The location is great, and the apartment is spacious. Some aspects could be improved, like response time to work orders and the trash service. Overall, the price is fair for the quality of the neighborhood and the apartment.

Everyone is kind and welcoming. I feel comfortable in my neighborhood especially with the faculty and neighbors. The property is for the most part clean. They have a groundskeeper to maintain it all. The only issue is the noise from the traffic on John Young.

In general, we feel safe so far in the management, except that our neighbours, the upper floor of our apartment frequently make disturbing noises. Rather than that, the management team is very friendly and courteous, including all technicians. They really care and try the best they can, to quickly solve the problems presented to them by tenants.

The experience has been adequate. The area of hunters creek is amazing, however this complex seems on the lower end of amazing. The upkeep of the trash around the area is not good, but thats the people living here not the staffing. People seem to not care about cleanliness. Also you can hear a lot through walls and multiple neighbors of ours dont seem to care about making far too much noise at late night and early morning hours every day.

Did not give a score of 5 to questions about the community noise, grounds or safety because neighbors continue to play music past 10 p.m., put trash "BAGS" out when NO pick up will happen that evening, and speed through stop signs.

It has been a great apartment complex. The 4 star ratings are at a 4 because: I live in an I renovated apartment, I hear noise from the Soneros restaurant because they blast music some nights and people decide to leave trash all around the apartment complex.

I love park at hunter creek. It is right near everything and the apartment is nice. Short drive yo everywhere and the people who work here are friendly. I have had not problems living here since I moved in.

Great experience for the most part. If the residents would follow proper directions on how to neatly dispose of their trash at the trash dumpsters, pick up their dog poop(afterall, THEY chose to have the pet), and the thin padding/carpet in our apartment feels like we're walking and standingdirectly on the concrete...my experience with this community would be even greater.

The staff is very friendly and courteous. They are always welcome you with a smile and does their best to assist with any issues. The apartments size are good compare to others around the area but they need some upgrades specially appliances and ac units. With the high cost of rent you also needs to consider the high cost of the utilities. Grounds are well kept, the maintenance is reliable and will take care of requests in a timely manner.

The Parks at Hunters Creek has been my home for 4 years. Excellent community. Very pleasant to live here. Quiet and pretty. Everything is close!!! Rated A schools close by and parks to relax and spend family time around the corner.... the community is a nice place to live...

The apartment's air quality is poor and the maintenance was done carelessly. The floor in the kitchen is covered with a sticky substance. The carpet is clean. The appliances are old. The refrigerator door does not seal. The fixtures are old.

Maintenance hasn't come to my apartment after I contacted Staff about my problem. It's been a week now with leaking water and bedroom light out. Little spiders all over the top walls. Community neighbors are noisy during weekend nights.

Great location, office staff very courteous and professional. Not a gated access community so you get way to many people coming in the complex to use the pool as no one is controlling the access to it. At night there is some suspicious behaviours with some groups of people who hang around in darker areas of the community smoking. Cars are being broken into..mine was one of them and yet no police vigilance has been put in place.

I enjoy living here because it’s convenient and not cheaply made like all of the new places popping up. Staff is just OK but if you’re not high maintenance, you may not even notice. It’s an older place, but all the newer places have paper-thin walls. The AC goes out all the time but maintenance comes to fix it right away as long as it’s not cold out.

Quiet and pleasant community, with some points to be improved in external cleaning, especially in the preservation areas. There is no place to throw recyclable garbage, everything is mixed in the compactor being more difficult to recycle plastics, cardboard boxes, etc.

Aparment are outdated. Rent is going up and up for the same old apartment unit. Kitchen and laundry appliances, kitchen sink, baths, need upgrade. Window's blinds need to be replaced with the wooden blids.

It has been a great living experience at The Parks at Hunters Creek. The community is well maintained, maintenance staff is quick and professional, neighbors are friendly. The community is located across from the town center and a walking distance to banks, supermarkets, pharmacy and 500 feet from route 417. Perfect place to live in.

Love This Community! A Great Place To live. Fantastic property management and staff. Hunters Creek is a beautiful community and The Parks Apartments is a great part of it. Good community amenities and great restaurants and Tavern's are close by.

A few months ago, the gardening and cleaning service sucked. I live in apartment 6406 and right now the dirt and the rest of the grass are all over the entrance to the building. The grass is horrible and untreated for a long time. I ask your help to check and adjust this.
