I love my apartment! The leasing agent was great (Joan) and Brittany Johnson, my leasing manager, was so wonderful- I had a hard time finding an apartment and their attitudes made the difference. I met most of my neighbors in just a few weeks and it's quiet, I feel so comfortable and glad I've found my "home"! And recycling pick up- amazing! The entire property is beautiful and I'm proud to have friends over. If anyone is looking for a new place to live, I recommend Aqua!

I really like these apartments. They have great upgrades and nice floor plans. Although I was not able to find the best floor plan to fit my needs, the excellent customer service that I received from Melissa Bent made me feel at home. She took her time with showing me the available floorplans and did her best to stay with in my budget I will definitely keep them in mind for my next move.

    I have lived here at Aqua going on two years now. The office staff and maintenance team is excellent and it feels like the are more than happy to help. Any issues we had with our apartment were taken care of quickly and professionally, which is awesome compared to the complex we came from. We have just recently decided to sign a new lease for another year and we wanted to give Acalia Sullivan a shout out. At the time we met with her, we were undecided on stayin at aqua. You could tell that she genuinely cared about us, concerns we had and our apartment . It was refreshing to work with someone in the office with such an upbeat,positive personality that instantly brushes off on you. She helped us throughout the entire process and even went as far as bringing us our lease to our door because we both couldn't make it in the office at the same time to sign with our jobs. Excited for what the year has to bring. We love our apartment and the only reason we would leave is to buy our first home

        LOVE it here! I looked a few years back, and I'm glad I took a second look since the remodel. The staff was excellent! They were very patient and helpful when I was looking at the apartments. I worked with Robin, Levi, and Shawna, and each time I came back with a friend to take a look, they never treated me as if I was burdening them in any way,(like I experienced is some of the other communities). Everything is kept up very nicely! No complaints!

          Love living here! Grounds are well kept, and the apartments are too. We have a two bedroom townhouse that is perfect-big enough to comfortably entertain but not too big to maintain. The couple of times we have had to call maintenance, the issues were taken care of within 24 hours and I love that I can submit a request online. The staff is super friendly and helpful and seem to genuinely care about the residents. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. We would love to stay here but the rent is increasing over 20% and I just can't justify paying that, especially if it is the normal rate of increase (I don't know if it is, this is our first lease here).

              I had great experience. I wasn't looking for a rental but i went with a friend who was. Joan Howell was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would consider Aqua Deerwood in the future. The help " JOAN HOWELL" made the difference.

                I recently moved into a one bedroom at Aqua Deerwood and so far I love it here! The apartment itself is great with new everything and a great price! It is central to all of the major highways and had great amenities. The fitness center is amazing and the grounds are all well maintained with great landscaping. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. Accalia, my leasing consultant was so nice and very knowledgeable and got me the best rate. I honestly couldn't be happier with my choice to live here and look forward to summer so I can check out the brand new infinity pool!

                  I have been searching for the "perfect" apartment for several weeks now. There were many on my list that I drove by, and continued to drive by, however I stopped into Aqua. It was about my third stop that day and probably 6th leasing manager I had spoken to overall. I had the pleasure of working with Brittany Johnson. She went above and beyond the call of duty, catering to all my quirky preferences. What stood out to me most while touring with Brittany was that several residents knew her by name and even wanted to say goodbye to her before moving out. That says a lot about a person and I decided I wanted to live there because I felt safe and among professionals. Originally the apartment I really liked was above budget, but Brittany called me every day after I visited letting me know when reductions had been made until it was finally in budget. I only had one other memorable leasing manager experience of all the places I looked and Brittany still surpassed them all. She is a gem and would be an asset to any company she worked for so Aqua is lucky to have her. There is another wonderful leasing agent I met there as well (blonde with a super unique name that starts with an A). She was also very personable and helpful any time I came in. I'm excited to join the Aqua community!

                        Although I didn't move into this residence because of my own situation, it was in my top 3. Brittany at the office was a great help from day 1, even calling me when something she knew I would be interested in popped up. She was in constant contact with me, keeping me updated and in the loop. Ask for Brittany when you get there, she's the best.

                            When I toured this community, I had an A+ experience with both the units as well as office staff. The rooms have been refurbished, so the appliances and décor are top notch. I love how the community covers a huge property, surrounded by large trees and other forms of nature. My tour guide's name was Brittany and she was extremely friendly as well as knowledgeable of the services Aqua has to offer (especially since she resides there as well). She went beyond the call of duty to make the process as informative as possible. Although I cannot relocate from my current apartment until next year, I will definitely have Aqua Deerwood Apartments as my next home!!

