    Avana has been a great place to live! The apartment is beautiful and has lots of natural light. The grounds are well maintained and I love the amenities! The maintenance and leasing office staff are friendly and professional. They are always helpful and have really added to our experience here.

      Always exceeding expectations

      We have lived at Avana Thornton Station for years and the staff have always been pleasant and friendly no matter what the situation may be. So really it is no surprise when we put in a maintenance request that it gets handled quickly. However, when Josh showed up yesterday to fix our patio light, I was so grateful to find that he had noticed our patio door and its lock were sticking, causing issues with it opening and closing. It was something I had meant to take a look at, but I came home to find it fixed. And when I checked our Ring doorbell camera I saw that Josh had fixed it. It was a minor issue, and something he didnt have to worry about since it wasnt on the work order. Still, despite that he fixed it anyway. This is just one example of how the maintenance crew go above and beyond. While the door sticking may seem like a minor issue, it was so nice that Josh took the time to fix it anyway. I cant think of a time when the leasing office or maintenance staff arent deserving of 5 stars, and because of that being the norm, it makes me forget that I should be taking the time to point out what a great job they do. Because this honestly is the best community I have ever lived in!

        Nice community, friendly neighbors, helpful staff, and competent maintenance staff. Love the exercise gym. Nice location as well. Retail shopping, restaurants, perks and schools close bye. Light rail station within walking distance.Glad to be part of this community!

          The community is well maintained. The maintenance team is great. The office staff are not very helpful. They rarely answer phones calls, and then do not respond to messages. I have had to go into the office to get any type of assistance.

              My experience was amazing, amazingly helpful staff, Great communication, timely as well. Assistant Manger (Gail Garcia) and all office staff were very helpful, very understanding towards the situation. I mean, honestly any questions i had were answered, any and all help was given. The place is nice, any issues are taken care of. My kids love the place, It's a Good place. We feel at home. (We from New Orleans to so, if you know you know.) I also want to say, Assistant Manger, Gail Garcia. Went above and beyond for my family. I appreciate you. Thank you. Avana Thornton Station is Home now, we appreciate yall. To add maintenance is great as well very timely. Property is keep up well, everybody pretty friendly to me. I love living here at Avana Thornton Station. Again Thank Yall.

                Beautiful, spacious apartment. Move in was easy and quick. Manager Austin was helpful and friendly. Loved the whole process and i am loving my apartment. Quiet neighborhood and great amenities, couldn’t ask for a better experience.

                    The leasing office staff are severely understaffed, the manager is never there and they are improperly trained to handle just about anything. It took me months to get an approval for moving in. It's not the staff themselves fault as much as the lack of information they are given and the work load they are expected to complete. It's impossible for the amount of people they have to complete the amount of work they are inundated with on a daily basis. The maintenance team are flooded with work to where they can't complete work orders submitted for months. And from what I have seen, any concerns they bring to management are ignored, and so the turnover rate is high because they are not listened to. There are about 6 maintenance workers from what I have seen personally, and around 20+ apartment buildings that have approximately 24 apartments per building. Let me be clear - NONE of this is the employee's fault. I have never been told any of this by employees, I have just worked at similar places and know the signs all too well. Every time I have spoken with anyone, they are very professional and try to help me to the best of their ability. However, it is physically impossible for the amount of work management is requiring to be completed in a timely manner with the amount of people working at the complex.

                      Me encanta mi apartamento pero no me gusta que ya cobran por parqueo y los garajes son caros también aparte el mantenimiento es malo demoran demasiado semanas para darte una solución o una sustitución y creo que los electrodomésticos deberían de remplazarlos también porque son viejos y los apartamentos son renovados

We do wish that we could provide free parking to all residents, but we have found that the current system is the only way to prevent unauthorized vehicles from taking up too many spaces, which leaves our residents without a place to park. Additionally, if you are interested in one of our renovated apartments that offer stainless steel appliances, please feel free to contact the leasing office to discuss the options for a transfer. In the meantime, please know that we are working to improve our work order response times to better meet the needs of our residents.

