Good experience so far. Been living here for a few months and got the first 2 months free. The area is nice with universal close by and lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Would probably recommend.

Average/ poor it can be more better blocks to improve the community, and as well for the management team there to get out of the office walk around and see all what’s wrong in the community dust in the 2nd widow’s need cleaning, Trash compactor over flood and not enough cameras to who’s coming into the neighborhood to name a few lets protect our community and neighbors

Complex looked much better when had grass around the buildings. This is a great complex that is near to shipping points, schools, sport facilities, close to the highways, grocery stores, Pharmacies, ER and healthcare facilities as well.

Community is overall good. Need to control access to amenity spaces, in addition better communication from Managment on updates when emergency work orders are called in. The grounds were replaced but very spotty and poor presentation compared to other areas in community. Trash/dumpster area should be monitored more frequently. I hope some changes are made becasue this is good place to live just need more attention to detail in certain areas

I like living here and I don’t have major problems. The office team is really Nice, maintanance is good too. The schools around are very good! Landscape is not good now, was lot better before. But still a very good place to live.

Very clean, safe, and friendly staff who is always willing to assist. Maintenance crew is timely and thorough. I really have no complaints - very happy to have moved here. I just wish they would have repainted the bottom section of the entry pillars, as apparently they were painted with a different white/ivory color and left them like that prior to me moving in.

This is really my only complaint so far, and I want to emphasize that in general I am very satisfied with the complex. I chose to live here because it seemed to strike a good balance between comfort, convenience, and safety, and for the most part that has absolutely proven to be true. The location could hardly be better: it is close to major roads, shopping centers, and public services, yet it still feels tucked away enough that there is a sense of calm and privacy. That combination is not easy to find, and it’s one of the main reasons I’m pleased with my decision to move here. I also appreciate how safe the complex feels. Security measures seem to be thoughtfully put in place, and I’ve never had a reason to feel uneasy coming in late or walking around. The grounds are well maintained, and the atmosphere is pleasant overall. The landscaping, cleanliness, and general upkeep contribute to making it feel like home rather than just a temporary place to live. So, while I do have one particular issue that stands out as a complaint, I want to stress that it does not overshadow my overall positive impression of the complex.

Was an easy transition, we were given the exact apartment we needed. Only wished the original people that we were worked with were still here. Soon moving in the whole staff was different and made some mistakes on the amount of money needed to move in, costing me an additional $500.00

The staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew is quick, efficient and friendly. The amenities are great! Why wouldn’t you want to live here? There are many new upgrades happening to the apartments, ground, amenities, etc.

I had a smooth move-in process, working with the helpful office staff. Compared to our previous apartment, this is a much safe area with all the amenities we did not have previously. Additionally, having in-unit laundry and dishwasher has made a difference for us.

Sometimes people put there their garbage is outside their bins and it looks unsanitary. Or they fill it up all the way to the top almost falling on the ground I feel like this should be corrected, I feel like that would be nice for not just who lives there but who’s looks at that too.

The latest one was trying to hook my fire extinguisher back onto the hook from which it came. Maintenance came in and put it so it’s just hanging from 1 thing. Apparently when the fire extinguishers were checked, the one I got back is too big for the bracket. I would like to have mine traded for one that fits my bracket.

Excelente atención por parte de la señora Dolores, recomendada. Complex siempre limpio, la atención inmediata, áreas verdes, durante las semanas hay disponibilidad de comer y disfrutar de truck en la entrada, el gym es grande y cómodo.
