Don't move here!
I have lived here for 2 years now and am so happy to be leaving next month. Since the very first day we have been lied to by office staff. They were nice the first day but very rude every day after you have signed the lease. They said the pool was heated - that's a lie. They said the garbage would be picked up every day between 6 and 8 AM - that's a BIG lie -this place is a dump! They said we would have 2 parking spaces - that's a lie. Sometimes we have to park accross the street in front of other buildings there are so few spaces. They said our rent would only go up by $10.00 when our first year lease was expiring. It went up $126.00 a month when we signed the new lease. The AC doesn't work - the water and trash bill is way higher than they said to expect. There is no question why there is no waiting list to get in here - this place is so horrible people would rather break their lease and get bad credit than stay here! Save your time, money and peace of mind. Live somewhere else.

Don't recomend
I am at this moment leasing. Can't wait to my lease is up.
Parking spaces few. Lots of garbage everywhere. No type of enforcment of rules and regulations by administration. Have a garage and the entrance has been blocked by other residents and management does NOTHING ABOUT IT. For the high price that is paid it is not worth it.

Love it here...
Not sure why the others don't like it because everything they have said has so far been untrue.
I have lived here for over 2 years and have experienced none of the difficulties mentioned.

couold have been better
The the money you paid there were some nice things but the noise, uncoperative office staff, dificulty in parking, vandalism, police activity, garbage, poeple putting garbage out whn not supposed to...and a lot of other things really are not compelling me to come back. What it seems to me is that they will let anyone rent and are picky about who get violations. Two tennants could do the samething one would get the violation. I know...it happened to me. I got the violation about a situation I didn't realize and another tennant did the samething and they never got one. I think I was the wrong color being I'm white and the other tennant was Puerto Rican. God forbid they treated tennants equally.

Horrible staff, OK apartment
We lived there for about 6 months and had nothing but problems. The staff is very rude, unknowledgable about the facility, and never seem to communicate. Staff never follows through with basic customer service type thing. Things don't really get fixed, just "patched" or they tell you it's fine and it's not. Very noisy and dirty complex. Overall....couldn't handle it anymore and paid the extra money to move out.

trash everywhere and ants
Dirty neighbors put trash out on the weekends when there is no pickup. Too lay to take it to the dumpster. Problem with sugar ants. Hate them. Not many english speaking people living here. A visit to the pool is like a quick trip to Little Havana.
Also no break on the 3 bdroom for a bigger family.

We moved in at the end of June. I love the floor plan, and the apartments are lovely. The maintance staff in a bit SLOW!! I made a request when we moved in, and here it is mid October, and our request has not been met yet. New neighbors upstairs are SO loud.!! help! What do you do about late night stereo's? Overall, I doubt we will stay after our year is up, but we will if management can fix the issues. The pool is beautiful, yet not heated in the winter. We are in Florida, but it does get cooler in the winter. Heating the pool would make it so we could use it in the winter. Even the office staff said it doesn't get used in the winter. Lots of vacant apartments, and a bit of police activity occasionally. who knows why. I would give it a C. just ok

Not bad so far
I moved in about two weeks ago. I've been a home owner for 15 yrs so my expectations are high for an apt. I want some privacy and I want a nice environment for my son. Hunters Creek Middle school is a great school and I think that attracts people with kids. I wanted a neighborhood where my son would have decent kids to play with and they seem to be good here. I don't really have much to complain about as far as the noise level. I was surprised by how many motorcycles there are when the lease says "NO MOTORCYCLES". Maintenance has responded twice and very quickly. They are still renovating the clubhouse and movie theater so I can't comment on that. The pool is big, clean, and we enjoy it. The neighbors have all been very friendly so far. There is definately a mix of ethnic backgrounds here but for the most part they all seem very nice. I was looking around just to see if we liked anything more in the school district and I was shocked when I came across the 'Towne Place' reviews. I kinda had my eye on the nice porches there. Oh well, I guess no place is perfect. I'll be looking around just in case. There is the 30 day guarantee here.

