When I first moved in. This place was great. After recent rental price gouging and maintenance failures. My future here is very slim. Noisy downstairs neighbors who slam doors and kids that cry all the time makes me weary of how people treat their kids. This price one pays for this experience is massively inflated

I have called the sherrif department three times because of how loud and inconsiderate our neighbors are. The neighbourhood keeps getting more ------ by the time. No supervision or rules are ser in place. Maintanance work sucks & leasing office does not follow up with issues.

I’ve had a great experience living at my community. Issues are resolved in a timely manner. The community staff and maintenance team are always willing to assist. The only concern I’ve had is with the amount of the rental increases. After I renewed my lease, I had to get a second job. I understand increases are necessary but I don’t think the amounts should create hardships for individuals. My main employer is UCF and we do not receive cost of living increases.

Los vecinos de abajo se comportan como que vivieran solos en el campo. Hacen fiestas y tiembla el piso y lkas paredes de lo alto del volumen.. Ustedes no han hecho cumplir las normas NUNCA, ha sido una pesadilla desde que se mudaron debajo de mi. Y ciuando llamo a la policia afuera no se escucha el ruido. atraviesan sus carros hacen parrillas en el jardin en fin una pesadilla

It is unacceptable a waiting time of almost two weeks to send someone to check what is going on with the washer machine and figure out what the problem is. My wife had been on the office three times during this time to complain about this issue. and She was told to be patient and wait for someone to take care of it. On the third time that She was at the office, a couple days ago, the office attendant told her that a maintenance personnel will checking it at the same day. This never happened. We have been washing our clothes for the past 12 days outside our unit spending a lot of time and money. that We can not afford it. This issue was solved today just because when I was a leaving to work two maintenance personnel and one office personnel were delivering the breakfast bags and I have spoken with him begging to someone go to my unit and please check what is going on with the washer machine. He asked me if I have already open a complaint about it I told him that my Wife did it personally at office almost two weeks ago. We always have delivered our lease payment on time, so We are committed with our obligation but in order hand the property administration is not doing so well. This is not the first time that a maintenance take too long to check in and solve the issue but this time took so much longer and cost us time and money. In my point of view it is clear that something is not going as meant to be. Something must be done fast to solve this matter.

Todo hasta ahora a Sido excelente, ambiente acogedor y seguro! Es tranquilo, los vecinos son muy amables, y el personal de la oficina excelente! Son muy organizados y siempre están para ayudar! De verdad que estamos muy contentos de nuestro nuevo hogar!

Great apartment community in ideal location. Close to major roads, restaurants, and shopping. Far enough from tourist areas in Orlando to not have traffic problems. Hunters Creek is a wonderful place to live.

The Parks at Hunter's Creek has a beautiful community and every resident we have met so far are both nice and generous. All the staff is also very understanding and always make an effort to give the best solutions for any issues we may have.

Only one loud issue is the traffic hot-rod cars at night. And the noise from that eating place across on Teal road is very noisy on weekends till very late. Parking is an issue as well....flooding when it rains, bolds sticking up.....(got my car damaged on one bolt.

The community is beautiful. everything is walking distance for my daughter and i. the pool is amazing, just wish parents were there with their younger children! beautiful people everywhere. great walking paths for my daughter and i. but since she's 3 the playground isn't too ideal for her. wish there was something for the younger babies.

Los apartamentos están bien ubicados pero son viejos el precio actual es una exageración. Adicional cobran un fee de valet trash y en el año q tengo viviendo acá jamás han venido a retirar la basura de mi apt.

It's awful they won't work with u if your behind on the rent and add crazy amount of fees plus it takes at least 3 times for maintenance to come out and actually fix anything instead of just walk in the apartment stand around for a few minutes and say yup everything is fine and walk out even though there's still things that need to be fixed plus they are raising the rent and still have old broke down apartment's with outdated appliances and interiors

I had big problems and a water problem . Both has been resolved in one day. I have lived here more than 10 or more years. It's the most beautiful place to live in harmony and safety, Oh and caring and concerns and activities you could ever want to be SAFE where you live. Plus all the commodities you crave is all at THE PARKS AT HUNTER'S CREEK. You will be happy here as I have been happy. I will all ways remember THE PARK'S AT HUNTERS CREEk

Find a way to make this a safe environment. Private gate Security Something We need to find out a way to make it safe Theres a lot of people walking freely and checking cars And Ive heard random people have been braking in We should prevent it from happening again And also void from someone coming and braking into the apartments Please consider it a gate with special Codes

The maintenance team is one of the best. Once you put a ticket through they take cate of the problem promptly. The area is also conveniently located near great places to eat as well as The Loop. They also do a great job with garbage pickup.

The manager of the property is never available to resolve any situation or problems. Its always out of the office. The guys from managing the repairs always unavailable to fix the problems in the apartment. Their is mold in my apartment
