This apartment complex is in a very convenient location to disney, grocery stores, restaurants, and clothing stores. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the condition of the apartments are excellent as well as the size. You get really good quality, but you don't pay over the top for it. Would recommend anyone to live here.

The worst customer service I have ever received with the exception of Mike and Errick. Management needs to be effective and associates need to be more educated and display customer service skills. They are rude and not very professional , and unwillingly to help after the sale. Not good treatment.

Just moved in, area is nice, open, friendly, no Issues so far. Compare to Neighborhood, it's more open, like it!! It's close to Malls, school, easy living. Staff is also good, Alain Moise - very nice, professional, helpful person!!!

Overall, my experience @The Park has been amazing and positive. I was in rush for an immediate apartment Walked in and got helped by a true profesional Alain Moise he helped me go tru everything fast and simple. He was really helpful in getting me the best offer at the moment.. If you're apartment hunting go for and drive and ask for Alain, I have no compaints about the Hospitality it's been performing well for me over the past 2 weeks. I love the floorplans and the location. The landscaping is nice as well as the staff. I like that it is pet friendly as well the local parks that I get access to including the dog parks. :) I would recommed this community to my friends.

Old community. Cheap appliances. Stove burned the bottoms of all my new pans. Nothing is energy efficient. Wall paint is cheap and comes off when you go to clean scuff marks. You can hear everything through the walls.

The Parks at Hunters Creek is a huge community that has everything that you are looking for. The leasing staff. Maintenance team are phenomenal. The apartments are very spacious. The floor plan is great. The office is by far the best I have encountered since i moved to Orlando. Great customer service

The place is nice,some of the one bedrooms are really small and and theres problems with noisy neighbors ,managment try to fix it but when you live downstairs from a family with kids and you want quiet is imposible

Started of by moving into a unit my family and I did not agree to. We were supposed to have a first floor got 2nd floor. The room configuration was completely different to what we were shown. Maintenance changes what they can and can not do such as, replacing light bulbs, ac filters, etc. The apartments are literally falling apart and the staff at the community office are all rude. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

The complex is very welcoming. Been here for 3 weeks and it feel like home already. People are very friendly as well as the staff. To every place there is a downfall and that is sometimes the communication with the office. A lot of times they don't always answer the phones which makes getting things fixed in a timely manner difficult. But overall love this complex!

I enjoy living here is a great place to be. The staff are pretty great at getting back to you, I also like that everything is close by. The majority of the schools are grade A and close to the highways. I would like the apartment to be upgraded and the rent to stay the same

I originally moved here because the price was much better than most apartments in Orlando. You get what you pay for. My lease is up in 3 months and I will not be renewing. No question. I have never had an issue with the office or staff, but I've had multiple other issues that will keep me from staying. 1. Safety - There have been at least 3 break ins within the past 9 months. A car has also been stolen from this neighborhood at least once as well. I have come home to see police in the neighborhood at least 3 times responding to calls from residents. Every time a robbery happens, they just send a letter telling you to "get to know your neighbors" and "lock your doors" I do not feel safe here whatsoever. 2. Roaches - I have been dealing with roaches since the day I moved in. I told the office a couple of times. They sent someone to spray but they kept coming back and they were everywhere. I understand this happens in Florida, but I am paying for pest control with my rent. I eventually had to take matters into my own hands by purchasing products with my own money to get rid of the roaches. 3. Cleanliness - I had to deep clean my own kitchen when I moved in because it was so disgusting from the previous tenant. There was even cat/dog hair left all over the place. It didn't look like anyone had cleaned it at all which probably contributed to the massive roach problem. 4. Trash - One time I had left my empty trash can out and received a letter stating I would be charged $50 if it happened again. Over the past 9 months I've lived there, I've see numerous people in the neighborhood that leave overflowing trash cans outside for days in the rain with no issue. I'm also paying about $25 for "valet trash" which sometimes picks up and sometimes doesn't. No boxes, everything in a bag in the can left outside as instructed per the rules and they don't pick it up. I've walked around the neighborhood and there is trash everywhere. The neighborhood is just dirty in general. 5. Parking - If you come home after 7 pm, good luck finding a parking spot anywhere near your apartment. I see multiple unfamiliar cars that do not live in the neighborhood taking spaces in front of my building for multiple days. I understand everyone has guests occasionally, but considering the large number of inconsiderate people who live here, there should be a parking restriction for each apartment. 6. Noise - So many disrespectful people live in this neighborhood and have no consideration for their neighbors. Bouncing basketballs outside at 11pm, locking their car 50+ times in a row causing the horn to honk each time (no exaggeration), kids playing soccer in the street hitting cars with their soccer balls, people coming home at 3 am with their music so loud it woke me up in the middle of the night. Whoever owns the garages underneath my apartment open and close them 24 hours/day 7 days/week. I could go on and on about the rude people that live here. When you call the number for the office to report a noise complaint, the prompts recommend you call the Orange County Sheriff's Office. They should at least have a community officer which might help with the safety. 7. The apartments are definitely showing their age. My A/C cannot keep up at all in the summertime. I have to leave it on 78+ degrees during the day when I am out of the house or it runs constantly. When I turn it down to 74 at night, it takes HOURS to cool off and will run continuously throughout the night.

First of all I would like to thank you so much for all staff and employed that works at The Park`s Hunters Creek, they were very friendly and competent. I and my family lived there for some months and the experience was very good. The neighborhood is fantastic and the maintenance is very good and fast. We didn't have issues or problems. Sure I recommend that place to friends and all.

A great place to live!!! I feel safe and at home. The place is clean and the staff are very professional and warm. Yes, it's pricey, but you get what you pay for. I have all I need and the amenities are perfect.. Great location too.. I can walk to a lot of places... Love it!!

really nice area, i think rent is a little much for what you're getting. maintenance maybe called a couple times to fix an issue, overall, good location. just really wish they were more eco-friendly

The parks is a nice family community. We love walking around and enjoy the view I play outside with my children and we feel safe. Here is home. We love the pool we usually walk to nearest pharmacy, school and even to grab a snack.