Money is better spent elsewhere...
When my previous apartment complex was sold to become condos... we didn't really have much time to find a place to live. Furthermore, most of the apartment complexes we went to were sold out so we settled for this place. Even though the floor plans are somewhat "spacious", the building materials are horrible. Our power bill increased over 50% in the last two months and we haven't changed our living style at all. The maintenance staff seems alright, but they yet have to fix the electrical issue that plagues one half of my apartment. And truthfully I can deal with all this, but my biggest complaint has to be with the office staff. They are extremely rude, cold, uncaring and unprofessional (unlike before we moved in, that everyone was sooo nice). I tried calling the corporate office to complain and ended up getting a call from the property manager, who by the way still hasn't returned my call. For what you end up paying, it is better that you just pay a little bit more and go someplace else... A complete dissapointment and I will NOT be renewing my lease when the time comes. Also, I have to agree with other reviews. The complete disregard of the residents for noise, trash and speed is extremely apparent. And our neighbors have over 7 people living in their apartment and countless cars everynight, most of the time completely different cars!!! Save time and money, do not come to this apartment complex.

maintenance is horrible
I have been living here for the past three years. I have tried to get them to repair a hole in my celing for the past six months. Every time a maintenance guy comes in looks at it and promise to come back sometime next week. but thats it. You don't see him again until you complain. then the cycle starts all over again.
The pool never opens on time Sundays!

nice, spacios, but not enough
I've only been dealing with this complex for a couple of weeks and I have a bad case of buyer's remorse. The apartment that I was given was completely unacceptable (holes in walls, missing fixtures, broken dishwasher, cracked tile, dirty bathtubs, trash leading to door...). In the time crunch that I'm in I couldn't afford to say no the day I moved in. The leasing office seems nice enough so I hope they will fix up that apartment soon, although I doubt it. The one good thing about it thus far is the 30-day guarantee policy that I may end up invoking. Perhaps my expectations are set too high but for that type of money I expected more quality or at least the courtesy of being asked to wait until the apartment was ready.

Will write again after the 30-days to see if I stay.

Upsetting to live here
Have been here for 2 years now and the lease is coming up for renewal again. Management makes you feel unwelcome and they actually want you to move out so they can get more deposit money from the next set of people that get stuck here. They offer no consideration for long term tennants, they just do not give a crap. Plus, the entire complex has turned into a spanish ------, and it is not recommended moving here unless you are part of the gang. No parking, vandalism, and basically fear of living here.

Find another apartment ASAP
If you do not know Spanish, do not come here. The staff tells you one thing one day and another the next day. It's not safe here at all, poor lighting, no parking at all as they let anyone with a car park here even if you live anywhere else. Some families rent 1 bedroom apartments and park 5-6 cars here. There is so much garbage and filth by the mailbox I am surprised the USPS will even deliver mail here. Horrible place to live.

Incompetent staff
The management staff actually has no clue of what they are there for, which is customer service. You are treated royaly until you sign a lease and then you are just another number to them. They cannot even get simple requests straight, and they promise things that cannot be completed. Parking is a horrible nightware with no rule or regulations whatsoever. A family can move into a 1 bedroom apt. with 6 adult, all with cars and there are no parking restrictions. When I get home from work there is never even the slightest chance to park near the apartment I live at. It is not a gaited community, and you will not feel safe here. Run as fast as you can to another apartment complex.

Good area and affordable
I lived there for 3 years since it was brand new, I enjoyed it management was good and they took care of problems (at least with me) right away. I have no complains with the apartment complex and I would like to recommend the place. If you are looking for an inexpensive place with great schools and great area this is the right place

Bad neighbors
I have lived here for several months and it is the biggest apartment mistake I have ever made. My greatest complaint is that there are motorcycles, mini bikes, dirt bikes, motor scooters and remote control vehicles speeding through the street at all hours of the day and night. Also, when we moved into the Parks, they touted a heated pool, a nice amenity, escpecially with children. Management then decided they didn´t want to heat it anymore.

Very nice apartments
I would recommend living here. The apartment was HUGE (3 br) and they are just like living in a town house. The price is right and I enjoyed the year I lived there VERY much. Stephanie in the leasing office is the sweetest person you´ll ever meet and MORE than happy to help you. Any maintenance calls are answered immediately! Just do it. :-)