                              I have lived in this community for over five years. The management and staff have changed over several times, making is difficult to establish relationships with the staff. This was the perfect apartment community in the beginning of my time here. There were always social events, the staff was warm and inviting. For a long time, even if I'd had a long, tiring day at work, I felt like I still needed to stop by the office and speak to the gang. Four years ago, my apartment was burglarized and the management team was able to identify the problem because when they found my dog wandering the community, they knew him and knew to come to my house to return him. During my time here, I have had 9 water-related incidents (which I'm sure is the reason they changed the name from Avistele to Aqua.). Maintenance has worked hard to clean up the damage, but I never really feel like they want to correct an issue as much as put a band-aid on it. They do, however respond promptly. I don't like the way they frequently allow unsupervised outside contractors to enter my home. The new manager worked with me today on an outrageous rent increase. It's still insane due to the fact that it is not a new construction, yet it is priced similarly to new constructions in the area, but at least the new offer is within a 10% increase, which is better than the 28% increase they initially proposed. All in all, I love the location and have hope that Aqua will somehow return to the wonderful community it once was; he community I initially fell in love with. Call me sentimental. The only thing preventing me from recommending this property is that they took away the activities. If they bring them back, I will recommend it.

                                  LOVE LOVE LOVE my apartment. Brittany J. was fantastic from start to finish. Upon visiting the property i felt like I was at a resort. She understood what I was looking for in an apartment and was able to meet my needs. I looked at several other apartments in the area, not only is Aqua nicer, but the staff is outstanding. Brittany communicated with me via email and phone throughout the entire leasing process since I was out of town. She even contacted me from her personal cell to ensure I had everything I needed to get the apartment. Now that I'm moved in, I love it. It's a great, quiet community. As a single woman, I feel safe and secure in the area. You can't beat the modern apartments and the awesome pools!!

                                      We've lived here at Aqua for a good little minute. I love my neighbors and the nature of the area. A special shout out to the Asst Manager Eva, she is the most professional person and is willing to help in any capacity. I can call or email her with any problems and she gets it made better and follow up, she has the most genuine soul. No matter what I ask of her she always willing to help in any capacity. Now a days most offices want to just collect rent and that's it, don't want to know the people who rent from them. Also Andre, who we intitially started our process, is like family to us. He walks by and never without a "Hello", makes feel great to be in the vicinity. All in all we love where we are, very FRIENDLY!

                                        WORSE APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER!! Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else! I'm not kidding. I have had so many issue with this apartment is ridiculous. I had pest control issues, toilet issues, carpet issue, AC issues. Run away as fast as you can! Oh and I almost forgot, overpriced!!! Apartments are very very old. They have done some cosmetic stuff but that's not solving the issue.

                                          I am a new resident so I will be able to write a fuller review once I have more of an experience here. However, I definitely want to shout out Brittany Johnson for being so amazing at what she does! She worked with my husband and I for almost a month trying to find us an apartment with the amenities we wanted while remaining in our price range. We are very happy with our unit and look forward to our stay! I also want to commend the head of maintenance staff. I forgot his name, I know it started with a D. Darrel? Daren? Lol. Anyway, I met him at the community center and he was so nice and friendly. Assured me that the maintenance staff would do their best to make us feel at home and shared with me some of the upgrades that are coming like the new WiFi cafe! Yes! What really sold me were the amenities Aqua has to offer. The community center has a pool table, wide screen TV, full kitchen, bathroom, and access to the pool. I loved what I saw. I've checked out the volley ball and tennis court, lots of grassy areas and sidewalks, and the gym is absolutely wonderful! It's not just a closet they call a gym, it's a legit gym that is actually functional. Did I mention there are five pools and a kids playground on site? As you can see, I'm super happy with the amenities! I've got two kids and they are happy with them as well!

                                            Excellent Service from maintenance! Had water from major storm. After calling the maintenance person was here in 5 minutes. Within an hour they had a truck here to suction the water. This was on a Saturday! Not to mention they installed brand new carpet right before I moved in. :).

                                              We have lived on property for almost four years. Since the new company has taken over it has become clear that the only thing that matters are perspective residents! The "wonderful" amenities that we supposedly pay so much for are rarely open or maintained. The only pool that seems to matter is the infinity pool by the office. Forget about taking your children to the pool unless you are comfortable with them being around drunks and watching individuals pop pills. Maintenance prioritized getting new apartments ready. There are no notices given to residents when crime occurs on property, they turn your water off without notice, they charge you an arm and a leg for water/sewer, your electric will be high due to the poor construction and maintenance of the buildings. We had standing water in our kitchen sinks for three days because they only complete emergency maintenance in the weekend....apparently not being able to use your kitchen is not an emergency. In the last week two cars in our area have been broken into. Parking is non existent in parts of the complex. Rent goes up every lease even when they say it won't. You can find better for the money you will spend here!!!!
