I love living here at Avana Thornton Station it's a great place. Location is great close to schools , Restaurants ,Shopping . Maintenance Team is great very friendly,polite , courteous,and the do a great job grounds looks good. Management Claudia , Gail , in the office is great very polite , friendly, always willing to help thank you all for being a great place to live.

My neighbors are so loud and disrespectful that’s the only thing I do not like about this community, other than that is a great community to live in with great staff that are there to help out and resolve any issue you might have.

I signed my lease May 5th, got a move in date of june 20th and a day before they wanted to tell me we did not income qualify, WHEN THEY HAD ALREADY SENT ME MY LEASE. Xomara Vega, told me she would talk to her manager and make sure they say yes, and i showed up on my move in date, and said i didn’t qualify any more she didn’t care that she basically left my family and i with out a home. They claimed to have called me but she called me the tuesday the week of my move in date, for my xcel transfer, also asked me if could move in earlier because they were closed the of my move in date. There’s no justification of their actions especially a day before my move in date.

Clean and great place. I do wish the pool was open year round but what can you do. Ultimately it's a good place to live just the speed bumps are a little annoying but it's a good safety feature. Great apartments clean and good.

In the short week I've been at this property I've noticed the complex is dirty, there's trash all over the grounds and dog poop all over. I did my check list upon move In and the office ladies said I had to move in before the maintenance team would clean or fix anything which is absurd.

Disappointed by my decision to move here. The package room system is not theft proof. The area draws in vagrants who break in cars. Many of the other residents do not take care of the outside areas...dog SH@$# everywhere. Other residents leave their dogs outside too m7ch and they bark A LOT and many dogs are off leash. Most of the office staff are clueless.

I moved in and loved the size and look of the apartment until I went to unpack my stuff and every single thing was dirty withing the cabinets there was grease grime hair in the bathrooms black dust everywhere and my dishwasher contained mold they still refuse to do any more cleaning or replace my dishwasher.

Overall staff is nice and maintenance workers or professional and nice the community is okay no one ever picks up pets bathroom business up also there's been a lot of theft here there's been a lot of break-ins there's been DEA raids there's been shooting inside our apartment complex

The whole experience at the Avana Thornton Station from the tour, move in and now has been very smooth. As I stated the only problem I’ve had with living here in the parking situation and actually finding spots.

Avana Thornton station has been my best experience I’ve had since the day I came to tour. The tour was very helpful the leasing staff did answer all my questions I had and made me feel really comfortable in making my decision to move in. The application was very smooth and easy. The day I did move in was quick and easy as well. I did my payment and was able to pick up keys. I really love it and enjoy living here. Im glad I decided to move to Avana Thornton Station.

My experience at avana Thornton station has been well, I really enjoy my time at the complex, looks very nice all around the campus and it is well maintained. Living features in my apartment make it seem like a house so I enjoy that as well, office and management and maintence are very well coordinated with each other as well which is a good thing.

I've been living here since 2021 I love the apartments they feel like home. It is always super calm. The office and maintenance are super helpful. The grounds are also super clean.I highly recommend living here.

I want to like this place but there have been too many issues that the staff never fixed. Apartments are fine, even nice but safety is a concern. The mailboxes have been broken into three times since I’ve been here less than a year. If you need help from staff you won’t get it.
