The community in general is quiet. There are quite a few free spaces. There is no excess noise, except for some residents who sometimes test their vehicle engines or visitors who drive noisy vehicles. The maintenance service is quite acceptable.

The best asset that The parks at Hunters Creek has is Elizabeth ! She is kind , smart and very attentive ! Every time single time I have had an issue , she resolves it the moment it arises! She has amazing communication ! And keeps her word .

Grounds are well maintained. Nice spacious apartments. Quiet community in a nice neighborhood close to everything. Plenty of p arking spaces available. Good schools near by. I'd improve the pool and grills maintenance. I have a 3yr old neighbor upstairs that goes to bed at 11pm and likes to run back and forth however the noise produced is not terrible like in my other apartment with very thin walls. Been here for one month and half so can't speak for other services. Overall a good place to live.

We have rented here over the years on and off, we lived here 13 yrs ago in a one bedroom we were happy. Then our family grew with my first child on the way so we moved to a two bedroom, we were happy and satisfied. We then moved to California, and moved back to Florida during COVID, we are now in a 2 bedroom and we are happy. It has always been a pleasure living here. If we leave we hope its to become homeowners.

Management needs to follow up with the residents when they have requests. Incompetent service at best. Management provided us with wrongful information regarding amenities and lack of responses to our questions have made this staff one of the worst staff Ive ever had the miss fortune to deal with. Get your stuff together!!!

I have had a great experience so far, 941st ft so very roomy, nice pool, playground available. There is a Clubhouse, but it's still closed, but all the facilities are pretty nice and kept clean, and I use the car wash frequently! The rent is getting too expensive though, they replace some cabinets and give you a silver fridge so its an extra 300 a month?? it seems unnecessary.

I have lived here for many years & seen few changes. I unfortunately have seen my rent keep going up with no improvements to my apartment. I am good tenant. Never late with the rent & there has never been any issues with me as a tenant. I do see information in lease that apartments do not follow through on. Grills, working on cars in parking lot, not picking up after dogs...would be nice to see apartment management out walking area around apartments. Check on tenants instead of email survey.

There are things that are none negotiable when you rent an apartment such as warm water! Same as its none negotiable to your company to get the money we pay on time. Having to wait more than a week for a shower problem that lead to water in the walk in closet carpet that still has not been addressed is not hospitable, ok or welcoming. Providing good or great living quality is more than a friendly smile and treatment at the time you come to inquire about an apartment or sign your contract. there should be some accountability on your side, just the same way there is for us as tenants on your non negotiable rules and regulations.

Everything here is great . Doggy park and streets are always clean . Staff is really nice and know what they are doing . Havent had any bad experiences here at all . Gym is always clean and kept up well so is the pool .

This place Was great in the beginning maintenance was on top of everything the staff was friendly I just resigned my lease In November and thanks to my neighbor my closet has been flooded and repaired incorrectly so now the maintenance guys have to come back which I dont know when that will happen because I keep getting the runaround also my neighbor broke my window three days ago and Im still waiting for that to be repaired

Hunters creek is very convenient for me , is near to my daughter school and my job is located at 10 minutes , supermarkets , bank , Dr offices are on this area , this is the best place to leave , excellent green areas , and I loved !!

Other than the trash building up nightly in front of and to the side of the trash compactor, living in this community has been an excellent lifestyle change. Its closer to work and closer to everything else! Im glad I made this move.

My experience with the community is positive and we love the area especially the stores in the area and the schools are awesome. I would recommend the community for families, also, I like that you can walk around the property and get your exercise without having to leave the property.

Its hit or miss here depending on what staff members you deal with. Grounds on clean except on weekends when trash doesnt pick up. Residents can be disgusting and leave trash outside of compactor instead of placing inside and pressing the button. Its not that hard.

let me emphasize again we love our apartment. Very nicely conveniently located. Nevertheless, we have had countless issues. Also note how no one from the company has attempted to make any effort to improve by responding to these reviews. We have now lived here for over a year and a half and there is so much that can be improved in this community. The leasing office does so we'll to communicate changes yet fails horribly customer service. We put in a service request for our A/C that was leaking spread to our carpet. Thankfully they did come. The problem arose when we tried to get the water out of all the carpet that was damaged. The maintenance came with big fans and dehumidifier to clean the carpet and dry it out. It was there for 2 days and then they just came and picked it up EVEN WHEN the carpet was still wet and spreading even more. We contacted again and they came back and even brought a generator. We always leave a temporary pin for our security system so the maintenance team can come in and our without tripping the alarm. We have communicated with the leasing office time and time again to verify that this pin is communicated with all the staff and THEY STILL COME IN AND TRIP THE ALARM. We thought there was an emergency and had to call the cops. Horrible and big lack of communication. Anyway, they came and just took all these fans and left the carpet STILL soaking WET spreading. We tried to go today to get an air filter to fix some of the problem and ONLINE and ON THE FRONT of the door the hours show that the office is open. We show up, no one answers. So we call and they say it is closed. So they have information and hours posted everywhere that is not updated and as I said, there is a HUGE lack of communication here. This community can improve and be so much better and I really wish they were.
