No one here fixes any issue, they simply ignore you and gossip in their offices. Attitude is expected from management staff and they are closed almost always, due to “showing apartments” however you can see them in their doing nothing. They should be there when business hours are on.

GOTTA LOVE AVANA THORNTON STATION! We have been here since 2017!! Employees are FANTASTIC! Always do a wonderful Job!!! The people in the office are always ready to help and are very kind!! Maintenance is also very good at what they do!! Gotta Love Avana Thornton Station!!

So far, so good! I honestly love the area and the community, even when I did have an issue with something they resolved it in a timely manner. I believe my biggest concern is the cell phone reception, but that’s something I believe is minor.

The community is a good one to live in, the staff is helpful, the package room is always handled, the property is getting taken care of, it’s awesome to see the team full and energetic. I give Avana Thornton Station a 9/10!

I had a set move-in date and last minute the Leasing Office told me that my apartment wasn’t ready and it pushed everything back for me and I had to spend more money, the carpet in my closet has still not being changed at this point I have given up on even seeing if they can come change it.

This is a great place to live in Thornton, CO. I like my neighbors and the community. My job is only 15 minutes away from here. I've looked at other apartments in the area and I wouldn't say I liked anything else ht

This community is quite the best one I've had I recommend living here. I love the amenities of the community. The maintenance keeps everything sorted out the manager is amazing she resolves issues right away. The office is amazing.

I would rather scoop out my own eyeballs with a rusty drug addict’s spoon than ever set foot in a graystar community ever again. Horribly managed roads, the worst speed bumps you could ever imagine, neighbors who will never pick up their dog ----, and the thinnest most rotting and decay walls. I could hear my upstairs neighbors sigh in the morning when they woke up. I could hear my downstairs neighbors screaming homophobic slurs at two in the morning from the top of their lungs. What I could not hear was any communication from the main office about the long-standing maintenance issues that we had due to the AC unit in the unit above us busting and leaking everywhere causing massive water damage.

The experience at this community overall has been very good. From when I came in and wanted a tour to the move in process and the maintenance checklist. My neighbors are very nice and clean and it is very comfortable to live there and be in the community.

Me encantó la experiencia por lo que habita en ella su naturaleza, sus canchas, piscina y el gym.. aparte que el departamento es especioso y tiene todo incluido baño grande, sala espacioso, cocina con lo más esencial y la habitación junto con el clóset.

Since moving here Ive had no issues whats so ever. Apartment is top notch. Neighbors are all friendly no complains. Staff at the office all very Helpful & professional.courteous. Would highly recommend this community

I've lived in this complex for almost 6 years now. Overall it has been a good experience. The management wasn't great when I first moved in, but nowadays it is a lot better. I've recommended this complex to several people over the years.

My experience in living to this camunity is very good. The maintenance are available at one phone call. Neighborhood are very good and people are nice. The dogs poo are something that should be talking action mostly arround play ground because children are playing and it's not good for them have step on these poo when they playing and it should be restricted zone for animals walk.

That's very nice. Very friendly it's sad when somebody goes into the swimming pool with glass and breaks it and the pool gets shut down and it ruins it for everybody I think we should put up cameras in the pool area just so we know who's bringing in glass just it's terrible on a hot summer day we can't go swimming because other people ruin it for us I hope we get that issue resolved also. Thank you
