It’s a great place to call home however I am can’t have guests when there is dog poop in my front yard unexceptionable. And I can’t open my windows for fresh air when this happens it has to stop please and thank you.

My experience thus far has been pleasant. The office is very quick to respond with any questions or concerns. The environment at the complex is overall calm. I also like the location as there are many stores nearby as well as a park. Overall I would recommend this community.

Having a pregnant woman in this complex is a nightmare. It constantly smells like marijuana and cigarettes inside. The parking situation is a joke, I had my $90,000 booted even though I had a parking pass and they damaged an $1100 wheel. The garbage overflows like a New York City alley. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The apartments are taken care and the maintenance staff is friendly and efficient whenever I have to talk to them or deal with them. The grounds always have someone picking up trash and cleaning. I like that there is a room to have packages delivered too.

Its new place just try to get a feel for the place but looks good as of now everything is well accessible and seem to be a very calm area to live the staff is quick to make sidewalks available after snow storms

I love this apartment complex. From its huge space that are reasonably priced. To the amenities, especially the dog park. But I also love all the nature. I absolutely love seeing the squirrels, rabbits, & geese. They make my day!

Overall it's a good location. One thing that could be easily approved is the snow removal aspect. They have renovated an extreme amount in the last 8 months. I have had multiple security issues and they have hired a different company and it seams to have worked.

Friendly and clean love the area .. dogs are quiet Well insulation. 3 degrees and we are toasty warm with out constantly turning the thermostat up . The only issue. Is we were surprised the sidewalk was shoveled but no ice Melt which we put down ourselves

I enjoy the apartment. The community is okay. It's relatively quiet and the people are friendly. The staff is friendly too and theyv helped us a ton. I would have appreciated more info while moving in about certain things such as visitor parking but other than that its good!

I have lived in the community for 7 years and have never had an issue with management or maintenance. I always follow the unwritten rule of treat others how you would like to be treated and they have always maintained professionalism when I speak with them and I have never had a reason to complain. I highly recommend living here.

Avana Thornton has been a great place to live. The area is nice and the apartments themselves are great quality. The staff is very helpful and open. Bobby and Nicole in the leasing office are awesome and have helped my fiancé and me deal with a very tough situation we were in. They both really helped us push through it and we couldnt be more thankful! The maintenance staff is constantly working and is very friendly. They have fixed all our problems. The only time it took multiple visits to fix a problem was due to our A/C not working, but they were able to send in a professional and get it working in an appropriate amount of time. Overall extremely pleased with our decision to move here!

The community of Avana Thornton station is definitely far from comparison to any other place. Every question or issue is attended proficiently and concise. Work orders are completed far before my original expectation, and the property is unbelievably always clean!

They made moving in easy and accommodating to us moving in after business hours! I work late so being able to get packages after business hours in a locked and secured place is awesome! I highly recommend this place!

My experience so far has been great. Love the look and the community the only concerns I have or the parking situation and the noise. Sometimes there wont be parking available and a lot of the cars dont have their tags that allow them to park here. Also there are some neighbors that get very loud slam the door and it sometimes isnt always the best in the night.

I am very impressed with The friendliness of the management and staff. I was super happy how apartment looked almost identical to the show apartment. Maintenance when requested showed up right away. Appliances were very well maintained.

Its a great place for families but for older people that enjoy more quiet and parking spots is awful. Grounds and maintenance good. Constantly seeing disregard at pool rules and gets shut down . Poop from pets not picked up and wild kids with no respect

I love living here and my apartment has the best view of all the buildings; I have a full mountain view with gorgeous sunsets! The apartment complex is accessible to most stores and shopping and very convenient for everything. I love my next-door neighbors! I live close to my work which is ideal for me.

This is a great community to live in! Theres lots of tress and grass, a dog park, a walking trail and many other amenities! The application and move in process was smooth and easy. Everyone in the office is very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend!

The neighbours are frustrating they dont pick up after their dogs and they smoke out on the playground and it smells like weed in my apartment (I do not smoke) kids will be hanging and screaming on playground unattended

Great place and calm. Everything has been smooth and relaxing. I haven't had any issues with the staff or the neighbors. I believe it will be a great experience. The parking spaces are great I always have places to park near the apt.

Lots of kids, lots of dogs, parking is hard, especially if you have visitors. Would like to see management be more approachable. Apartment is pretty nice and the floor plan works great for roommates. Fitness room is small, could have more options but like that its open 24 hours.

Good overall I like the location not too far from down town wouldn't recommend living on the second floor as well I just wish individuals who have pets have to pay a pet fee because I've had to clean so much pet poop and dog poop off my shoes
