My fiancé and I wanted to take this moment to extend our heartfelt thanks for an excellent experience touring your community with Melissa earlier this afternoon. We had looked at a few other communities and thought our search was over. With a hint of reluctance we made our scheduled appointment and can now say, thanks to Melissa we have found our new home to start our new life together. Melissa took her time and showed us the B9 Royal (which we came to see) and also showed us the Cornflower. Her attention to detail in explaining and pointing out the differences were exemplary. She showed us the clubhouse and the added benefit of hosting events there for a nominal fee. In addition sharing the option of having a guest apartment for out of town visitors, sealed the deal for my soon to be bride. Melissa made us feel at home while taking the time for us to soak (pun intended) in The AQUA experience. You definitely have an asset with her. She was very thorough both in showing the units, and pointing out property highlights. Her interpersonal skills are second to none, we wanted to insure she was recognized for being an "Amazing Aqua Ambassador". Thanks again and we both look forward to making this our new home.

Mostly* no complaints. I've lived in the Baymeadows area for 7 years and I've done my shopping around at many places, Aqua was one of the best communities for what I needed: 1) good value (check price per sqft on zillow) 2) good floorplan (for 2/2), modern look and feel only if it didn't gouge up the price 3) good upkeep maintenance 4) accepts dogs 5) no bugs Some things that weren't big concerns of mine: 6) amenities (e.g.: I have my own gym memberships) 7) staff (I'm not a problem tenant so I don't deal much with staff) 8) safety (having living in the area previously, and worse places before, I felt safe with the general area) Aqua did a good job meeting all the above points. 1) At the time the price/sqft was around 0.8 - 0.9, which was pretty great for our model. 2) Absolutely LOVED our townhome. We had the B9-Royal 2/2 1430sqft, west-village. It was a non-upgraded version but you couldn't tell as the counters & appliances were all modern. After paying all required fees it averaged around $1330/mon 3) No complaints about the grounds, maintenance was very quick and efficient! We only had a few issues go wrong: ceiling fan was slow (needed replacing), closet coming off the tracks, minor flooding caused from my own washer. Each was resolved without a hitch. 4) Wasn't the best pet policy in the area but far from the worst. There is monthly pet rent and possibly a 1-time fee, plus submit picture & documentations. 5) Our model was a few steps from a lake but we didn't have any bugs or pest at all. There were "river rats" that showed up and stayed around for a couple months burrowing holes throughout the grass. 6) I didn't make much use of the amenities. Decent gym, tennis court + community events which I didn't attend. 7) The staff was amazing. With the exception of one older lady at the front desk, all other staff members was quick to meet you with a smile or warm greetings, whether picking up a package or walking around the community (as many live on premises themselves). 8) As expected we felt safe. When one of the outside light posts went out a simple maintenance call and it was settled the next day. My one complaint against Aqua was it's policy breaking lease. I received a job offer that took me out the city. I spoke with office staff multiple times on multiple occasions and received multiple accounts of bad information regarding the policy. I heard everything from a fee of 2 * rent ....to... a fee of 2 * rent given 2 months notice otherwise 4 * rent. It was all very confusion and poorly documented in the lease, however I was able to work it out eventually after about 20 calls between staff & the property manager.

I've lived here since the summer of 2015 and I've had nothing but positive experiences. Aqua has by far exceeded my expectations. Since the first day I walked in and was greeted by Brittany I immediately knew this was the place for me. Brittany and all of the Aqua staff was very attentive to my wants and needs. She found the perfect apartment for me. I'm proud to call Aqua home. Not only is the community beautiful, so is the staff. Aqua has by far the hottest group of ladies in the leasing office ;) (sorry Andre).

I have only lived on the property for about 5 months and I absolutely love it. My move into the property was anything but a smooth transition. Brittany was understanding and helped a lot throughout the move. Anything that I've needed she has been professional and courtesy with assisting. Carl, apart of the maintenance team, is by far the most courteous. When he comes to your unit for a work order, HE CLEANS UP BEHIND HIMSELF. I have been at other properties where the maintenance crew does not do that and will leave a mess for you to clean. I would recommend anyone to Aqua.

