. I lived in this community for a year; the management, TERRIBLE, has since changed and all the staff, except one person in the leasing office and the maintenance. There were many excuses for the pool having to be closed through most of the summer for some kind of bacterial contamination, which may have been partially caused from the "outdoor" dog wash (filthy) which is located within 6 feet of the only outdoor Bar B Que in the pool area! The fire pit at the pool NEVER worked in the entire year and the management said they do not plan on fixing it, ever. I moved into an apartment with multiple items on my checklist, which Greystarr and Creekside Apartment's management decided to try to charge me a bogus trash removal fee of 150.00, three weeks after I moved out; however, the apartment perfectly spotless! Beware, take pictures of all the cracks in the drywall and the rotten toilet seats and filthy air flow vents, everything because when you move out, even with a perfect payment history, they will try to charge you for something! They will try to make every excuse NOT to walk through the property on move in, or move out, request in person walk through and document. The only good thing was the maintenance guy, who was on the site daily and repaired the numerous breakdowns of all appliances, hot water heater failing, plumbing issues and back ups and electrical issues.

Everything has gone very smoothly. From the very first inquiry to my move in, all my questions have been answered. The staff is exceptional and promptly met my requests. This is a very quiet and clean complex.

Just signed another year lease as we originally wanted to try apartment living for a year after selling our big suburban house 7 years after becoming "empty nesters". We have lived in Creekside at Highlands Ranch for 3 years now and love the community. It had been 31 years since living in an apartment home so we were not sure what to expect or if we would like it. The management, office, and maintenance team here are world class and we are blessed to have them! Highly recommend this upscale, quiet, suburban community!!