                        It’s a nice place to live, quiet and clean. However don’t expect to get help with problems you find yourself in because they’ll ignore your maintenance request or just check it off and move on, but overall not terrible

                          I love it, it’s much better than our other apartment. Very clean, management is 10 times better than my previous place. Overall just a great and simple move. 10/10 would live here again (still live here).

                            In the short time I've been here, I've been very happy; the place is very peaceful. I highly recommend it to my friends. I've never had any problems with anyone, and the staff is very friendly and helpful in answering questions or resolving any issues.

                              Overall my experience has been good. The gym could be better and upkeep of the pool could be significantly improved. Communication about pool closures could as so be better. We loved our apartment itself, the access to the trail, and proximity to the light rail.

                                I love my apartment and nighborhood. It is serene, clean, quiet and safe.However at times there is a bangknging noise that makes it hard for me to sleep well during the day since i work nights. I have never understood from which apt that noise comes from but it can be annoying when it happens once in a while. Bit i general, Avana station is a very nice residence by all standards.

                                  Do not understand why the AC was turned off before it actually gets cold, Let alone not telling anyone so my heater was running for days at a time. Living in an apartment at 75-77 degrees in unbearable. Need to change this

                                    My overall experience at this community has been very disappointing. Communication within the office is completely inconsistent — every time I asked about something, I was either told that someone was out of the office or that it couldn’t be handled that day. When I requested a storage unit, I spoke with three different people, got the same answer each time, and still waited over two weeks with no progress. I even received my lease only two hours before move-in, despite asking for it right after being approved. Isaac was supposed to add a note to contact me before maintenance entered my unit, yet I never received a call or notice before they went in. Gail failed to scan my ID during the tour, which delayed my application, and the property manager provided no help resolving these ongoing issues. The only reason I decided to move forward was because of Austin. He’s the one person in the office who communicates clearly, follows up, and genuinely helps residents. Every time I reached out to him, things finally got done. Without Austin’s professionalism and reliability, I wouldn’t have continued with the move-in process. He truly stands out as the only bright spot in an otherwise frustrating experience.

                                      The place is fine but they charge for things they shouldn't, and sometimes the noise from the upstairs neighbors kept you awake at night. They charge at the beginning of the month and not for when people arrive.

                                        Its been really great so far. I enjoy being able to take my son to school and it be right down the road. I love the quietness from my neighbors. The people around are are friendly and happy. The dogs and owners are great.

                                          Unreliable, all around. Just another greedy company. I have had maintenance requests open for a month, including some with health and safety concerns. They made me wait two weeks to move in because they couldn't figure out their new program that was going to charge us an additional almost 3k just because my little sister doesnt have credit yet... it didn't matter that my credit score was almost 800 at the time, or that I have a perfect renters history with no late payments or evictions. Also the apartment is crappy. They're charging us extra because it's "renovated" but the floors are warped, the place came with paint drips and chips everywhere, the showerheads were covered in limestone and the dishwasher looks like they tried to paint over the COMPLETELY rusted through racks. The front door was so misaligned that my sister sat outside for 40 minutes trying to unlock it on her first night there and she just could not get it. I have received multiple "confirmations" for each maintenance request, but no one has come yet. Its been a month. And NOW it looks like they're trying to put on the record that I reported nothing wrong with the apartment upon move in? HA! I filled out the form completely and still missed so much. Greystar is as sketchy as it's always been, if not more so than ever. Good luck to anyone that moves in next.

                                            Llevo años viviendo en el condominio y de veras me siento bien pero se debe mejorar el tema del mantenimiento pues está bien atrasado , el personal que tienen es muy amable y profesional pero no dan abasto para todos los apartamentos, y el ta piscina si es muy malo pues se pasa 7 meses cerrado y no le hacen ningún mantenimiento entonces cuando comienza el verano la cierran constantemente por diferentes razones y es cuando más la necesitan las personas que tienen niños pequeños de vacaciones

                                              Management do not take concerns of tenants seriously, maintenance can be fast for small fixes but when it comes to actual need to be fix it’s a joke. The time they open and close the office its not serious whatsoever. To be paying 2500 base rent a month this community is not worth it whatsoever