Aqua is such a great community. I loved my time there. Really no complaints. Especially with the complex being totally redone. It's so beautiful and clean. An upscale community and I have to say management was always there to quickly take care of any minor issues that ever surfaced. Shawna is the Assistant Manager; she's so sweet and great at her job. The property manager always seems to be there working all the time; but if you have a concern or question she will stop what she's doing to help. Both are always smiling and going out of their way to help. The whole crew there is just great. Would of renewed but had to move for my job transfer. Highly recommend living there. No complex was nicer when I looked in that area before I moved in.

We have lived here since May of 2015 , when we first went to the office we met a wonderful , exerberant , professional young lady named Brittany Johnson. From the beginning o knew she really cared about our needs and making it a great experience to rent here. Recently we returned to the front to inquire about moving to a larger apartment and I found out by speaking to Brittany that she got a promotion. I told her that she should deserved the promotion because she was so professional the first time. Speaking with her again about transferring to a larger town home , the promotion increased her professionalism and commitment to pleasing the customer. She found us a new home and insured us that it would be available when our lease was finished. Brittany is a joy to communicate with and makes sure that all your questions and concerns are answered. She follows up with you by email and makes you feel so comfortable and warm. I believe this was a great decision made by the company and it is definitely hard to find a leading manager with so much compassion and professionalism. I don't really have many complaints! Our townhome layout was very nice and the kitchen was remodeled. There was some appearance scuffs from previous tenants/age, and we had a very small insect problem. The gym was amazingly kept and I wish I would have used it more. Very quiet neighborhood and my husband and I were never disturbed. We're moving because unfortunately it's just too expensive but if you can afford it I'd recommend it. Beware for fast/oblivious drivers though! I've noticed a lot of reckless drivers come in and out of Aqua on both ends. Not stopping at stop signs or just simply not paying attention. Overall very nice apartments and a community.

I would just like to say this has been an awesome property to reside. The neighborhood is safe, and secure. The grounds are well manicured with no cut through. There are many luxurious amenities including an infinity pool. The staff is friendly, and accommodating. We enjoyed our time here without a doubt. I have been a resident at Aqua for a while. I loved my apartment since the beginning. The community here is great though I tend to not have time to attend resident events as much as I'd like. The leasing and maintenance staff make us feel at home. Today I experienced what I call above and beyond when I came to office to discuss my recent personal hardships. This was hard and Melanesia made me feel comfortable . She listened then brought me back to talk to Assistant Manager Shawna in private. Hello, my name is Ms. Jones and I am writing about Terry Peizar, a Maintenance Staff. My daughter is a Wounded Warrior and it is important that anyone who comes to our home- must come in as requested, by me- her Caregiver. Mr. Peizar always knocks softy, talks softly, and listen well to the concerns about the apartment. I would love to have him service my apartment even though that is not possible. I have some trouble with others (I do not wish to say and anyway I know them by face) but Mr. Peizar has brought nothing but excellent courtesy, work ethics, and representation of Aqua Apartments (as Advertised). Great place to live. Nice and cozzy living apartments. The residents are all great people. The layout is especially nice because it's roomy and at the same time it's not too spaced out. It's such a convenience to have vallet trash and also a washer and dryer room. Highly recommend.

This is the best front office staff anyone can ask for! I met the manager Robin over the phone to address my minor concerns. She was very nice and listened to all of my concerns. She sent maintenance out the same day to resolve any issues I had. That was a great experience with the manager of the complex. I also want to recognize Andre and Brittney the two of them are always pleasant and greet me any time I walk in the office with a friendly smile. Brittney and Andre has always gone above and beyond to assist me. The level of service they give me is always excellent!

I have been Looking for apartments for the past 2 months and am not planning on moving in until July but I have decided on Aqua not only for the amazing looking apartments and prices but also for the Customer Service. I have been working with Melissa who is absolutely amazing I have been to many Apartments and dealt with many leasing specialist and no one has been as attentive, funny, and Customer service Driven. Every time I have a question she ether has a immediate response or makes sure to verify with her manager and gets back to me promptly for the answer. I brought my Girlfriend here to look as well. ( She has hated every other apartment we have looked ay in area) but after we left she and I both could not stop talking about how great the customer service was from when we first walked in the room to the time that we left and how amazing there floor plans and pricing is for the area.
