Recycling would be great. Neighbors have loud cars and slam doors. Lower rating for grounds because the fences are broken down and the dog park needs work. With a larger security presence my car may have not been stolen. Previous experiences with staff results in a lower rating.

It is a beautiful community on the outside but the amenities are not well maintained, prices seem very high, and they are ALWAYS doing some sort of project inside or outside for the aesthetics and not function of the complex which can obstruct daily life here. Staff is friendly but usually not as helpful as I would hope for. Some staff seems to not know much. Overall, we got out as quickly as we could.

I would honestly rate Avana A 10 out of 10. The staff from management to maintenance are Professional, knowledgeable, prompt & friendly. The property is Absolutely beautiful & maintained magnificently well. These are important things that I strongly feel create & maintain the high morale of Avana Thorton. I plan to become / remain a long time residential stay.

I would look for another place to rent if you have the option! The staff is not helpful- you will rarely get an answer from management staff if you call on the phone. They will say they will give you a call back and you will never receive a call. The manager is the only staff who has extensive information and can help in your situation, but he is not always around. Maintenance is spotty and wasn’t super reliable for us. There is dog poop everywhere in the grass areas outside of apartment. We experienced a lot of unclear communication from management and staff. It was hard to move out because after contacting them 4 different times and going into the actual office, we still didn’t have our move out fees on our portal or clearly communicated with us. We are very excited to leave this place.

Lights on buildings need to be replaced - it's pitch black around building 4 at Avana Thornton Station (2525 E 104th Ave, Thornton, CO). It is not safe! I live on the first level and I have asked several times to return to full lighting for building 4 (like it used to be), with no response nor results. Please assist.

La nueva administración de Avana Thornton Station; ha hecho un cambio radical a la fachada y una mejora muy buena al mantenimiento, la oficina proporciona una gran ayuda eficiente y rápida y estoy muy contenta que ahora cuentan con personal bilingüe, eso demuestra una vez más que están interesados en sus huéspedes. La única sugerencia que veo en estos momentos, es que el Area del pool necesita un mantenimiento, el césped está muy alto, luces alrededor de las parrillas, etc. Felicidades por su nueva y excelente administración.

It has been an easy move with a simple leasing process. The leasing team was helpful and returned information quickly and effectively. The complex is large and has several amenities, the pool looks spectacular.

My family loves having Avana Thorton Station! The staff is very helpful, its a great community to live in with Children. I give it a nine out of 10 on the scale Of excellence. The pool is amazing the fact that there is a guard there makes you feel safe and the hot tub is open year-round which is a huge plus.

We just signed our 3rd year here at the Avana Thornton Station. We love how quiet it is, friendly the staff is, and the amenities provided. It says a lot when someone stays at an apartment complex for so long.

The office staff are pleasant. There should be, however, much more severe measures to ensure that residents have available parking spaces anytime of day or night. Id prefer assigned parking which would eliminate non residents parking in residents spots.

Since Avana took over the complex has greatly improved. Lisa is the manager and I have had a few conversations with her, she is very understanding and professional and always makes sure that my needs are met. There is still alot of work to be done in the complex but it is coming along great.

Greystar has been working to make positive changes to our community since they took over. Everything from office staff, maintenance response, to replacement of steps and an overall repainting of all buildings.

It has been very very rough. In order to stay i would need to switch apartments. I have had issues with my neighbors, they maintenance staff, some of the office staff showing their lack of concern for issues. Not wanting to pay my rent because issues were not taken care of.

I would but when I initially moved in, it was suppose to be luxury apartments I paid outrageous fees to live here and I dont feel like its not much different from other properties near by. I feel like people need to be very careful when in this area it isnt as safe as it use to be and the Camera surveillance is no existing

I would just like a company to hand me the keys to a clean apartment. I moved into an apartment that was in no condition to move into in the middle of the country being shut down. I won't say the staff tired to make it right however things weren't working out. Just for sanitary reasons and the times we are in people would cleaning more seriously. However that wasn't the case. The carpet was half way ripped out of the floor, there were dead flies on the in widow seal, the tile floors in the front door are broken and still broken, the patio had cigarettes butts and sunflower seeds everywhere. The walls had old food and grease all over them, the cabinets where cover in dust and old rotting food. And a cleaning team came in to clean and they didn't really clean well, I sanitized and scrubbed the walls. And the counter tops and bathroom walls. I have no complaints after that point because I actually like the lay out of my place, I like my neighbors, I like the complex .

This community has improved greatly since new management has taken over and why we plan to renew our lease for another year. I just wish they would tighten security as car break-ins seem common and have maintenance clean up the dog feces left by lazy owners if they're not going to enforce their own rules.

We love living here and plan on staying until we purchase a home! Staff is friendly and any issues that come up are resolved in a timely manner. The upkeep of the complex is great and makes you feel tucked away off the main road.

We only chose to live here because it was available for our situation at the time, the giant who lives above us is loud, being right next to 104th is super loud as well. Management is not the greatest, or nicest, they never answer the phones. The dishwasher sucks and for how much rent is this 1 bedroom (not updated) it's just not worth it.

My experience at Avana Thornton Station Apartments/Champions Park has unfortunately been poor and underwhelming. The move in process was a hassle, almost as if they themselves did not want to close the deal/finish the process. I felt as though I needed to constantly call them and constantly work around their schedule when it should be the other way around. Once moved in however, things only progressed downward. The finish was bad, drawers/cabinets were not re-painted, instead finished off with spray paint. The towel rack in the bathroom fell off after a week of moving in, also the top lock for the front door had completely shattered from inside. Washer and dryer are outdated and so is the stove and dishwasher, stove top has one heater that does not work and needs to be set in a specific way to properly connect to stove and heat up. Food dispenser was leaking, when using the sink, and a ticket was put in, I even spoke with customer service and a member of maintenance on the issue and was told they do not do immediate repairs to leaking dispensers as it is not considered a top priority for them. In retrospect this part of their policy should be revised, not only can this cause harm to the resident i.e. bacteria/mold, but this also causes harm to the complex i.e. damaged sink, third party mold removal/repairs. I understand it would only leak when in use, but you can not expect a resident to deal with the issue by having a bucket under the sink and cleaning it up themselves until maintenance can get to it. It took 5 weeks for maintenance to finally do something about the issue, and even then, it was only addressed because the food dispenser had completely stopped working. The dog park is filled with feces and so are other grass areas and it seems that the issue is not truly being addressed. There are cars parked in the visitors area that are obviously owned by the residents, as the vehicles have been parking in the visitors parking for months, if not, years; same with resident only parking. Multiple cars park every day in the residents only parking and nothing is being done about the issue it seems, this is unacceptable. The complex needs to start addressing issues quicker and also enforce rules to make a much better appearance and a more habitable apartment. Management is not much better, as they seem to side with maintenance/front office. I understand the customer is not always right, however choosing sides and not listening/believing the residents/customers should not be common practice. For example, I went in to ask for screens for my living room windows and bedroom and was told theyd only add 2. Management said the reasoning was because the living room windows cannot be opened at the same time; which is completely false. I agreed as I did not want to argue and just go in circles with management, and she told me shed send someone out to replace the missing window screens. No one ever came and a follow up was never conducted, I left them my full information so they could have easily reached out at any time to conclude that maintenance did what was asked of them. All in all I do not recommend Avana Thornton Station Apartments and will not be renewing my lease.

I had a great experience with the leasing and moving in process Patricia and the office was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for decent pricing and a good looking community. Neighborhood is friendly and everyone seems to be very nice. I enjoy the easy access to all the businesses and Schools in my area.
