My family and I have been residents of this condominium for more than two years, at the beginning of renting us the office staff was very attentive and always willing to help us, but a few months ago the staff changed, and the attention and service The treatment of the residents has been very bad, in the office there is a colleague whose name is Yesi who has no education at all, she is not friendly and does not help you at all, every time we have to go to the office for some reason and she He serves us is not friendly at all, and does not even make an attempt to help, on May 25, 2024 I was with my family in the pool area having a pleasant afternoon and the colleague Yesi along with two other workers approached and she asked us to leave the pool according to her because you cannot smoke or drink in the pool. I want to clarify that we were consuming non-alcoholic beer in a plastic cup that we showed to her and the security who was accompanying her and she told us that you don't care and that we couldn't have anything there, my question is? We cannot even drink juices or soft drinks or water in the pool, because I did not understand this, since we did not agree to leave the pool area Yesi called the police on us and when the police arrived, they told us that we had to leave because she was the owner and she wanted us to leave Hay, that they understood that we were residents here and that we paid to live and enjoy the amenities of the place and that we were not doing anything wrong, but she did not want us in that place and We had to leave, I need them to give an immediate solution to this problem, they kicked us out of the pool like dogs, they treated us as if we were criminals and they deprived us of enjoying a pool for which we pay every month, I don't think so. It's not at all professional that people like these two women are working in this place, I felt discriminated against, and I am very upset with this whole problem, you can't live in this place anymore, and I would tell anyone who can tell not to rent here. Don't rent in this place you will regret it

My family and I have been living here for 3 years and every year it gets worse. The first year everything was very good, they solved any problem but when the workers changed everything got worse. Currently you cannot report anything broken or damaged because you never get answers, the streets are full. of dog waste and even the workers themselves treat you badly

I had just been through a divorce and my living situation was up in the air because of the breakup with my husband. My credit was not great and the staff at Avana Thornton station helped me out and I was able to move in Problem free. if I get my deposit back it will be 100% positive experience for me and my daughter and my granddaughter.

Potholes are back even though we had someone fill them up. Poop cleaning service was hired but I haven’t seen them and if they are actually hired they’re not doing their job at all. Have seen the same poop piles and more for a while. Some of the rock tiles are out of place. Landscaping with muddy areas need to be tended to. Mostly saying all of this with the increase of rent.

We love our apartment home! Outside is always well maintained as well as indoors! If you ever have any issue they are extremely fast at responding and take care of the problem with ease. Very nice place to live and would recommend to all my friends and family!

Security patrolling, even in summer time. Pool gets packed from non residents,and large amount of guess groups.inforcing picking up dog poop. Cleaning trash around the community. Better communication with residents

Lots of garbage and dog poop around, would suggest dog DNA to issue fines and have a cleanup crew for garbage from the racoons. The garbage bins seem to be ransacked nightly by the racoons and they spread it out everywhere.

RUDE STAFF & TENANTS

We are currently in the stage of moving out as first time renters. I WOULD NOTTTT recommend living here for first timers, the staff is super rude when asked “too many questions”, I had MULTIPLE incidents with individuals at the dog park who feel entitled to ask others to leave because they want their dog to play alone. To the point where you will end up in a verbal altercation because these entitled tenants will NOT stop harassing you. The dog park has given MULTIPLE issues to myself & others when it comes to how disgusting it is, flea infestation & no one picks up after their dog. Let me also mention the incident where a staff member took photos of my license plate after he almost crashed me going 30mph on the 10mph area, then verbally harasssed me & threaten to stop sending maintenance to my unit. And when I reported this to the front office they lied the staff member didnt work here, but I continued to see him everytime with staff uniform. As well as neighbors constantly harassing you if your dog barks, being racist, pulling false fire alarms or there was just always someone verbally arguing & fighting every weekend. YOU CAN FIND BETTER for the same price of a 1bedroom here.

Maintenance manager gio is amazing and fast, office is helpful and responds quickly. The units are spacious and clean. The play areas are great. The pool and hot tub are great and clean! Could recommend a better place.

Staff is great apartments are big and well-maintained. Overall a great option for apartment style living. The pool area is really nice. The grounds are well-maintained. Lots of trees fountains they really go the extra mile having coffee in the lobby is a nice touch.

The maintenance call center people are hard to understand & usually don’t get the problems right. Sometimes they can’t even figure out where I live, or can’t find my apartment complex. Isaiah, from maintenance group is awesome.
