Estan bien ubicados los apartamentos son comodos y bonitos.. lo unico es que tienen equipos de aire acodicionados que no son eficientes y hacen Gastar mas electricidad.. si ellos cambiaran esos equipos seria muy bueno... el complex es seguro. El area de piscina y gym es buena..

Lived here 2 months and I love it! Staff and maintenance very kind! Neighbors friendly and not a lot of noise from neighbors in the evening, which is considerate and respectful to all. So far so good and I don't have any complaints.

The staff is great the area is great the only thing is maintenance . Not the people but the work they have to constantly come back for one problem because they are only doing temp fixes. The pool and fitness area is very nice

The experience so far, has not been good. Seems like only two agents at the leasing office know what they are doing and whats going on with the apartments with issues. The others act clueless and even upset to try and help. At times no one answers the phones. And they never seem to respond to voicemails/text and or emails. So it defeats the purpose of having multiple communication outlets. Ive only been a tenant for about 5 months and Ive had more issues than Ive had at other places in a year, all due to lack of communication and action on their part. I would not recommend this complex to any of my friends.

It could better maintenance Respond quicker and change appliance when need and not fix and go to the next issue so a couple months later try to fix the same problem. And the carpet no matter how much they are clean its also dirty

When I first got here I was happy the 21st best city to live in. Then it went down hill. Last year my car got broken into. The noise is crazy. You put up cameras. Do they even check them the kids racing, then banging on there truck at midnight. The new couple that moved in right under them. Nuts then they sit out side smoking pot. No its gone to the dumps. It must be a school you rent to they have blue and black shirts on.

Its a lovely community in all aspects. Safety , clean, staff polite and very professional . Maintenance very effective and promptly. Great care of the grounds and all staff is friendly and helpful. My appreciation to Erika Jackson.

I had some problems at moving day,it was because of computer systems was not working properly so I finished moving late hours.i still have noisy washing and dryer machines problem from the first dat ,they came for fixing but it's still I gave up to call for another maintance.machines are old and they prefer fixing instead of replacing the new ones..

I lived at The Parks when I was younger, I thought returning as a career driven adult that I would have the same experience...negative, that was not the case. From the infrastructure of your buildings to the lack of knowledge and service from your staff, it is beyond staggering.

Th paint in the aparment is very poor, many thinks no working property. And is to much money for a poor community. The vendor( painter) they smoke weed arround the property. And this is bad example for kid they living in the property. This property need to be better, for the hight price for rent.

I moved in 2 days ago , I dont know much yep about how is everything here , the only I can say the offices person are excellent, the appointment need to change that carpet is to old. And the trash way , I recommend to put box next to the door and have someone to pick up the trash every morning because some people like me not time to be at home at 6:30 pm to put the trash out.

Horrible appliances , very old and not working. in the community there are many who smoke marijuana and it is no longer safe to walk at night, too many children not supervised by parents, and people do not maintain respect for their neighbors.

Very good place to live, very quiet and safe neighborhood. I lived at the Parks for 3 1/2 years and never had a problem. Thank you for such a safe place to live. The maintenance response very quickly with services asked I will recommend to others this community

Why do I have to put up with living where it floods and not choose an apartment in the same building but with stairs. Everything else is great besides that. Everything is close by which is very convenient. They still haven't done ANYTHING about the flooding issue and I've been living here for the past three years.

Ive Been Living Here for over 6years and i love it. Wish we had a Basketball Court Or Another Pool..lol ?? other than that its Great. Wanna give alot of Credit to the team for all there hardwork, Jay Lewis, Terry, Darryl & Raphael!! Always willing!!...Keep it up Guys!!
