We're having a good experience here. All the people of the office are helpfull all the time we need repair on our apartament. Have a good pool, place for barbecue and party. The gym works well. And the price is very good.

My roommates and I love the location and the price of the Parks at Hunters Creek, however with all the closings due to COV-ID we HAVE TO have air conditioning that works. It is not ok that I am sweating in my own apartment, when the A/C should be working. They closed out our requests without solving the problem.

The initial apt we viewed is nothing like the apt we were given. The overall condition is not great with the kitchen being completely sub par. The sum aged is totally out of hand and the residents insist on leaving the garbage outside the compactor, it is disgusting.. people work on their cars outside of their apt at all hours of the night. I was very excited about moving here, but it has been a huge let down.

Years ago it was a very good place, had a quiet environment, i have almost 6 years living here. I suggest more vigilance during the weekends for safety and improve the cleaning during the weekends in the trash area

I havent been here long enough to form an opinion. But so far everything has been fine. Overall and neighborhood I rated 1 because I havent lived in an apt for years and I dont have a need for schools or public transportation.

I've been here for almost ten years, and my only real issues are that sometimes my closet mysteriously floods (luckily only twice in those 10 years) and that the trash guys seem to make up their own schedule that sometimes involves not going to the back buildings at all, and then the raccoons get my trash. Otherwise, I like this place, and those issues aren't major enough for me to not recommend this place to my friends. The staff is all friendly and accommodating, and they've been really cool about teaming up with local churches and businesses to get people free food and supplies during quarantine. I'm really impressed with this community.

I am not happy with the overall upkeep of this community. I have a window broken for about a month and no fix yet. My child lives with me and is a safety concern to him. Valet hasnt picked up our trash in 3 days. Our apartment is just being skipped. Its unfortunate the responsiveness of the staff is not urgent in any of your manners.

Overall I like my apartment and location. Having trouble with visiting the gym and finding young unattended teens hanging around playing with the equipment and being noisy in the evenings. I also have a 7 year old and worry about the people who speed through the parking lot everyday. People are also seen working in their vehicles in the vehicles in front of their garages in the evening hours. People are very careless with trash I have a difficult time understanding why people do not use the trash compactor instead of piling trash everywhere around it. Not to excited with my experience.

I have not lived at this residence for a month yet but so far I've been satisfied. The living is massive but I feel that use of space could be used toward a bigger kitchen and bedrooms. But....overall it's a good feel and very homey.

The community is placed in a very convenient area and, for the price I pay, is generally very acceptable. I can't really rate security as I'm not sure what there really is in that regard, but it's in an area that does not feel like it needs much. Be prepared for a lot of outside noise if you live in the apartments facing the street. If you live in the interior, I imagine it's quieter. The people on golf carts should take more care where they drive as they frequently ride through the grass and create muddy tracks in the walkways. The sprinklers should also be positioned so as not to spray directly into walkways, but overall the area is nice....especially if you're a young adult looking to move out.

Wonderful place to live! The community is nice and the staff is wonderful, especially Ashley! Everywhere is tidy and clean. My kids fee safe playing outside. There is not much noise and I feel at home here!

Very good location and reasonable rent!!!! Management staff was very responsive. Maintenance team seems very slow. Though the appliances look older, we get what we pay for. I would definitely continue if they dont keep increasing the rent.

Apartment communities are considered a place to call home. If you're not living in a house you have to live somewhere so the apartment is your home. Getting along with your neighbors and helping one another out is only be in respectful of others. This community has a lot of features and it has a great location. Maintenance staff is friendly and fixes things on time. Hunters Creek is a very beautiful community and it's getting hard to find a good place to live these days. Thank you and God bless you.
